20____年的__月____日到__月____日，这短短的四周，是我次学习当老师的教学实习周。在这段时间，我收获了很多，也成长了很多。近一个月的实习，让我体会到当老师的乐趣。当了近十几年学生，次转换了角色，以一名老师的身份去实习、去体验，任务不同了，视角不同了，因此感受也不同了。

前两周我们以听课为主，为了能更好的适应学生教育环境，我们认真听课，记好笔记，并即时和指导老师沟通，反复推敲老师教案，认真熟悉教材。

这两周，我们还批改了学生们的作文。批改作业时，纠正学生的错误是非常重要，在纠正学生每个错误的时候，要写上激励的评语，让他们在改正自己错误的同时，不会对自己失去信心。在这个过程中，我还发现了大一学生在英语写作过程中普遍存在的一些问题。大体情况可以分为四类：

类：存在严重的单词拼写问题，很多同学也分不清词性。

第二类：句子结构不清晰，时态使用错误，而且喜欢用中文思维进行写作。

第三类：不注意标点的使用，随意乱点的现象很严重。

第四类：学生态度问题。这一类学生大多字迹潦草，不认真对待作业。

经过两周的听课，第三周，我们便开始准备教案，为讲课作准备。指导老

师指导我们写教案，给我们建议。第四周的周一早上，我们进行了次试讲。虽然试讲并不正式，可是讲课的过程中依然会暴露很多缺点。结束之后，郑老师说我的构思很好，同时也给我提了很多宝贵的建议。我认真听着，积极总结，并及时予以修改。周二晚上，郑老师又抽出宝贵的时间，听我们又试讲了一次。这一次，老师又给我们提了意见，并让我周三正式上讲台。

于是，5月6日，周三下午，我次正式登上了讲台。上课前我感到非常紧张，紧张的介绍完自己，深呼吸了好几次，终于调整好了自己的情绪，开始讲起课来。我按照我的计划逐步进行着内容，同学们也很配合，他们的积极参与让课堂十分有趣。我便充分放松了自己，大胆的讲起课来。最后，由于时间没有把握好，准备的内容并没有讲完。课后，郑老师评价说我讲的挺好，我的搭档也说挺好。这无疑是给了我极大的自信。他们也给了我很多建议。所以回来之后，

我又对讲课内容进行改进。5月7日，周四下午，我又讲了两节课，正所谓，熟能生巧，这次，明显没有次那么紧张了，并且在时间的把握上，内容上，都有很大的进步。学生依旧很配合。从老师和我的搭档那里，我都获益匪浅。

这三节课，让我充分体会了当老师的感觉。这种感觉很好，看着学生们对你渴望的眼神，你就会觉得你有责任把他们教好。

通过这次实习，我还总结了几点关于教育的建议，具体如下：

实习前我没有任何直接的教学经验，所有关于教学的间接经验都是来自课本知识和观察其他老师授课。这种间接的经验确实能给我的实际教学提供一些理论的指导，但并不是所有理论都能够在实践中发挥它的作用，每个理论都有它所适用的条件，如果条件不允许，即使理论再正确，它也不能在实践中发挥巨大的作用。要知道所有的理论经验都是从具体的案例中发现，再经过反复修改最终总结出来的，它可以适用于对应的情况。而自己的教学经验还是要靠个人感悟和总结反思，起初可能什么都不知道，但慢慢的就会在教学中摸索总结出一些个人的经验，这些经验十分宝贵，因为是针对自己的具体情况总结出来的，所以最适用于自己的教学。

这半年里感悟最深的就是要备好课，如果备课不够充分，讲起课来总会感到底气不足，遇到一些问题难免会感到慌张，因为之前没有考虑到这些内容，只有在匆忙之中想出个答案来回复学生，借以保全老师的颜面。课本中有些内容自己很熟悉，它们从知识层面上看并不难，但首次作为老师讲给学生总会感到有些生疏。问题就在于准备的不够充分，有些内容老师早就应该熟记在心，讲课时不用书本就能脱口而出，而实际情况是有时老师照着课本读句子也会出错，这是老师自己不负责任的结果。备课不考虑学生实际情况也会出很大的问题，内容设置过难，高于学生学习水平，学生的听讲状况可能会不如以前；内容设置太简单，学生学习起来没有动力，渐渐他们的注意力就会转移到其他事情上。只有内容难度合适，让学生学起来有一定难度，但又不至于太困难，这时学生才更愿意去听讲，跟老师一起分析文章解决问题。备课更离不开备教法，针对不同的课型和内容，老师需要灵活选择教学方法，有的文章适合让学生分组合作解决问题，另外一些文章难度较大，可能并不适合学生独立分析解决，这时需要老师要带着学生一起分析理解。

