接着，是培训。现在回想过来，我觉得好在还是自己的决心够坚定以及自己有着认真的态度，才坚持了为期三个周末的培训。虽然培训不会很累，但我觉得还是够考验人的意志力的，因为这样的培训就好像平时上课那样子，还是要那么早醒，上课还经常“拖堂”，而且要利用周末的时间，不少通过了第一轮面试的人，最终因为诸如时间冲突或学习任务重(当时已接近期末考试了)的原因而放弃了。但是，我还是自觉地抵制了这样一种气氛。我抱着坚定的决心以及持着积极认真的态度，挺过了这个培训。在培训当中，我学到了美语的基本发音及领会了当一名助教所应具备的一些素质。终于，在复试中，我比较出色地通过了。当然，自己很是喜悦，因为自己的付出得到了收获。

我是安排去惠州的疯狂英语夏令营，时间是8月18号至8月27号，但我们助教要提前两天出发过去准备。所以从期末考试结束到出发，我有六天的时间。在这六天中，我做了很多准备——继续练好自己的美音音标，上网查找了很多实用的名人名言，去图书馆找了一些教人玩游戏的书籍来参考，还就如何当好一名助教这个问题，咨询请教了一些有经验的朋友和长辈。因为我知道“不要打无准备的战”的道理，所以既然要做，就要做好充分的准备，全力以赴。更何况，我真的希望自己能实现当初的想法——做一些有意义的事，虽然夏令营的时间不是很长，但我真的希望在这不长的十天时间里能尽自己所能教给学生一点东西，起码能让他们体会到一名助教老师对待工作、对待学生的那一份热情与认真。

终于，怀着兴奋的心情，我来到了惠州市惠阳高级中学，我的夏令营助教之旅就在，这个现在回想起来充满着回忆的地方，展开了但是，既然做了，就坚持下去吧，坚持就是胜利。这是一个中肯的态度，也是我在认识到事实之后的第一个想法。但是很快，我对待助教工作的态度就变得越来越积极了。我想起自己当时最根本的那个想法——做一些有意义的事情。我对自己说，就算现在情况比想象的艰苦了，我也不能忘记当时自己来这里的根本原因啊，我要尽己所能，教育、关怀学生，让他们在夏令营里尽量学多点知识以及掌握学习英语的方法，还有，更重要的是给学生思想上的一些转变及升华，让他们深切体会到师生之间、朋友之间那种平凡而又真切的温情。因此，在接下来的八九天的时间里，我始终充满着热情地对待我的工作，对待我的学生，对待我自己的心灵。虽然也还是很累，但只是身体上的，因为我的内心本着自己的信念和有着大家彼此间的关怀而快乐了起来

现在还有很多或有趣或感人的事情历历在目。记得，仕浩早上起来时流鼻血，然后我和他吃完早餐到校医室，在校医室门口等校医过来的情形——其他一些学生看到我和仕浩在等，所以在还没有上课的时候，他们都陪着我俩，在校医室门口大家排排坐说着趣事笑话的情形，他们真是一群可爱的精灵啊。以前听高中的校长说过，即使她年纪大了，但因为经常和充满活力的学生在一起，她自己也感觉年轻很多。现在到我了，虽然我还属于年青的一代，但和这些90后的小朋友在一起，我真感觉自己又回到了童年，世界都变得简单快乐了很多。还记得，顺顺因为没学过英语，每次通关考试时，她都很难过关，有时她还会因为不懂而着急到哭了，我们大家看在眼里也觉得很难受，特别是我作为老师的，真有一种心疼的感觉。这也激起了我更大的决心和对学生的关爱之心，我对自己说，一定要让顺顺重拾学习的信心。所以，我利用午休的时间，过去顺顺的宿舍给她辅导。终于，在夏令营终考时，顺顺顺利通过了并取得了非常大的进步。依然记得，我们班最小的小朋友芷菡，她几乎是每个晚上大家在上小课时，都会走过我这来，可可怜怜地哭着跟我说想妈妈了，我擦着她的眼泪，安慰她说要做个坚强的好孩子，她起初答应着我，但很快，又还是情不自禁地哭起来了。看着芷菡那憋着劲哭的样子，谁看了都会心疼，很多次我看着哄着，自己几乎也要哭出来了。我跟芷菡说，老师也想妈妈，但是老师为了能让同学们都做个坚强的孩子，老师不哭;芷菡想妈妈，但是为了老师不哭，做个坚强的好孩子好吗?这时候，芷菡好像真的懂得我的意思，很认真地跟我点了头，这之后的最后三个晚上里，她真的都没哭了，而且都很适应过来了。

