(二)、工作总结的格式细则

3、所有标题均单独占行书写。

用词要简明扼要、具体明确，造句必须准确，不能含糊。一般包括以下几方面内容：

(一)标题

1、文件式标题 一般由单位名称、时限、内容、文种名称构成。

2、双行式标题 即分别以文章式标题和文件式标题为正副标题，正标题揭示观点或概

(二)引言

一般介绍工作背景、基本概况等，也可交待总结主旨并作出基本评价。开头力求简洁，

开宗明义。

(三)主体

应包括主要工作内容、成绩及评价、经验和体会、问题或教训等。这些内容是总结的核心部分，可按纵式或横式结构形式撰写。所谓纵式结构，即按主体内容纵向所做的工作、方法、成绩、经验、教训等逐层展开。所谓横式结构即按材料的逻辑关系将其分成若干部分， 标序加题，逐一写来。

(四)结尾

另外，我对公司现行管理制度也有自己的看法。公司应注重提高员工工作效率，我认为无止尽的上班只会让人身心疲惫，而丧失工作热情，自然而然工作效率也下降，而正常的节假日能缓解员工压力，使之劳逸结合。我建议项目部也应该实行大小周末，同时我也考虑到项目部实行这个规定也存在一定困难，所以建议员工在双休日能轮流值班，这样更能体现公司关爱员工的人性化管理。

1、工期约定：一般2居室100平米的房间，简单装修的话，工期在35天左右，装饰公司为了保险，一般会把工期约定到45-50天，如果您着急入住的话，可以在签订时和设计商榷此条款。

2、付款方式：一般的装修合同，约定首付60%，木工验收合格后交纳35%，完工后交纳5%。如果按照这样的付款形式的话，在工期过了一半左右后，您就已经向装饰公司交了95%左右的费用，如果装修的后期出了什么问题的话，就很难在钱上面制约装饰公司了。所以建议在签订合同时候，能把首付压到30%，中期交纳30%。

中期款：一般合同上约定的中期付款时间，只是简单的标明“工程过半，木工收口”。但是一个工地往往是多项目交叉作业，正规的工期过半应该是：木器制作结束;厨卫墙、地砖、吊顶结束;墙面找平结束;电改造结束。

3、增减项目：装修过程中，很容易有增减项目，比如多做个柜子，多改几米水电路等等。这些都要在完工的时候交纳费用的。那么这些项目的单价究竟应该是多少呢?如果等到已经开工后，那这可能就是设计说了算了。所以如果有可能，最好能复印一份装修公司的最初给您看的完整报价单，以免在签订合同或是增减项目时，装修公司偷梁换柱，改换价格。

还要注意一点，最后结算费用的时候，你应该支付的增减费用，都应该是在该项目施工前，由您签字认可的，如果是您没有签字认可的，您一概可以不支付相应的费用。

4、保修条款：装修的整个过程现在主要还是以手工现场制作为主，没有实现全面工厂化，所以难免会有各种各样的细碎质量问题。保修时间内，装饰公司应该实施的责任就尤为重要了。比如出了问题，装修公司是包工包料全全负责保修，还是只包工，不负责材料保修，或是还是有其他制约条款，这些都一定要在合同中写清楚。

5、水电费用：装修过程中，现场施工都会用到水，电，煤气等。一般到工程结束，水电费加起来是笔不小的数字，这笔费用应该谁来支付，在合同中也应该标明。

6、按图施工：严格按照您签字认可的图纸施工，如果在细节尺寸上和您在设计图纸上的不符合，您可以要求返工。
