我叫 今年25岁 我的生日是8月21日 我的家乡是中国的首都北京。我毕业于北京语言大学对外汉语专业。20xx年年毕业之后在泰国KANCHABABURI育侨学校担任3年级和4年级的中文教师工作。狮子座的我热情，开朗，心胸宽阔、有爱心，并且忠诚，但是，因为我还差一天就是处女座，所以我也有很多处女座的特点，比如，做事情认真踏实细致，讲原则等等。同样，我也有缺点，判断事情有些主观，脾气有些急躁。我的爱好是读书，看电影，上网冲浪，还有女孩子都喜欢的逛街。

我曾多次参加考试，但都由于各种原因而未能实现梦想，但我暗下决心，只要有机会，我就一直考下去，直到理想实现为止。

2018年最新中学英语老师实习报告

光阴似箭，日月如梭。转眼间， 愉快而又艰辛的实习工作快要结束了，在这二十多天里里，我们经历了从学生到教师的角色转换。在这二十多天的时间里，在教案的准备和书写上，在课堂的布置上，在课时的掌握上，都有了很大的提高。二十天的时间不长，但感受颇多。

现将在实习中的心得总结如下：

首先，实习是个人综合能力的检验。要想讲好课，除了英语基础知识功底深厚外，还需有一定的实践能力。作为一名教师，还要求有较强的表达能力，同时还要善 于引导学生思考、调节课堂氛围等。这也要求了我们要改变传统而又枯燥的教学模式，大胆创新，不要老是束缚于老的教学方法中，在教学中要有自己独到之处，有新意。

让学生在快乐的心情下上好每一节英语课，也方便于我毕业论文的研究。英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。

为此，在早读时，口语操练时，我充分利用有效时间，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。

其次，此次实习，我深深体会到了积累知识的重要性。俗话说：要给学生一碗水，自己就得有一桶水。我对此话深有感触。这次实习虽有课本作参考，但学生常常 问及课本以外的知识，有的还涉及到人文历史地理方面，确实够我折腾了的。晚自习下班辅导时，我们简直没有离开教室的机会，因为学生都一直问问题。

而在这期间，我又与其他实习生进行交流，吸取经验弥补自己的不足。通过这次实习，我真正领会了以前一位学长送给我的一句话：“在学校要多看多学，到了社会总有用到的时候。”

再次，此次实习增强了我毕业就业的信心和勇气。由此看来，我们在大学里还是学到了不少东西，只是感觉不到而已。所以，我们有就业危机感是应该的，但不能过于自卑和担忧，否则会妨碍自己的学习。现在，我们能做的就是多吸取知识，提高自身的综合素质。

自己有了能力，到时候才会是“车到山前必有路”。

这次实习也是对我教学上的一次大检验。

实习二十天，说短不短，说长不长，一转眼就成了过去。但这是我大学生活中最难忘的二十天，在这段时间里，我学到了很多，有很多的感触，有很多的快乐，有 很多的不舍，有更多更多的感谢。感谢汤原高中能给我这个机会真正了解到了一个老师的辛苦和快乐，感谢老师们能给我那么多的锻炼机会，学到了比大学四年还要 多的东西，感谢学生能包容我这个还不成熟的老师，和我说了那么多的心里话，不仅把我当成老师，还把我当成朋友。

实习工作虽然已经结束了，但我 相信这不是终点，而是另一个新的起点。在实习中获得的经历和体会，对于我们今后走上工作岗位，都有很大的帮助。经过这次实习，也提高了我的专业水平，教学 水平。在以后的工作上我会有争取更大的进步。相信今后无论什么时候回想起这段经历，都会觉得是快乐的，而且永远铭记于心。

I received my Bachelor degree in Jiangxi Normal University majored in geographical science. Now I am studying in Fujian Normal University.my major is natural resources.

I have acquired some basic knowledge of distributed hydrological erosion model during my graduate years and published a research paper in journal of natural resources. I have built up a daily runoff and sediment Annualized Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution model (AnnAGNPS) in Shanmei reservoir basin in Fujian province. And Im interested in the uncertainty of the distributed hydrological erosion model and I want continue my research.

本学期，我担任三—六年级的英语教学工作，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，在工作中从各方面严格要求自己，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，使教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学期教学工作做出总结，希望能发扬优点，克服不足，继往开来。

一、做到了认真备课。不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生小班教学的实际，针对不同年级教学目标的不同：让三四年级学生在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的能力，还让学生试着模仿教材书写单词;让五六年级在保持兴趣的基础上学习新知识，加大听写单词的力度。设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学后记。

二、增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快;注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。现在学生普遍反映喜欢上英语课，尤其是五年级的学生。

三、认真批改作业：布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。对于四个年级的学生，培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。

四、坚持用英语组织课堂教学。目前，由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学习英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所，我坚持多用英语与学生交流，为学生营造良好的学习语言的环境。
