研究背景

随着社会的发展,经济的增长,人们对于健康的要求越来越高.从而推动了医学从治疗疾病到预防疾病,促进健康的这一转变.护理模式也经历了从以疾病为中心的护理到以病人为中心的整体护理再到以人的健康为中心的护理这一漫长的转变.护理学通过实践,教育,研究,不断得到充实和完善,逐渐形成了自己特有的理论和实践体系,成为一门独立的学科.然而,由于各方面因素的影响,我国护理专业存在着高等护理教育规模小,知识体系不够完善,科研未能很好地服务于实践,以及学术团体少等方面的不足.这些都说明了我国的护理事业尚处于专业化的进程之中.对此,护理高等教育负有重大的责任.但是,一些调查研究表明,我国自1983年恢复高等护理教育以来,在培养的近3000名护理本科生中,已经有相当一部分离开了护理队伍[1].其根本原因在于对护理专业角色的认同度不高.

实习是护生由学生角色转变为护士角色的关键时期,在这期间的任何有关因素都会影响学生对于护士的角色认同度,因此,我们有必要对实习生的护理专业角色认同程度及其影响因素做相关的研究,为护理教育和临床带教提供参考的资料,以便培育出更多更专业更稳定的护理人才,推动护理学科的发展.

目前,国内外有很多关于角色认同的研究,其大多是对于教师这一职业角色的研究.关于护理专业的研究也有一些,多数是对于护士的职业观,专业认同的相关研究.而对于护生的研究则相对较少.国外对于护理学生的专业认同研究,大多数都是以访谈,观察的方法进行的质性研究.

研究目的和意义

明确护理本科实习生对护理专业角色的认同情况;

了解本科实习生对护理专业角色认同的影响因素;

根据本科实习生对护理专业角色的认同情况和影响因素对护理教育和临床带教提出建议.

三,文献回顾

以往研究表明,我国护理人员短缺,特别是高学历护理人才.我国自1983年恢复了护理本科教育后,至1995年共培养了本科毕业生3000余人,但这仅占全国护士总数的0.26%(按1995年全国护士总数112.42万计),远远不能满足护理专业发展的需要[2].而美国1992年的统计资料显示美国具有学士学位的护士占护士总数的27%,硕士及博士占8%[3].在中国护理必须与国际接轨的今天,这种差距更加说明了发展护理高等教育的紧迫性和重要性.

另外,有调查结果显示,护生对护理专业地位的理解较消极,专业观不稳定[4].戴叶花的调查中,仅3.13%的男性护生及3.92%的女性护生热爱护理专业[5].罗萍的一项研究报道的结果显示,仅有2.9%的护生对护理专业感兴趣[6].张婷等人的调查结果显示,护生对护理专业不感兴趣,对专业发展无信心,毕业后希望改行,尤其是在毕业实习期间表现的更为突出,而且,本科护生的专业认同压力远远高于大专生和中专生[7].这都表明了,护生对护理这一专业的角色认同度很低,尤其是本科护理学生,这使得我国护理高等教育的发展更加困难.

影响护生专业角色认同的主要因素则可大致划分为两类:

一是护生内在因素,如学生个性心理特征,在校教育状况,社会适应能力,人际沟通能力,性别等.hillery在护士角色社会化的影响因素研究中显示,高专业态度分值与本科护理教育,高学习成绩均分,阅读护理期刊与参加正式的学术项目等专业发展行为显著相关;郭宏的研究[8]则显示,不能与病人进行有效的沟通,可拉大护生同病人的距离,影响自己对临床实习护士角色的适应.李志红等

四,研究设计(研究思路与方法)

1.研究对象

从武汉大学hope护理学院05和06级护理本科生中用方便抽样的方法每个年级抽40个学生做为研究对象.

2.研究方法及工具

(1)一般情况调查

根据研究目的,分别了解学生性别,年级,实习医院,学生来源,入学志愿,家庭是否支持学习护理等情况.

(2)学生对护理专业角色认同度的测量

使用由d.arthur1995研制的"护理专业自我概念量表".用该量表反映护理本科实习生对护士角色认同情况.该量表设计严谨,效度和信度满意,应用成熟,由五个纬度组成:领导能力(leadership),灵活性(flexible),技能(skill),满意度(satisfactory),沟通交流(communication).同质信度为:0.89,0.76,0.78,0.80,0.86.

3.伦理考量

(1)问卷会附着一份知情同意书,在征求到被调查者同意后才开始调查,被调查者可以在任何时候退出调查.