还有很多很多，例如文俊和沫阳两只小手“辛苦地”为我盛来汤水时，那懂事而又羞羞的表情;梁羽在课室外的窗台前真诚地跟我说着他和爸爸妈妈的事情;宿舍里一推学生扯着闹着要和我聊天的情形;生日派对里大家一起玩一起疯狂的时光;总结大会上我们班荣获“优秀集体”时大家的激动与感动……这一切一切，让我想起来都感到温暖和幸福，因为我有着一班团结、懂事、可爱的学生，我真的感到很欣慰，我真的觉得我不枉此行。

最后，我想说的是，任何收获其实都是要通过自己的努力的，事情的开始总是比较艰难，但是一定要有信念并且要坚持自己的信念，用心去待人处事，不轻言放弃，最终的收获总会令人意想不到的。这也是我参加这次疯狂英语夏令营助教得出的最深刻的体会。

英语专业大学生2016年工作实习报告范文

在开始实习之前，我多少有些心虚。因为我的许多朋友都有过假期打工的经历。而作为一名英语专业的大二学生，这次的实习却是我的第一次工作经历。我很担心自己会在工作的过程中出现差错。但现在回想这实习的两个星期在工作和生活上出现的困难，其实都不算什么。就像著名主持人鲁豫曾经说过的话，如果一个困难没有将你，你一定会变的比以前更坚强。我相信如果再有一次实习的机会，我一定会比这次做的更好。

在这里我要感谢学校安排了这次实习，也要感谢公司给我这次机会，虽然只有短短的两个星期时间，但是我所学到的将使我受益一生。因为这次实习的经历让我原本枯燥的暑假变的充实起来。

一、实习过程

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。

说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，在大家焦头烂额，手足无措的时候，我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品，金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务的通选课竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如 fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

实习的另一个关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。以前老听哥哥姐姐们念叨还是在学校好，当时还特幼稚的想，学校有老师管着有什么好的啊!现在才看请其实到那里都有人管。在学校可以没心没肺的开玩笑，但走上工作岗位之后，说话做事都要谨慎，要有技巧。像我这样毫无社会经验的黄毛丫头，说话做事毫无技术含量，所以最好还是少说多做。

通过两星期的实习，我对复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作都基本熟练。在领到实习工资的那一刹那，我真的有种激动和不安的感觉。那是自己辛辛苦苦工作换来的。多少天的困难和疲惫总算有收获。但更重要的是，我拥有了一笔丰富的经验财富，

二、实习感悟

除了第一次工作人人都会有的工作难做社会难处的感悟之外，我最大的感悟就是真诚所至，金石为开。不管多难做，做好自己的那一份，总有一天会有收获，只是时间的问题。但如果你不去做，这一天永远不会像天上掉馅饼那样到来。

还有我更清楚的看清了自己的不足，除去能力上的不足，我更想说的是心理的不足，这大概是大学生的通病，眼高手低。虽然我所做的不过是一份打杂的工作，更像是文秘助理，但如果我不做，在我后面有很多人等着接替我的职位。职位带给你的面子，工资带给你的生活质量都不能是你择业的首要根据。一个人对工作的态度决定了一个人能否找到工作，并且也决定了一个人能否做好工作。如果一个人眼光总是太高，可能永远也无法找到一份令自己满意的工作;相反地，如果一个人能够从自身实际出发，善于把握眼前的工作机会，并愿意为之付出，那么最后一定会取得工作上的成功。

再有就是关于人际关系方面的感悟。虽说在工作中能力必须有，但如果没有同事的合作与包容，你可能什么都做不了。以前可能是因为电视剧看的太多的原因，我总是感觉职场上充满了明争暗斗，要处事圆滑甚至耍些小聪明才能生存。但在与同事相处的过程中，我觉得更重要的是放大别人的优点，缩小别人的缺点。多站在别人的立场上想问题。电视剧中的情节都过于戏剧话了。另一方面，以前我总是觉得只要忍就可以解决一切问题。通过这两个星期的实习，我觉得硬生生的通过忍去让步不如通过考虑别人的

英语专业大学生职业规划

时光荏苒，我已经在大学里度过了我的第一年，现在大二的我利用暑假期间认真的想想自己未来的职业到底想做什么，最后决定选择一份外企的工作。

首先，英语对英语专业的学生来说有时是个限制因素。英语只能作为一种交流工具，现在大多数人都可以说一口流利的英语，就算对英语语法知识不是很了解。而且这些非英语专业的学生，譬如，计算机专业的学生，他们本身计算机专业知识就是他们的一个特长。可以说他们同时掌握了两们专业知识。这对我们来说是个很大的挑战。在择业时，面对竞争也较大。

其次，英语专业面对的择业范围较为狭窄。一般，只能选择与英语专业有关的职业，而与英语专业相关的职业部外乎就是翻译、新闻英语之类等。总之，相对与许多专业来说，英语专业的狭窄的。

第三，我个人认为一样大学本科毕业后就已经那到了专业比较顶级的水平了，如果接着考研还是考英语专业的话，那么英语对于我来说不再是一种交流工具了，而我地自己研究英语这方面没有信息也没有兴趣。

