2017英语专业大学生实习报告

在开始实习之前，我多少有些心虚。因为我的许多朋友都有过假期打工的经历。而作为一名英语专业的大二学生，这次的实习却是我的第一次工作经历。我很担心自己会在工作的过程中出现差错。但现在回想这实习的两个星期在工作和生活上出现的困难，其实都不算什么。就像著名主持人鲁豫曾经说过的话，如果一个困难没有将你，你一定会变的比以前更坚强。我相信如果再有一次实习的机会，我一定会比这次做的更好。

在这里我要感谢学校安排了这次实习，也要感谢公司给我这次机会，虽然只有短短的两个星期时间，但是我所学到的将使我受益一生。因为这次实习的经历让我原本枯燥的暑假变的充实起来。

一、实习过程

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。

说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，在大家焦头烂额，手足无措的时候，我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品，金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务的通选课竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如 fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

实习的另一个关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。以前老听哥哥姐姐们念叨还是在学校好，当时还特幼稚的想，学校有老师管着有什么好的啊!现在才看请其实到那里都有人管。在学校可以没心没肺的开玩笑，但走上工作岗位之后，说话做事都要谨慎，要有技巧。像我这样毫无社会经验的黄毛丫头，说话做事毫无技术含量，所以最好还是少说多做。

通过两星期的实习，我对复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作都基本熟练。在领到实习工资的那一刹那，我真的有种激动和不安的感觉。那是自己辛辛苦苦工作换来的。多少天的困难和疲惫总算有收获。但更重要的是，我拥有了一笔丰富的经验财富，

二、实习感悟

除了第一次工作人人都会有的工作难做社会难处的感悟之外，我最大的感悟就是真诚所至，金石为开。不管多难做，做好自己的那一份，总有一天会有收获，只是时间的问题。但如果你不去做，这一天永远不会像天上掉馅饼那样到来。

还有我更清楚的看清了自己的不足，除去能力上的不足，我更想说的是心理的不足，这大概是大学生的通病，眼高手低。虽然我所做的不过是一份打杂的工作，更像是文秘助理，但如果我不做，在我后面有很多人等着接替我的职位。职位带给你的面子，工资带给你的生活质量都不能是你择业的首要根据。一个人对工作的态度决定了一个人能否找到工作，并且也决定了一个人能否做好工作。如果一个人眼光总是太高，可能永远也无法找到一份令自己满意的工作;相反地，如果一个人能够从自身实际出发，善于把握眼前的工作机会，并愿意为之付出，那么最后一定会取得工作上的成功。

再有就是关于人际关系方面的感悟。虽说在工作中能力必须有，但如果没有同事的合作与包容，你可能什么都做不了。以前可能是因为电视剧看的太多的原因，我总是感觉职场上充满了明争暗斗，要处事圆滑甚至耍些小聪明才能生存。但在与同事相处的过程中，我觉得更重要的是放大别人的优点，缩小别人的缺点。多站在别人的立场上想问题。电视剧中的情节都过于戏剧话了。另一方面，以前我总是觉得只要忍就可以解决一切问题。通过这两个星期的实习，我觉得硬生生的通过忍去让步不如通过考虑别人的

2020年英语师范生实习报告

一、课前准备要充分

充分的课前准备是上好课的前提。因此，做好课前准备在教师的日常教学工作中占有很重要的地位。所以本人坚持每堂课上课之前分析教材、确定教学目标、设计教学过程、撰写教案等，在传授新内容时还有必要准备一些教具，方便教学，并且可以吸引注意力，引发学生的学习兴趣。只有自己熟悉了课本，对课堂教学的目标就更为清晰、流程更加了然于心，对课堂教学中必需的教具、学具的运用更加恰当，才能上课不慌不忙、有逻辑顺序的带领学生思考。课前的准备，不仅仅是老师的任务，更是学生的义务，如预习教材、准备练习本、学具等。并且认真做好课前准备，使学生明确学习新课程前，自己应该做什么，怎么做；坚持不懈地做好课前准备，学生就会形成学习“定势”，由被动的进行课前准备转变为主动进行，这也形成一种良好的自主学习习惯。