(2)问卷采用不记名形式,问卷填写结果由调查人亲自保管整理分析.

4.收集资料的方法和步骤

由调查者到05和06级学生宿舍中去发放问卷,取得被调查者同意后开始填写问卷,同一宿舍的人同一时间填写,再由调查者统一回收.在填写问卷过程中有任何疑问可以向调查者询问.

faculty, family, friends, and fellow graduates, good evening.

i am honored to address you tonight. on behalf of the graduating masters and doctoral students of washington universitys school of engineering and applied science, i would like to thank all the parents, spouses, families, and friends who encouraged and supported us as we worked towards our graduate degrees. i would especially like to thank my own family, eight members of which are in the audience today. i would also like to thank all of the department secretaries and other engineering school staff members who always seemed to be there when confused graduate students needed help. and finally i would like to thank the washington university faculty members who served as our instructors, mentors, and friends.

as i think back on the seven-and-a-half years i spent at washington university, my mind is filled with memories, happy, sad, frustrating, and even humorous.

tonight i would like to share with you some of the memories that i take with me as i leave washington university.

i take with me the memory of my office on the fourth floor of lopata hall - the room at the end of the hallway that was too hot in summer, too cold in winter, and always too far away from the womens restroom. the window was my offices best feature. were it not for the physics building across the way, it would have afforded me a clear view of the arch. but instead i got a view of the roof of the physics building. i also had a view of one corner of the roof of urbauer hall, which seemed to be a favorite perch for various species of birds who alternately won perching rights for several weeks at a time. and i had a nice view of the physics courtyard, noteworthy as a good place for watching people run their dogs. its amazing how fascinating these views became the longer i worked on my dissertation. but my favorite view was of a nearby oak tree. from my fourth-floor vantage point i had a rather intimate view of the tree and the various birds and squirrels that inhabit it. occasionally a bird would land on my window sill, which usually had the effect of startling both of us.

i take with me the memory of two young professors who passed away while i was a graduate student. anne johnstone, the only female professor from whom i took a course in the engineering school, and bob durr, a political science professor and a member of my dissertation committee, both lost brave battles with cancer. i remember them fondly.

i take with me the memory of failing the first exam in one of the first engineering courses i took as an undergraduate. i remember thinking the course was just too hard for me and that i would never be able to pass it. so i went to talk to the professor, ready to drop the class. and he told me not to give up, he told me i could succeed in his class. for reasons that seemed completely ludicrous at the time, he said he had faith in me. and after that my grades in the class slowly improved, and i ended the semester with an a on the final exam. i remember how motivational it was to know that someone believed in me.

词汇习得能力是外语学者最重要的语言能力之一。语言研究者提出多种词汇习得理论。从传统的翻译语法教学法到结构主义指导下的词汇习得方法，比如根据构词法学习词汇、组块法学习短语与习语，再到语境理论指导下的词汇习得方法。在这些方法的指导下，国内大多数英语教师只注重词的音、形、义的介绍和分析，却忽视对词语认知理据的考察与讲解，从而导致学生花费大量时间学习词汇，事倍功半。因此只有少数学习者能够恰当的运用所学单词，用地道的英文表达思想。为了改变这种现状，国内外不少学者认为大部分词汇都是通过隐喻方式获得学习者的单词量有了很大提高。

关于隐喻的研究：古希腊哲学家亚里士多德就提出了隐喻这一概念。传统的隐喻理论普遍认为：隐喻是一种语言现象，一种修辞手段，主要用在文学作品中。浪漫主义诗人认为隐喻是诗歌的灵魂。长期以来人们主要研究隐喻的诗学功能与修辞功能。lakoff和johnson在1980年发表的隐喻学专著《我们赖以生存的隐喻》一书中提出了隐喻研究的认知论。lakoff认为：“隐喻是一种思维方式，隐喻无处不在，语言在本质上是隐喻性的，我们借以思维和行动的概念系统在本质上基本是隐喻的”。lakoff运用源域和目标域之间的映射以及意象图式来解释隐喻现象。束定芳和汤本庆指出：“语言教师可以利用隐喻理论来解释语言意义的变化发展过程，解释词汇意义之间的相互关系，同时，还可以利用概念隐喻理论来解释语言中各种不同形式的隐喻之间的系统性和相互关系”。蔡龙权认为：“隐喻过程中的语义转移为语词的意义扩展提供了平台。隐喻、认知和语言的这一密切关系为词汇学习等外语学习找到了依据，这为我们研究词汇习得提供了一个新的视角。

