高考已经进入了倒计时，时间紧，任务重，如何在如此短暂的时间内帮助学生巩固旧知识，学习新知识，查漏补缺，归纳总结，从而在高考中取得好成绩，我决定从以下几个方面来做：

一、指导思想：

根据《普通高中英语课程标准》和《考试说明》，结合学生实际学习情况，认真研读近几年全国新课程标准卷的特点与规律，认真研究教学方法、优化复习策略;以“夯实基础、突出语篇、强调应用、注重实际”为原则，以模块复习为平台，突出词汇的应用与拓展，使学生知识条理化，系统化和规律化，最终形成完整清晰的知识网络;以培养听读写能力为重点，通过强化训练，使学生解题方法得到优化和熟练，语言的综合运用能力得到提升;以学生为主体，关注学生非智力因素，做好各层次学生的心理辅导，树立学生的自信心和进取心，以积极健康的心态完成20xx年高考，考出理想的成绩。

二、复习计划

(一)一轮复习阶段

开学至4月中旬为一轮复习阶段。完成 Module 3—Module 8共计6个模块的教材复习。平均每周完成两个单元的复习教学。一轮复习材料以课本和《世纪金榜》为主，在加上各名校试题、省市统测题以及近两年高考真题。

针对我校学生普遍词汇量不足的问题，这个阶段的复习以“单词—词组—句子-篇章”为主线，始终把学生的词汇量构建放在重要的位置，特别是派生词、合成词和多义词等用法的训练，做到“词不离句，句不离章”。同时，努力抓好早读效率，早读课能否对所复习内容及时朗读、背诵，对复习成效的影响是不可忽视的。

在一轮复习阶段，还要穿插以各单元相应的语法复习专题。以三大从句、非谓语动词、语气语态等代表性的考点为主，通过每周一次的周练强化训练，反复巩固。题目也以选编近年高考真题和各校最新试题为主。后期不再进行单独的语法复习。

此外，在该阶段还有一个重要任务就是抓好听力训练，使学生能以良好的状态参加3月中旬的高考英语第二次考试。

(二)专项复习与训练阶段

4月下旬至5月上旬为专项复习与训练阶段。具体包含单项填空、完型填空、阅读理解、七选五阅读、书面表达训练等。各项训练侧重点如下：

单项填空：这个阶段的单项填空训练以错题训练为主。帮助学生反思教训，熟悉技巧，总结方法。根据高考特点和我校学生实际，杜绝难题和怪题，避免题海战术，提高效率。

完型填空与七选五阅读：在该阶段，这两项题型的训练也是以帮助学生总结方法和技巧为主，同时通过精选高考真题、名校模拟试题，根据高考试卷对阅读理解题限时的要求，让学生进行限时强化训练，进一步掌握解题规律，使得高考时进一步驾轻就熟。

阅读理解：得阅读得天下，可见阅读训练的重要。这阶段的阅读训练突出培养学生的语篇意识、训练学生的阅读理解思维，总结各类阅读理解题型的解题思路，如寻找主题句、猜词、推理、跳读、略读等获取所需要的信息的有效技巧。

书面表达：在前期平时训练 基础上，在专项阶段，通过多篇幅的集中训练，借助于面批、学生互批以及课上利用多媒体全体学生共同批改等多种形式，使学生熟悉图表类、漫画类等各类写作类型，掌握相应的通用句型和写作模板。

(三) 综合模拟训练阶段

从5月上旬末开始为综合模拟训练阶段。以高考38套试题、各校最新模拟试题训练为主，通过综合试卷的大量训练，对高考实战进行模拟，提升学生的综合运用语言的能力以及应试能力，提升速度，适应高考。该阶段的课堂教学，不仅仅是讲评试卷，要重视学生考后的反馈和反思工作，帮助学生分析失分原因，帮助克服在答题中存在的主要问题，积累考试的经验。

进入6月份后，以考前心里辅导为主，让学生保持轻量度的训练，保持题感即可，让考生轻装上阵，不加重学生心理负担。

高三下学期的到来，也将迎来20xx年高考，高三英语教学将力争在高考期间为学校再创辉煌，本学期工作计划如下：

一、指导思想

20xx年高考英语科备考，我们将以《xx省高考英语科考试说明》为依据，以新课程标准为准绳，以牛津新课标版的高中英语课本为基础，制订详细周密的复习计划，切实抓好高三英语复习工作。密切关注高考动态，联系学生实际，通过专项和综合训练，努力提高学生运用英语知识的能力和答题技巧，以适应新的高考形式和要求。