二、课堂教育有点难

老师的生命就体现在上课的40分钟里，要在这短短的时间里，使师生的合作学习得到有价值的引领，很多人还在摸索探究的过程中，我也当然。我在大学里修的都是英语教育，第一次代小学数学，对我而言，是个极具挑战的活。虽然整个英语思维和数学思维大不相同，但是我还是抱着尝试的态度迎面上了。刚开始的一个月，是我最难熬的日子，我用着我自以为的上课模式上着课，用我最常用的口头表达习惯来向学生解释书上的数学名词，用我愉悦的心情来带动学生学习，然而这带来的第一单元的数学考试竟然有17个学生成绩不及格，有两个同学考试得5分，这无疑带给我一次沉重的打击。看着成绩单，我无比伤心，暗自落泪，是我自己学习得不够，使用了一些不恰当的方法，我在误人子弟，我想放弃了。幸好，身边的老师和父母都鼓励我，然而我心里的那股倔强也让我重新站上了讲台。此后，我每每上新课之前，都会认真吃透教本，上网查阅各种资料、视频来进行学习，也经常向其他老师取经。

就在4月13日这个时候学校也组织了一年一次的“教研节”， 以“传承教研文化，打造精品学科”为主题，旨在以教研节为平台，进一步抓好常规课研究，规范教师教学行为，打造教学品牌，强化教师素质，促进教师专业成长。经过此次比赛，观看优秀教师的讲课，我对教学也有了更深一层的理解，找到了一些课堂教学的基本思路，并把一些情景妙用、课堂过渡、讲解重难点的方法给记录下来，便于以后学习。

我们实习的基本内容包括两部分：课堂教学、班主任工作。

基本情况如下：

1、课堂教学：完成教案数为8份，上课节数为12节

2、班主任工作：组织了一次“怎么样学好英语”的主题班会;在班上组织了一次以纪念长征胜利70周年的诗歌朗诵比赛,选送代表参加学校的比赛.带领学生出了一期以“安全意识”为主题的黑板报;参加了学生的广播操比赛的训练及体育课;检查学生的早操情况及卫生情况，帮助班主任做好两次家长会的前期准备工作。

这次实习令我感受颇多。一方面，我深感知识学问浩如烟海，自己所拥有的知识，那只是沧海一粟，所以应该在以后的生活中继续学习，正所谓“活到老，学到老”，要坚持与时俱进，要让自己的知识跟上时代的发展，不然会被这个社会所淘汰的;另一方面我也深深地体会到教学相长的深刻内涵。教学，不仅是老师教，更重要的是学生学，老师也能在学生的学习过程中发现自己的问题，时刻反思，才能更好的促进教学。

二、要用昂扬的激情和充沛的精力包装自我，做一位对学生负责的老师。作为一名老师，每节课当你走上讲台的那一刻，就应该是全心全意面对学生的40分钟，不管那天自己的情绪是伤心、难过还是高兴、愉悦，暂且都放置一边。你给学生的感觉始终应该是昂扬有激情的。心情是会传染的，作为老师我们都希望自己的课堂是生机勃勃，而不是死气沉沉的。所以在每堂课前我们都要调整好自己的心态，呈现一位开朗、昂扬的负责任的老师给自己的学生们。

三、要用赞赏的语言和耐心的态度提升自我，做一位让学生爱戴的老师。我们都知道，小孩子都是喜欢听表扬的话而不是批评的话的。课堂上对表现积极的学生要奖励及时，对反应稍慢的学生要耐心引导，积极鼓励。老师千万不要吝啬赞赏的语言，时不时给学生表扬，这样的课堂才会越上越精彩。

表扬的话不仅要在课堂上说，在批改作业的时候也一定不要忘了那些写在书面上的表扬。见习过程中，司徒老师教我们如何改作业、如何评作业的等级，如何给予同学奖励的印章。小学生主要的作业有两种：活动手册和听写本。批改作业时对于有做错的本子的那一页一定要折起来提醒他（她），因为小孩子都是粗心大意的，只有提醒他（她）们才会去订正。评等级时有四个原则：1.至少要b等级，如果只有一两处错误，就放开手给他（她）a-；2.针对卷面清洁得体、大部分都对的学生给予a+和大印章奖励；3.等级的书写一定要大，因为在学生心目中那是分数，是老师对自己学习成果的肯定；4.印章最好有两类，一个稍小的，一个大一点的。作业的批改无形中拉近了师生关系，所以将来走上工作岗位的我们不仅不能忽视这个环节，而且要好好考究考究这个环节。
