第六条 乙方的职责

2、甲、乙双方在合同终止前，须提前一个月书面通知对方是否终止合同。

5、乙方不得在租赁商铺外面附加任何物件或涂刷任何涂料或做出任何更改。

甲方在租赁期内：

我们抬头看在这块匾额上写着“津门故里”四字。金代时统治北方的金人就是在这里建立了天津最早的建制直沽寨。今日天津市区也是以这为中心，逐渐发展形成的，它对天津的形成起了很重要的作用，称作津门故里是当之无愧的了。

而北面楼匾写的是“沽上艺苑”。古文化街无论建筑风貌，店铺装修，匾额楹联，经营商品都带有浓郁的艺术气息。所以把它称作沽上的一处“艺苑”也是再恰当不过的了。另外当我们进入街上的店铺时会看到店铺门面檐下，枋间有着一幅幅清代的苏式彩画，而且每一幅都有着情节和典故，大家一会儿不妨猜一猜上面画的是什么。好下面就让我们走进这条古老的街道，来领略一下它特有的古建筑和文化特色。请大家跟紧我。

我们现在看到的就是天后宫的山门了。“先有天后宫，后有天津城。”这是天津人对城市发展通俗而生动的说法。天后宫俗称“娘娘宫”，它始建于元代泰定三年(1326年)，明代永乐元年重建，为天津市区现存最古老的建筑。它与福建湄州妈祖庙，中国台湾北港朝天宫并称为世界三大天后宫。天后宫供奉的是宋代福建莆田县贤良港出生的林默。传说她自幼聪慧，15岁便精通医理为人治病，还常常渡海救助遇险的渔民;她还能观察风云变化，预测天气，被人们尊称为神女，后来加封为天妃，天后,成为人们信仰的海神。

不知大家有没有发现这个问题。在我国，寺庙一般都坐北朝南。然而，天津天后宫却是个例外：坐西朝东。这是因为当时有些船只没有时间或其他原因无法靠岸，如果天后宫就坐西朝东，面向海河，船民，商贾就可以在船上朝拜天后，祈求平安了。现在就让我们到里面去参观一下天后宫。大家跟我走。

我们从山门一进来首先看到的就是这两侧的钟鼓楼。这个是钟楼它和对面的鼓楼最初都建于元代，但后来多次被重修，可谓是历尽沧桑。我们看这个钟上铸有66只象征吉祥的仙鹤，大家可以敲一敲。敲它一声百顺，二声如意，三声安康。

我们现在所在的呢是前殿，中间这一位就是道教护法神中地位最高的王灵官，百姓称赞他说“三眼能观天下事，一鞭惊醒世间人”。他两侧的这四位就是天后娘娘的四位侍从，他们千里眼，顺风耳，加善和加恶。

从前殿出来，我们现在就来到了正殿。它是由三座建筑勾连搭建组成的，前面的一座为卷棚悬山顶，面阔三间，进深一间;中间的为七檩单檐庑殿顶，面阔，进深均为三间;后面接着一个凤尾殿，也是卷棚悬山顶，面阔进深均为一间。拒考证正殿不仅是天津市区最古老的建筑，它也是我国现存年代较早的天后宫建筑之一。大家看到这正中的就是天后娘娘了，她的前后左右分别是她的四位侍女，平时这里总是香火不断，很多人来朝拜天后祈求平安。

下面我们在到正殿两旁的南北配殿看一看。

这里就是南配殿。它供奉的是天津的民间神。这位是王三奶奶，据说她是个走乡串村，给人看病的巫婆，素以慈善为本，相传摸一摸王三奶奶的手可以治百病。

从天后宫里走出来，这里就宫前广场了。前面的是过去酬神演出的戏楼。在现在的宫前广场上还有象杨柳青年画，泥人张等的专卖店，那么在剩下的时间里，大家可以自由的游览，购物，一定注意安全。最后再嘱咐一句，12点之前回到车上，还是在南街的街口。好，现在大家就可以解散了。

i am honored to address you tonight. on behalf of the graduating masters and doctoral students of washington universitys school of engineering and applied science, i would like to thank all the parents, spouses, families, and friends who encouraged and supported us as we worked towards our graduate degrees. i would especially like to thank my own family, eight members of which are in the audience today. i would also like to thank all of the department secretaries and other engineering school staff members who always seemed to be there when confused graduate students needed help. and finally i would like to thank the washington university faculty members who served as our instructors, mentors, and friends.