第四，对于跨专业考研，在选择所跨专业方面时也困难重重。由于英语专业大学四年都不学习数学，所以跨专业考研时选择的专业范围也被缩小了，不能选择需要考数学的专业就必须从现在开始补习数学。

第五，出国读研究生在选择专业方面也遇到了同样的问题。在选择国家方面，国家的消费水平是不是太高等问题也影响了选择。毕竟以自己的家庭生活水平还不能承担出国的费用。

最终选择还是从事英语方面的工作主要是因为自己的专业是英语专业，而且将来考研是方向极大可能是以上的第二方面。基于英语专业且在国外读研究生这一因素，决定选择在外企从事有关翻译的工作。

这个职业目标的成功选择让我对职业目标的决策方法有了一定的认识。首先，在选择职业目标是首要考虑的问题是个人自身问题。要对自我优缺点等进行一个全面透彻的分析，给自己做一份自我鉴定。自己专业范围是不是跟专业对口，或者合适自己。即我们通常所说的人职匹配。不要对自己将要选择的职业期望过高，往往会导致职业决策的失误。

在对自我进行分析方面，主要考虑的是自我性格，以性格确定自己是怎样的一类人群，从而确定比较适合自己的职业群。在上课过程中的各种性格等测试都证明我是个随和的人，比较适合的工作是交流、沟通等方面的工作，于是确定可从事翻译工作。其次考虑的是我的技能。我目前拥有的技能、特长，我的工作需要使我拥有而我不具备的技能，通过这一分析给自己定一个目标，把自己不具备的技能列举出来并且把提高方法列举出来，在日后的训练过程中着重提高这些方面的技能，从而能更好的胜任这个职业目标。再次，个人价值观问题对自己价值观进行一个全面透彻的分析。

在择业过程中家庭的影响也是个重要因素。儿女总是父母的希望所在，在择业时也会考虑到父母的期望，我爸爸就希望我做个教师，他说这份工作比较稳定，比较适合女生。在初期，也确实想到要做教师，然而随着自己对自己的了解越来越来深刻，最终还是决定第一择业目标是个英文翻译员。职业目标初步定了下来，接下来的就是如何实现这个具体实践了。我在网上找到关于作为一个外企的英语翻译员必须具备以下素质：

a、基本技能（basic skills）：一个英文翻译员最基本的还是能牢固的掌握和运用自己的专业知识。这些技能包括听力理解能力（listening），只有能够听懂外国人在说些什么才有可能跟他们沟通和交流；表达自己观点的技能（speaking），一个有思想的人必须具备正确表达自己的能力；写作能力 (writing)；阅读并理解文章的技能 (reading)；

b、提升技能（skills for promotion）：各种证书(certifications)，虽然有时候证书只是一中形式，但却起着极大的作用.各种等级证书是必须的，尤其是翻译证书，当然还有专业八级等证书；责任心 (responsibilities)，对于每个行业来说都是必须的.一个优秀的翻译员尤其要热爱翻译行业，责任心强，性格稳重细致.合作项目的洽谈、翻译及英文撰写等工作；交流沟通能力(communication)，翻译员被誉为“沟通的桥梁”，所以积极和人进行沟通，并参与相关活动等都是必须的.良好的人际沟通与组织协调能力；具有较强的公共能力；团队合作精神( teamwork)，人际交往能力强 ，和自己团队搞好关系；母语（mother language）中文书写能力强，翻译员最终还是为了帮助中英双方的沟通，所以较好的中文是必须的；礼节，礼貌 (manners)，举止要得体，毕竟英文翻译员有时代表的不止是自己有时还代表着一定的团体甚至是一个国家的形象；谦虚( be modesty or appreciate other’s perspectives)，谦虚并能容纳别人观点；态度 (attitude)，做事认真负责，为人正直 ；逻辑( logic)，条理清晰，明白易懂、一目了然，所以要善于交流 ；创新意识( innovation)；

c、个人特长 (personal advantages)：特殊的证书( special certifications)，这类证书比如：其他语言类的证书、比赛证书等等；丰富的经验( experience)，尤其是国际版权贸易经验；特殊技能 (peculiar skills)，熟悉office等办公软件，熟悉商业信函的写作，具备计算机应用的基础能力；各方面综合能力 (comprehensive skills)，有时翻译员不止是翻译的工作，甚至还要做好翻译员、参事员、协调员、管理员和安全员；掌握与自己工作有关的最新消息 (up to date information about your job)，了解和熟悉行业知识、专业常识、政策方针、存在问题以及相应的外文术语；幽默感( sense of humor)，在英国人看来幽默感是必须具备的他们认为每人都得要有a sense of humor。 ‘he has no sense of humor’是人们可以常常听到的一句话.。

以上就是一个优秀的外企职员该具备的基本技能，为了达到这一目标，提高自身各个方面的素质。在自身各方面素质都有了更高的提升之后，才能更加胜任这份工作。
