当前我国正在进行基础教育课程改革，其具体目标之一就是倡导建构的学习，即学生主动参与，乐于探究，勤于动手。也就是我们所说的生本教育。生本教育是教育现代化的核心因素;生本教育是实现教育均衡的有力杠杆;生本教育是现代课程改革的根本理念。生本教育就是以生命为本的教育，就是以学为本的教育，把主要依靠教转化为(在教者的帮助下)主要依靠学的教育。生本教育是以“一切为了学生，高度尊重学生，全面依靠学生”为宗旨的教育，是真正做到以学生为学习的主人，为学生好学而设计的教育。生本教育与师本化、灌注性教学相对立，有强大穿透力、冲击力、震撼力和感染力。生本教育把师生关系处理得十分完美、和谐，教学效果十分显著。生本教育的理念和新课标之间是统一的，相辅相成。因为新课标非常重视学习的情感、态度、策略、价值观、小组讨论、综合实践等，这与生本的理念，“以学生为本，尊重生命，提升生命，每节课都是实践与活动”是一致的。

通过实验，笔者总结出来了生本教育在高中英语课堂运用上的一些经验。

一、“以学定教”，合理使用教材。

教材不再是“圣经”，不再是唯一的教学内容。教师要根据学生的实际情况，合理的对教学内容进行重组。从学生的实际出发，灵活利用教材，使教材服务于学生，而不是让学生适应教材。课本不是教学内容的全部，教材是可变的、发展的和开放的。静止和绝对的看待课本是不正确的教材观。在课堂教学中教师应量力而行，这个“力”就是学生的实际情况，这个“行”就是增、减、改编、重新组合教学内容。教师应从学生的实际出发，灵活利用教材，使教材服务于学生，而不是让学生适应教材，只有以学生为本，灵活处理教材，才真正能还课堂给学生，使学生成为学习的主人。

二、“以学施教”，善于撷取学生思维的火花，真正达到师生互动。

三、科学评价

四、生本教学能让后进的学生的得到了发展的机会和权利。

1.目的明确

大体上，说课可用于检查、研究、评价、示范等多种目的。一般来说，检查性说课主要用于领导检查教师的备课情况;研究性说课主要用于同行之间切磋教法;评价性说课主要用于教学评比、竞赛活动、求职面试;示范性说课则是为了给教师树立说课的样板，供其学习、参考。在开展说课活动前，首先要明确目的，也就是将要开展的是哪一类型的说课活动，以便做好相应的准备工作。

2.针对性强

这主要是针对检查性、研究性两种说课活动而言。检查性说课一般来说主要针对以下问题：教师的工作态度、教师的专业知识、教师的教学能力、教师的教研能力;研究性说课应主要针对承上启下的课节、知识难度较大的课节、结构复杂的课节以及同科教师之间意见分歧较大的课节等。只有加强了说课的针对性，才便于说课人和评课人对问题的集中研究与解决。

3.准备充分

说课前说课人和评说人都围绕本次说课活动的目的进行系统的准备，认真钻研课程标准和教材，分析学情，做到有的放矢。说课人还要写出条理清楚、有理有据、重点突出、言简意赅的说课稿。

4.评说准确

评说要科学准确，指导性强。说课人说完之后，参加评说的人员要积极发言，抓住教学理论上的重大问题和教学中带有倾向性、普遍性、规律性的问题进行重点评说。主持人还应该将已达成的共识和仍存在分歧的问题分别予以归纳总结，以便在教学中贯彻执行或今后继续进行研究。