as i think back on the seven-and-a-half years i spent at washington university, my mind is filled with memories, happy, sad, frustrating, and even humorous.

tonight i would like to share with you some of the memories that i take with me as i leave washington university.

i take with me the memory of my office on the fourth floor of lopata hall - the room at the end of the hallway that was too hot in summer, too cold in winter, and always too far away from the womens restroom. the window was my offices best feature. were it not for the physics building across the way, it would have afforded me a clear view of the arch. but instead i got a view of the roof of the physics building. i also had a view of one corner of the roof of urbauer hall, which seemed to be a favorite perch for various species of birds who alternately won perching rights for several weeks at a time. and i had a nice view of the physics courtyard, noteworthy as a good place for watching people run their dogs. its amazing how fascinating these views became the longer i worked on my dissertation. but my favorite view was of a nearby oak tree. from my fourth-floor vantage point i had a rather intimate view of the tree and the various birds and squirrels that inhabit it. occasionally a bird would land on my window sill, which usually had the effect of startling both of us.

i take with me the memory of two young professors who passed away while i was a graduate student. anne johnstone, the only female professor from whom i took a course in the engineering school, and bob durr, a political science professor and a member of my dissertation committee, both lost brave battles with cancer. i remember them fondly.

关于介绍赠与合同 赠与合同的终止以下几种事由：

第一，赠与合同的任意撤销。赠与合同的任意撤销是指在赠与财产的权利转移之前，得由赠与人依其意思任意撤销赠与合同。但在具有救灾、扶贫等社会公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同和经过公证的赠与合同中，赠与人不得任意撤销赠与合同。

第二，赠与合同的法定撤销。赠与合同中，赠与财产的权利转移之后，赠与人即丧失了任意撤销赠与合同的权利，但在以下条件具备时，赠与人仍可享有撤销赠与合同的法定权利：

1、 受赠人严重侵害赠与人或者赠与人的近亲属的;

2、 受赠人对赠与人有扶养义务而不履行的;

3、 受赠人不履行赠与合同约定的义务的。 赠与人的撤销权，自知道或者应当知道撤销原因之日起________年内行使。该期间为除斥期间。超过这一期间，赠与人不得再行使撤销权。 因受赠人的违法行为致使赠予人死亡或者丧失民事行为能力的，其继承人或其法定代理人可以撤销赠与。赠与人的`继承人或者法定代理人的撤销权，自知道或者应当知道撤销原因之日起6个月内行使。这一期间同样也是除斥期间。

第三，赠与合同的法定解除。赠与人的经济状况显著恶化，严重影响其生产经营或者家庭生活的，可以解除赠与合同，不再履行赠与义务。该合同解除不发生溯及既往的效力，赠与人就原已履行的赠与，无权要求受赠人返还。 注意事项 赠与合同是一种双方、无偿的行为，在实践中签订赠与合同应注意如下几点：

一、赠与合同的内容要具体明确。赠与合同主要包括：合同当事人双方、赠与的财产名称、财产目前状况、赠与合同履行的时限以及方式、赠与是否附条件以及什么条件、赠与合同的违约责任以及争议解决方式。

二、从赠与人的角度考虑，若赠与行为在交付财产或转移权利之前有可能撤销，建议不对赠与合同进行公证，因为一旦公证将很难撤销;从受赠人的角度考虑，若担心赠与人在赠与财产权利转移之前撤销赠与，则应积极劝说赠与人将赠与合同进行公证。

三、如果赠与人在赠与财产时对受赠人有一定的要求，则可作为一个赠与的条件。如果受赠人无法满足赠与人提出的条件，或者受赠人的行为让赠与人不满意，则赠与人可以名正言顺的拒绝履行赠与义务。

四、赠与的财产依法需要办理登记等手续的，应当约定办理有关手续的内容。

有梭车间技措组成立于1984年，人员组成由车间资深维修人员，技术尖子，操作骨干混编组成。目前有人员13人，主要负责车间设备技术改造，新产品上机措施实施，重大坏车修理，设备维修质量，工艺上机检查，质量控制等工作。是一只思想作风过硬，管理科学民主，业务技术精湛，团队凝聚力强，敢打硬仗，敢打硬仗，能完成各项疑难任务的攻坚型团队。