实习这半年是我在大学里最好的历练，它让我清楚的认识到自己的不足，找到今后仍需努力的方向，这是在大学学习任何课程都达不到的效果，实习已经接近尾声，我会好好总结经验，努力提升自己，向着更高的目标迈进。

2017年暑假英语专业大学生实习报告范文

在家呆了两天，就匆匆赶去上海学习，经过十六天的中级口译的集训，认识了不少人，也越来越意识到自己水平的不足，特别是词汇量。在我们学校我自认为自己口语方面，特别是语音语调方面还是不错的，但在我通过在上海学习的这段时间，我逐渐发现，上海的学生，天生具有这点优势，所以在班级里我这方面并不突出，即使在这个三十多人班里，大部分并不是英语专业的学生。在外教课上，他们明显活跃，更愿意表现自己，这一点我不如他们。(外教在和我们做游戏时每每说一大串的游戏规则，我很多次都不能领会其薏，还是问其他同学才能配合)。而关于一些比较死的东西，如潭教授的笔译课，还有david的口译课，还是强于其他一些同学的，这也许是江苏学生的特长吧。

到八月初，上完华浦的课程，便收拾行囊赶去kc.lim家了。他们家是马来西亚人，而又在新加坡呆了近十年，由于是华裔，来宝(noble resources pte.ltd)公司特派他担任中国区ceo，驻上海。kc家里四口人，有两个可爱的女儿，jing en.lim 九岁，jing rong.lim 七岁。叔叔阿姨都会说一点中文，但都一点中文字都看不懂，两小家伙就更不用说了。他们家住的别墅区，进出有专门司机，所以说在他家住除了和阿姨去送两小家伙去mandarin house，或者陪阿姨去starbucks小坐，几乎与事隔绝拉。出来他们家，确实有点不习惯，比如在饮食上，他们比较注重健康，不放味精不放盐，每天要吃大量的蒜(早上的garlic bread 让我疯了，我最讨厌的就是大蒜了其实)。我发现我们中国学生说英语比较生硬，外国人讲话比较简洁明了。比如说：我们经常说这食物很好吃，用英语说“it’s delisious “,但实际上一个简简单单的”nice”就能表达所有的意思。其实在他们家，我反而觉得和叔叔阿姨交流起来比和小孩子交流起来比较方便，因为小孩子说话快，而且音调比较像卡通片里的声音，很难懂。所以有的时候和小家伙一起看disney channel时，我会特别注意卡通人物的发音，真的好难，里面的英语基本听不懂。一是太快，二是语调太奇怪，比我看cctv 9 international累多了。有的时候和阿姨聊天，她会教育我很多很多方面，她会教育我reading newpaper，她说现在太多的像我们这种二十多岁的小孩子，不知道how to use their brain ，她会包容我的错误，耐心的听，和我交流，所以我比较粘阿姨的，她和别人说我是她大女儿，哈哈。叔叔是很忙的，平时我基本是看不到他的，我们起床的时候，他已经被公司的车接走了，我们睡觉的时候他还没回来。我对叔叔是一种很敬畏的感情，他不多话，但睿智，他会五种语言，英语很好听。只有周六周日，叔叔才会在家，不过我也看不到他的，他在书房看书或处理事务，只是偶尔看到他到厨房冲咖啡，我仅仅和他打个招呼而已。外国人发短讯也很有意思，为了节约时间，通常只选这个单词的一两个字母，或同音单词，例如：see you=c u,your=yr ,have-hv,我觉得最有成就感的就是一次周末，一家子人带 jing en参加钢琴考级，因为在上海考，我们让小韩叔叔开车到上海市青少年活动中心，他们一家是看不懂中文的。所以墙上的注意事项是看不懂的，我就充当了一次翻译的任务。看到他们一副不知道怎么办的样子，我将他们安顿好，一个人将jing en送到考点。呵呵，感觉好有成就感哦。那天晚饭我们去徐家汇的一家很popular的新加坡餐厅吃饭，价格不斐但是真是真的好难吃哦，同志们，以后不要去啊。很多生活习惯是很有趣的，比如他们早上起来不刷牙洗脸就吃早饭，吃完了就洗澡，他们信上帝，每天睡觉之前有pray time，每天必须要把盘里的食物吃完，呵呵，很多family traditions.邻居也有很多华裔，邻里之间很好，虽然每家有保姆，但全职太太们会做一些拿手的小食物，然后叫保姆送来送去的。呵呵，阿姨最拿手的就是做茶味和水果味的甜品拉，她也教会我了哦，不过你般中国家庭可没机会做，因为要好多工具啊，比如各式烤箱。呵呵，还有好多事情，真是一次有趣的体验，临别的时候，和阿姨拥抱，我们会经常email联系的。