近年来，一些学者开始关注隐喻的应用语言学研究，包括隐喻的实际应用研究以及隐喻与语言教学之间关系的研究。隐喻理论研究将继续进行理论探讨，随着隐喻研究与运用的不断深入，人类对隐喻的认识不断加深;结合人类学、神经理论等学科进行隐喻研究。隐喻研究历史的研究;传统文化的隐喻学研究;隐喻的跨文化对比研究;隐喻理论的应用研究。

三、选题研究的目的和意义

通过对词汇习得理论及概念隐喻理论的研究历史和现状及前景的分析，发现以往的词汇习得理论有其不足之处。而概念隐喻理论为我们研究词汇习得提供了一个新的视角。鉴于此论文将研究概念隐喻理论在词汇习得中的应用，以期对英语词汇习得与教学有所启示，提高学习效率。

本论文以概念隐喻理论为理论根据，以词汇习得理论的历史研究及其不足之处为依据来探讨概念隐喻理论在词汇习得中的应用。

1. 背景与意义

随着市场经济的不断深化，我国城市零售业得到了长足发展.而人口占总人口绝大多数的农村，零售业的发展仍较为滞后，存在一些不可忽视的问题。多年来，中央发了多个解决“三农”问题的一号文件，说明“解决好农业、农村、农民问题，事关全面建设小康社会大局，必须始终作为全党工作的重中之重”，“坚持把发展现代农业、繁荣农村经济作为首要任务，加强农村基础设施建设，健全农村市场和农业服务体系”。在市场经济条件下，三农问题的解决与农村市场体系建设，特别与农村零售市场体系建设密不可分。

我国农村零售业面临着强大的机遇和挑战，存在着市场潜力大、竞争压力小、启动成本低、国家政策向农村倾斜等优势，同时又面临着农民整体购买力低、农村融资难以及农村零售业利润低等劣势。开发农村零售业市场特别是提高对发展农村零售业的认识、切实采取可行的方法增加农民收入、制定科学的农村零售业发展规划、创新农村零售业态、规范农村零售市场秩序等等。因此，发展农村零售业不仅是提高农村居民生活水平的有效途径，而且是缓解城市零售业的激烈竞争的迫切需要，对实现建设社会主义新农村的目标具有现实意义。

2. 文献综述

2.1主要内容

本文主要阐释农村零售业发展现状、问题及其对策，参考文献对本文起了巨大作用。市场经济下发展农村经济势在必行，而零售业又是其中一项重大任务。华中师范大学经济学院的刘琼和张钰坤提出了 大力开拓农村消费市场,发展农村零售业是扩大内需的重要环节。零售业是流通领域最古老的行业,也是流通领域发展与变革最快的行业,也是开发我国农村市场的一把利剑。但是现阶段我国零售业存在着诸多问题,给农村现代市场体系的建设造成了一定的困难。并在扩大内需条件下探寻了零售业开发农村市场的三大模式。重庆工商大学经济贸易学院的张典教授在对农村零售市场发展潜力分析的基础上,指出了我国农村零售市场存在的主要问题,提出了相应的解决对策。中南财经政法大学工商管理学院的贾钦然教授分析了零售业在农村发展的重要方向。渭南师范学院政治经济系的张

萍分析了陕西小城镇零售业分钟缺乏竞争力的问题并分析了促进其健康发展的措施。湖南农业大学商学院教授周军总结了当前我国农村零售企业发展的主要特点,并对我国农村零售市场存在的问题和零售企业开拓农村市场的营销对策进行探讨。

阅读这些文章后感触良多，体会到了治学之深，但并非所有的参考文献中的都是完美的研究成果，仍然存在一些不足，所以我们要在前人研究的基础上继续这个可研究的趋势。吸取前人的优点，一步步提高和完善自己。

I graduated from Taipei Commercial Junior College， majored in business administration。 Instead of spending much time in playing， I devoted myself to my studies and paid attention to all meaningful things happened in daily life。 By the way， I learned a lot from Mr。 Wang， the professor of my business class。 He is my good friend till now an often gives some appropriate suggestions toward my problem confusion。

My father is， in the same way， a good consultant to me。 As he said: I am in poor education， little for you; to clarify， what he have given is far beyond his words， I do think so。 I was born in a country of Ping Tung Country， farming is our career of generations。 There are four people in my family， Mother is housewife and my brother is a student of an Agriculture College。