10月份，公司接到客户三个高难度产品c 40+ 40/2x 40  146 x 72  54 〞；jc 50 +  50/2 x 50   115 x 75  54〞；c40 x 40  133 x72   54 〞；小组人员急企业所急，加班加点，制作双轴架子50台，整修多臂机50台，改车60台。三名改车人员连续40天没有休过一天礼拜，另有6名同志下到运转班协助开车修车，也是一干就是40天。期

间，检查员王x母亲做手术当日仍坚持在车间检查质量，却让丈夫代替自己照看自己的母亲；齐本士40余天累得体重减轻了5斤。但当他们得知三个产品都能顺利交货时，都舒心的笑了。

在日常质量管理中，小组根据车间分片包干办法，认真执行 “一查、二问、三追踪、四修复、五考核”措施，积极参与qc小组活动，由于方法正确，手段得当，匹扯分指标完成9。91分/匹，比上年10。46分/匹下降了5. 26%，下机一等品率完成58.22%，比上年度55.47%上升了2.75%，一举完成了过去多年未完成的重点质量指标。仅此一项，为企业年增加合格品数量66.92万米。

针对断经主峰疵点，小组加检查力度，增加检查次数，使断经织疵率由上年度平均0。64%下降到本年度平均0.38%的水平，年均减少疵布3888匹，增加合格品数量15.5528万米。

when a sophomore, i joined the association of ai enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. in 1997, i participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in prof. wang’s lab. with the tool of opengl and matlab, i designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. it is now widely used by different research groups in nust. in 1998, i assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for nanjing sewage treatment plant. this was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

in 1999, i joined the distinguished professor yu-geng xis research group aiming at network flow problem solving and heuristic algorithm research. soon i was engaged in the fudan gene database design. my duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, i introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- multi-population genetic algorithm. by dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent ga from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. it proved more efficiently than sga in experiments, too. in the second semester, i joined the workshop-scheduling research in shanghai heavy duty tyre plant. the scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. to make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, i proposed a dynamic layered scheduling method based on hybrid petri nets. the practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. i also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. recently, i am doing research in the composite predict of the electrical power system assisted with the technology of data mining for bao steel. i try to combine the decision tree with receding optimization to provide a new solution for the composite predictive problem. this project is now under construction.

英文补充协议变更的起草

一般来说对于合同的小修改，没有必要重新签订合同，重新签订都是费时费力，也没有必要，所以都用补充协议对原合同进行修改。如果对合同改变重大的话，比如对方想换个姊妹公司来签合同，或者合同条款有多处重大变更，可以说从根本上改变了合同的内容，都可以重新签订合同的。重新签订合同有两种方式。一种是交出所有原合同的原件，然后废除，撕毁都可以，然后再签订新合同；如果对合同原件到底有多少份不清楚的话，保险起见可以先起草一个对原合同的终止协议，然后再签新合同。当然如果为了做到天衣无缝，两个合同之间权责无缝转移的话，我自己使用过这种模式，不用撕毁原合同或者起草终止协议，先在新合同中写终止原合同，一般写新合同生效后原合同立即终止，在新合同未生效前原合同保持有效。然后在新合同上盖上三种章，第一种是原合同的对方的章，第二种是新合同的对方的章，第三种是我方的章，这样操作有个缺点是财务看见合同上有三个章，如果她们不看合同内容的话，有时候容易混淆合同内容。

言归正传，给大家分享一个我起草的比较简单的补充协议。

忘了给大家说了，之前跟一位做国际工程的朋友讨论补充协议和变更怎么翻译，我倾向于合同变更翻译为amendment, 补充协议翻译为addendum.不知道大家什麽意见？不过我自己一般都是不加区分的用amendment的。

WHEREAS: The Buyer and the Seller have a meeting about the L/C and the Contract Agreement in the afternoon of 25 March 20xx, the Seller suggested that the volume of the goods is excessive and deliver them in one time would be hard; the Seller further suggested that the transshipment would not affect the goods quality since the goods are loaded with containers in the whole shipping period, it is very normal for cargoes to be transshipped in international shipment.

评注：如果这个补充协议和之前签订的合同有冲突，那么以这个补充协议为准，一般可以不写这一句，因为法律上规定一般是后面的文件有效，不过为了避免争议，也为了保险起见，我个人喜欢加上这一句。
