二、努力做一个富有爱心的老师。工作中，我力求使自己成为做一个富有爱心的教师。我认为爱自己的工作、爱自己的学生是一位教师最基本的素养，是教育的灵魂，是教师高尚的师德情感，是一位教师在事业上取得成功的法宝和前提。否则，他不可能成为一位优秀的教师，更不可能成为学生爱戴的老师。因此我经常从小处着手，从学生关心的小事中寻求最佳教育时机，给学生春风沐浴般的教育。在平时的工作中，我常常用真情温暖学生，处处以真情关爱学生，不仅仅关心成绩好的学生，更关心成绩相对比较落后的学生。对于成绩好的学生，我经常鼓励他们百尺竿头，更进一步;对于学习有困难的学生，我在课下耐心辅导，树立他们的信心，争取使他们也能跟上学习的步伐。

我认为，不放弃一个学生，尤其是不让一个成绩暂时落后的学生掉队，是我们追求的教学境界。也是一位教师所应该具备的良好的职业情感和责任心，因为在教育事业的花园里，一花独放不是春，百花盛开春满园。

三、努力做一个学习型、科研型的新型教师要想做一名优秀的教师，必须是一名爱学习、肯钻研，并且是善于高教科研的教师。做一名学习型、科研型的新型教师一直是我追求的目标。也正是这一目标，激励着我在工作中不断学习、不断反思、不断研究。

就专业知识而言，我酷爱学习英语。英语一直是我喜爱的学科，每当我学习英语的时候，我会感到兴奋，感到余味无穷。我常常把我学习英语的感受告诉我的学生，鼓励他们热爱英语，激发他们对英语的学习兴趣。有时我还把我学习的内容，比如新闻、历史人物等拿到课堂上和我的学生一同欣赏，有时干脆用作教学的素材、练习的题目。通过不断的学习，我的专业知识不断提升，课堂教学也紧跟时代步伐。每每有外出学习的机会，我都争取参加，我曾多次到郑州、北京等地参加培训。每次学习，我都成绩优异，其中20xx年参加油田组织的由外教老师授课的暑期英语培训班，我以平均96分的优异成绩，夺得第一名。

仅仅具有高深的专业知识，不一定成为一名优秀的教师，还必须具有一定的教学技能。因此，在教育教学的同时，我一直坚持理论和业务学习。我反复学习过《英语教学法》一书，我曾经阅读过苏霍姆林斯基的多部教育专著。我还学习了洋思中学的教学模式，以及杜郎口教学模式，吸取他们教学方法中的精华，提升自己的教学水平。另外我还自己订阅了《中小学英语教学与研究》、《中小学外语教学》、《英语试题研究》、《学生英语报》等教学刊物。我坚持自学，并做了大量的读书笔记。通过学习，我掌握了大量先进的教育教学理论，专业知识也得到了应有的提升，教学基本功不断得到加强。20xx年，我参加“国家基础教育试验中心外语教育研究中心”组织的“首届全国中学英语教师教学技能大赛”荣获国家级三等奖。20xx年，参加比赛，再次获得三等奖。

大家好，我叫zzz，是咱公司软件开发一部(sw1)的新员工，很高兴能加盟zzzz。我是广西人，性格还算比较开朗，业余爱好也比较多，比如音乐、足球、乒乓球、爬山等等。

我zz年z月毕业于zz大学信息与计算科学专业。毕业后我到zz中创软件公司从事java软件开发工作。其中zz年zz月到zz月份，我在zz软件zz分公司上班。zz年zz月份到今年z月底，我一直被公司外派到zz做中国移动业务运营支撑系统(boss)的外包项目。

各位领导，各位同事，大家上午好。我叫张zz，初次见面大家可能记不住，没关系，大家叫我小张就好了。我来自zz，是zz大学动力与机械学院能源动力系统及其自动化专业的应届本科毕业生，目前在公司咨询部工作。

作为一名应届本科毕业生，新到一个陌生的城市，面对自己人生的第一份工作，我是忐忑大于欣喜的，有一种前途未卜的感觉，再加上逝去学生时代的伤感，刚开始我的情绪是比较低落的。值得庆幸的是，公司领导对我们给予了充分的照顾和细致的指导，邓总、吴经理、李副经理多次找我谈心;在入职方面，办公司于姐也是热心热情地帮我们办理各种手续;在工作方面，以周工为代表的前辈们也是我学习的榜样，众所周知，技术工种是比较枯燥的，但是已经在本行业工作十几甚至几十年的前辈们却依旧用他们饱满的精神深深地感染了我，在这里对他们一并表示感谢。最后，要感谢的是我的校友兼同事余芳同学，室友兼同事黄晶同学，曾令奎同事，邓洪明同事，谢谢他们在学习工作生活上的帮助。当然还有那些散布于全国各地的朋友同学们，也希望他们像我一样荣幸地进入像深水这样温馨的大家庭，谱写自己人生的新篇章。

我是四统二开的新人zzz，很高兴、也很荣幸能跟大家在“zzz公司”一起工作、学习。

我是zz大学计算机学院zz级毕业生，修的是信息安全专业。学校里面教的东西很多很杂，学到的东西也“博而不专”，语言方面，掌握比较熟练的是c/c++，当然，在编程方面和各位前辈们比起来，那简直就是菜鸟。所以在以后的工作中还要向各位前辈同事学习、请教，望给予指点。在犯错误的时候，也请前辈们批评指出，“新人”不是逃避责任的借口，我会牢记这句话的。

在兴趣爱好方面，作为学计算机的学生，说在学校不打游戏实在是骗人的，平时喜欢打些竞技类游戏，dota、真三、cs等，也玩一些剧情、恐怖类的，像求生之路、生化危机。

体育运动方面，喜欢游泳，为了尽可能享受学生的优惠，在临毕业的时候还赶紧办了张游泳卡;也喜欢打乒乓球，之前每天都看到同事下班后在公司的乒乓球室打球，想去呢，但有点不好意思。

对于其他兴趣爱好，桌游三国杀算一个。三国杀可以说是学校里面第一批开始玩的人，那时候还没那多人玩。常跟同学杀的昏天暗地，周六周末的时候，由于杀的太晚，还常常扰民。公司里面好像很多同事都在玩，以后可以一起交流交流、切磋切磋。
