一.与他人和睦相处，加强和同事以及他人之间的沟通

学校里成绩不错的学生变成了未知领域里重头学起的实习生，而熟悉的校园也变成了陌生的企业单位，身边接触的人同样也改变了角色：老师变成了领导，同学变成了同事相处之道完全不同。在这样的转变中，对于沟通的认知显得非常的苍白。于是第一次觉得自己并没有本以为的那么善于沟通。当然，适应环境是需要过程的，所以我相信时间和时间会让我很快完成这种角色的转变，真正的融入到工作单位跟这个与学校完全不同的社会大环境中。

一、指导思想

以科学发展观为指导，结合我校的实际情况和英语学科的特点，以“一案三环六步”为抓手，把提高备课组的质量作为主阵地，努力提高教师的教学理念和业务素质，研究课堂，落实有效教学，扎扎实实做好英语教学工作，不断提高英语课堂效率和质量，创造一个教书育人和谐奋进的优良环境，全面提高我校的英语教学质量。

二、工作目标

1.总体目标：培养英语学习兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，提高英语教学质量。

2.各年级具体目标如下：

七年级：注重学生英语学习习惯的培养，进一步培养学生学习英语的兴趣，平时注重口语的训练，强化基础知识学习和基本技能的培养。

八年级：加强阅读教学，注意让学生在阅读中慢慢体会到乐趣，在现有的基础上，强化培优补差，减少两极分化，力求进一步提升质量。

九年级：在总结反思的基础上，挖掘潜力，查缺补漏，加强学法指导和能力培养，着重对复习课型和中考命题方向和命题的基本原则、方法、思路的探讨研究，把握教学大纲，密切关注中考动向，为实现XX年中考的新突破打好基础。

三、具体工作

1.加强理论学习，不断更新教育教学理念。组织本科组的教师深入学习《义务教育英语课程标准》(20xx年版)等相关的教育教学理论知识，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生的综合实践能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.加强集体备课，要做到有计划、有目标、有实效、不走形式，各备课组要做到每周备课一次，围绕相关话题，展开讨论，做到定时定点，并有活动记录。整个备课组要统一教学进度，统一教学重难点，统一作业内容，做到有问题，及时沟通，做好二次备课。力求做到有效备课，以集体的力量和智慧来提高全组教师的业务水平和教育教学能力。

3.进一步落实与深化教学常规，研究常态课堂，打造高效课堂。向45分钟要效率。

4.按计划上好研究课，做到个人备课与集体备课相结合，及时组织评议，加强教学方法研究，找出不足，共同学习，共同进步。

5.组织初三年级备课组的英语教师认真学习xx年xx中考的相关政策，积极参加省市组织的中考备考会、调研会，及时了解和掌握有关考试动态和信息，深入研究近三年镇江市的中考题，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究，结合我校学生的实际，扎扎实实做好第一轮的复习，要在落实基础知识到位的同时，抓好听、说、写等综合能力的培养，特别要重视学生阅读能力的训练。科学合理地分配三轮的复习时间，按计划，又要随机应变，引导学生扎扎实实地过好每一关，尤其是基础关，做题技巧关。

6.继续建设和完善本教研组的资源库。加强本组教师的教学案、教学反思、教学课件、试题的收集和整理。通过集体备课，公开课、网上收集优秀教案以及和外校交流等多种方式来丰富我组的资源库。加强团队协作能力，实现资源共享，提高我组教师的教育教学水平。

7.开展丰富多彩的第二课堂活动。组织三个年级的学生参加快乐英语校本课程，积极参加“英语之星”风采大赛。

(一)学生情况分析

1.学习水平不均

有的学生对小学英语比较重视，学得很好，基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学习，但有的学生或学校不重视，学得很不好，特别是在农村学校，还有几个甚至完全没有学过。因此，整个班级的英语水平很不平衡，给日常教学带来诸多的不便，提高了难度。

2.学习习惯不好

学生刚刚从小学进入初中，处于一个衔接的阶段，学习任务加重，学习的习惯可能不是很好，没有形成一定的适合自己的方法，或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习，所以学习方法都还有待改善。

总之，既要避免优秀生不够学的现象，又要努力把目前英语有欠缺的学生拉上去，激发他们的兴趣和信心，赶上中上的水平学生。在今后的教学中应该注重培养、激发兴趣，教给学生适当的学习的方法，从学生的学习兴趣、学习能力、生活经验和认知水平出发，倡导体验、实践、参与与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，发展学生的综合语言运用能力，使语言的学习过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成学生自主学习能力的过程，这是新课标和新目标英语的要求。

(二)教材分析

本套初一教材共分十五个单元，每单元分Section A和Section B以及Self check三部分。

SectionA ： 1a呈现本单元的重点单词，语法结构与功能;1b呈现任务型听力练习;1c结对练习核心对话;2a，2b是多种听力练习;2c呈现不同的任务。Grammar Focus呈现语法功能重点;3a-4b提供多种课堂活动。

Section B：1a此会扩展;1b新旧知识综合运用，同时在原有基础上有所扩展;2a，2b为听力练习;3a-3c提供各类练习形式，随着所学内容的加深，逐步扩展成阅读和写作练习。4a为创造性活用所学知识提供各类课堂活动。

Selfcheck：使学生对自己的英语水平有明确的认识。自我评价，包括词汇知识的评价，语言应用能力的评价和幽默卡通。

三.教学模式：

采用学生主体，教师主导，任务中心，活动载体的任务型语言教学的套路。

四.教学管理措施：初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段，也是最为关键时期。基础打不好，直接影响学生整个初中阶段，乃至高中、大学，以后的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定了以下措施：

(一)注重发音教学，加强语音教学的趣味性。利用直观教具和教学辅助媒体，激发爱好，增加容量，整体优化课堂教学。

(二)以旧引新，重视中小学英语知识之间联系

(三)在导入新课中教学词汇。为了巩固，每日进行单词竞赛，值日报告，学唱英文歌曲等。

(四)重视后进生的培养。多与差生沟通，帮助他们克服自卑，增强信心，利用课余时间辅导其学习。

(五)教学上和生活中注意因材施教，做到“一视同仁”关心差生，对其循循善诱，耐心教育。

(六)团结协作，共同进步。教师之间互相学习，勤学好问，做好初一年级的教学工作。

(七)课堂纪律：像学生在课堂上讲话，睡觉等，我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒，在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理：会根据学生自身的情况，给于适当的惩奖，对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生，前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒，不直接进行点名;对于不做的学生，会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因，一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试：整个学期一共要做4到5个测试，是以几个单元为单元，在每次考试后，都会进行分析，当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析，比如，很多同学错的是那些知识点，从学生实际掌握的角度出发，进行分析，讲解。

(十)沟通：要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通，也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通，家访，以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话，在作业批改的后面写上一些话。