英语专业大学生实习报告

紧张、美好的实习生活结束了，在这短短的一个月里，我和同学们以及带课老师建立了深厚的感情。临走之前，确实有些依依不舍，但是我知道，人生中这样的分离还会有很多次。以下仅对我实习期间做个简单的实习总结。

来到学校的第一天确实很兴奋，必定这是我们第一次实习，必定这是我们第一次以老师的身份走在校园里。第一天并没有什么实质性的工作，只是分别听了一下主任的讲话，与指导老师互相认识一下，并看了看学校的环境，算是对学校的初步了解吧。

我们的教育实习主要分为两部分，一部分是班主任工作，另一部分是教学工作，说白了就是既要带班又要教课。无论是带班还是教课，作为实习老师，都会有一个该校的正式老师带我们。前段时间实习的主要任务就是听课，看其他老师是怎样讲课的。这种听课和我们上学时听课是不一样的，因为这种听课的重点是观察老师怎样讲课，学习如何传授知识，如何驾驭课堂，如何控制授课时间，而并不是学习老师所讲的知识。熟悉老师的教学流程后，我开始着手备课，写完教案给指导老师查看，

我第一次上讲台时，自我感觉并不紧张，只是课讲得有点快，各个环节之间的过渡性词语不够明确和流畅，课堂驾驭能力不够强，但总体感觉还可以。后来在指导老师的细心指导和建议下，我不断改进，后来的课，同学们对我讲授的知识都能吸收。不仅达到了预期的教学目的和要求，而且课堂纪律很好，同学们也非常配合。有了前几次讲课的经验，我认为自己的课堂驾驭能力有了很大提高，不但可以良好地控制授课时间，也能够适时地调动起学生的积极性，使课堂气氛活跃起来。最后得到老师的好评。

比教学工作更重要的就是班主任工作。在学校里，班主任就是学生的第一监护人，所以班主任的工作非常琐碎。一名真正尽职尽责的班主任，在学生身上下的功夫比学生的父母还要多。实习第一周，我就开始记住每个学生的名字和样子，了解他们的基本情况，配合班主任做好常规工作，看早，晚读，监督卫生情况和自习课，晚自修的纪律，接下来每天都会做好着写常规工作。除此之外，我根据每周的年级重点工作安排和学生动态开展不同的主题班会，如第一周，因有部分同学对学校补课制度不满而暴动，导致学生思想情绪激动，因此我开展了以不再抱怨生活为主题的班会，以其平伏学生的情绪;接下来两周学校要进行月考和期中考试，我就开展了以考试心理调试和考后反思与总结为主题的班会课。期中考试过后，为了放松同学们的心情，丰富同学们的课外生活，增强同学们之间合作沟通与克服困难的团队精神。我于11月15号下午第二节课进行了一次以团体拓展游戏为主的第二课堂活动，期间，坐地起身，抢凳子，人椅等游戏不仅使活动气氛活跃高涨，而且锻炼了学生的团队沟通能力和合作精神。

作为实习班主任，我也在工作中不断总结经验。在对个别生教育过程中，我收到了深刻的心得与体会。他其实学习的潜力很大，只是自觉性和自制力不够强，因为经过多次努力但英语成绩仍然跟不上而泄气，失去学习兴趣和动力，导致文理偏科。经过多次面谈，我不断鼓励和支持他。帮助他明确目标和找到适合自己的学习动力和方法，后来在期中考试中取得了很大的进步，这是我对自己也感到很有成就感。作为班主任，同时也应作为一个朋友的角色去和学生相处，在课后消除师生之间的距离感，是学生能坦白自己的真实想法，将心比心的理解学生的心理与情绪，更多的是感化教育而不是教训。

在这次实习中，我的各方面能力都得到了锻炼和提高，当更珍贵的是和高二1班的同学建立了一份亦师亦友的深厚情感，这也会对我今后的学习、生活和工作产生深远的影响。我会不断努力，攀登人生的最高峰。

实习目的：到所学专业所应用的相关单位如外资企业、翻译公司、旅行社等部门对所学专业应用范围有一个初步了解从而明确学习目的、方向。以下是我的实习工作总结：

时间：XX年2月14日-2月20日

报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

从20xx年5月8日到20xx年5月25日，我作为英语专业教育方向的学生，在校内进行了教育实习。通过为期17天的实习经历，我从中学到了许多，知道了怎样活跃课堂气氛，怎样博得学生的欢欣与信任。

一：听课

我负责教英语专业大一的学生，比起教大学英语的学生来说，可能我的任务更艰巨，但是我有信心教好这一课。于是，从5月8号开始，我便开始了我忙碌的实习生活。

五一长假回来的第一天，我在辅导员老师的带领下，来到她所教的班级听课。第一次以老师的身份听课还别有一番情趣呢。这次老师讲的是练习，我想了解老师如何上练习课还是非常必要的。坐在班级的最后一排，认真地听老师讲课。把握老师的上课步骤，以及上课过程中的英语措辞，及时记录老师讲课内容以及讲课步骤。在讲课过程中，我发觉同学的学习主动性还是不够，很少有同学能积极主动地回答老师提出的问题。平时自己作为学生听老师上课基本没注意到这个问题，可是在这次听课时，感觉特别深刻。看来我们平时上课时要积极配合老师，更加主动地与老师交流了。针对这个问题，我也在思索上课时该怎样调动学生的积极性。

紧接着的几天还是一如既往地听老师讲课，老师分别讲了Topic Discussion，和课文分析。

对于Topic Discussion部分，我觉得还是非常风趣的，同学们有备而来，都自圆其说，听者学生五花八门的见解，我从中也学到了很多。同时，它也有助于其他同学的学习，并活跃课堂气氛。在课文分析的时候，我注意老师讲的各个语言点，对难句的分析和文章结构的划分。

在听课的过程中，我基本掌握了老师上课的要领：对于一篇新的课文，首先需要一节课的时间让学生针对课前的话题发表自己的见解，老师可以跟学生进行互动，在交流的过程中锻炼学生的口语能力。其次，上完口语课，老师进行课文分析，大约需要两节课的时间，在其中加强学生的主动性。最后就是讲练习，要求学生事先完成作业，在课上进行演练。整个过程还是遵守了三个“P”的原则，即：Presentation， Practice ，production.

二：试讲

听课完之后就到了关键时刻，我要开始给学生上课了。在上课前辅导老师给我们布置上课内容，并且首先要试讲。于是，我就开始一本正经地写教案备课。根据老师上课的方法，我查阅工具书对文章进行结构划分，分析文章中的重点词汇和句法，并且准备了问题让学生回答。在试讲的时候就根据这些内容讲解，老师指出了我的不足之处，要求我加强讲解过程的连贯性，并且丰富上课内容。我回去作了大量的修改，在幻灯片上增加了课外知识，并且提出了话题让学生自由发挥，以此来活跃课堂气氛，同时介绍自然段的大意以帮助学生把握整体要领。

三：上课

随着上课时间的一天天临近，我心情特别紧张，毕竟这是我第一次上台给学生上课，我到时候发挥得如何直接影响到学生的课业成绩。每天都想着上课的事，怕到时候出洋相，怕冷场，怕自己不知所措，不知道英文的表达……

终于到了上课时间，我被排在第二个上场，听着第一个同学操着一口流利的英语，与同学积极地互动，我的压力更大了。但是真正轮到我上台的时候，我忽然觉得自己没有想象的那么紧张，除了一开始心惊胆战的，后来讲得越来越有意思了。在课堂上我按照备课本上的程序讲，为学生强调重点词汇和句子，并穿插一些问题。为了活跃氛围，我只好选择点名的策略，学生还很配合的，不管知道与否，都发表了自己的看法。到了最后，我提出了一个话题供同学讨论，同学积极地参与了，并且给出了独特的见解，看到同学主动的回答，我很欣慰。那时候终于理解了当老师的最大乐趣，那就是看到自己的学生在课堂上表现活跃，对学习有上进心，与老师积极沟通。

四：感想

上课的时候，我觉得自己最大的不足就是英语表达不是很连贯，也许是第一次用英语上课的缘故吧，还是要多练练教师英语口语，掌握各种表达方法。其次就是上课太严肃，跟学生交流较少，这个还是要靠课外的材料来激活学生的兴趣的。另外，还是连贯性的问题，辅导老师说我上课停顿太多，会导致学生分散注意力，这个主要是因为我对上课的步骤还不是很熟悉，还有就是与学生交流少，缺少其他话语来填补知识点与知识点之间的空缺。看来以后要在课前自己操练一下，把文章讲连贯。

总体来说，我对自己的这次实习表现还算满意，毕竟这是我的第一次经历。但是我要积累这次实习过程中的经验，吸取教训，扬长补短，争取在以后的教学活动中表现得更好。我想，真正能博得学生欢欣，其他老师认可的教学还是要在不断的实践中获得的。