二、学生情况分析

本届高三学生的英语成绩普遍较差，反映出学生基础知识薄弱，解题能力较差。面对高考压力，学生的学习态度已有大的改观。

在两年的高中英语学习中，大多数学生的听、说能力确有提高，但同时部分学生读、写能力没有明显提高，使用英语准确性差，单词拼写错误、语法错误百出，少数学生在学习过程中缺乏主动性和积极性。学生中普遍存在单词积累太少、好的学习习惯与方法还未养成。

学生学习能力之间的差距在试卷上得到一定的呈现。大多数学生在语法和词汇、完形填空、阅读理解得分率比较低，尤其是面对较复杂的单选题，无从下手。所以在复习过程中要注重落实考点，激发学生的英语学习热情，逐步培养学生英语能力，全面提高学生成绩

三、具体复习备考措施

(一)努力提升六个方面的认识，明确教学要求

1、对《新课程标准》、《20xx年考试大纲》和20xx年高考卷英语试题要有深入了解，对高三一学年各阶段性教学工作的目标、任务和要求要有所了解，以加强高三英语教学工作的有序性。

2、了解自己所教班的学生的语言知识基础和能力发展情况，了解自己班级存在的差距，以加强教学工作的针对性。

3、认真研究目前使用的教材，对照《新课程标准》和《考试大纲》，准确掌握其重点、难点和高考知识考点的分布情况。

4、在新课程背景下重新审视高三英语教学模式，认真研究各阶段的教学策略和复习指导方法等，确保每一阶段教学的准确和高效。

5、在学习课程标准的基础上认真研读《高考考试说明》和研究20xx年、20xx年xx高考英语试题，努力准确把握20xx高考的发展、变化趋势。

6、根据新课程的教学体系及考试要求的调整变化，认真研究手头的各种参考资料和练习题，精编、精选、精练，以加强训练的针对性和有效性。

(二)努力挖掘四个方面的潜力，提高教学效率

1、降低教学起点，面向全体学生

教学起点的确定要依据学生的实际情况确定，不同基础的班级不同的高考目标定位，不同的教学方法，努力使各个层次的学生在高三的学习中增强动力，学有所得，使教学效果最大化。

2、调优教学进度，完善教学环节

高三课时紧任务重，怎样在有限的时间内让学生知识、能力大幅度提升，教学工作必须妥善安排。相应的教学进度安排必须有一定的灵活性，从学生的学习效果考虑，不盲目赶进度，该快则快，需慢则慢。一切为提高近期和远期的教学目标服务。

3、加强教学反思，讲求教学实效

高三学生的时间无比珍贵，我们努力通过反思教学发现教学活动中存在的问题，及时调整教学方案，主动将教学效果最优化作为工作目标。在备课中反思已备内容，思考这堂课这样备在那些方面会给学生在知识方面和能力方面带来收益，同事要经常开展听课评课工作，指出彼此存在的问题，探讨更为合理的方法，互帮互助，共同提高教学质量。精心安排复习计划，精心备课，精心设计课堂教学程序，精心选择和评讲试题，精心辅导学生。注意避免重教轻学、重讲轻练。

4、提倡精讲巧评，提高学习效率

做到三个必讲――核心内容必讲、思路方法必讲、疑点难点必讲;做到三个不讲学生已经掌握的内容不讲，讲了也不会的不讲，不讲也会的不讲。凡是要求学生做的练习，教师必须先做;凡是学生所做的练习，教师必须及时批阅;凡是学生做错的题目，教师必须指导学生订正，并及时组织二次练习。

(三)具体做法

1.抓好每周教学常规，落实备课组活动

①遵守办公制度，坚持集体备课，统一计划，统一进度，有条不紊的安排教学工作;

“常考点”也就是传统考点。高三教学中通过梳理、归纳常考点，提高复习针对性，把握好拓宽的度。我们在复习中对照高考要求对原单元内容进行整合，按“复习板块”进行。突出动词方面的用法，突出句型、篇章知识。强调特殊情况和易错、易混情况。教师通过课堂教学帮助学生梳理出各复习板块的知识框架，突出考点、突出考点中的难点。努力使框架重点突出，针对性强。

②研讨“新考点”

通过对《课程标准》和《教学大纲》的研究，找出今昔的内容变化，在教学中作适当调整。通过对试题的研究，感知内里的能力要求，在教学中加强方法点拨。

③突破“失分点”

我们平时的复习，基本上是按照备课组统一的复习计划进行的。临近高考时，我们要求教师根据各自班级常见的知识层面上的“失分点”，有针对性地制定 “个性化复习方案”，在梳理知识网络的过程中，突出易错、易混内容。薄弱环节，重点突破。

教学中依循传统做法，精讲精练，努力帮助学生做到能举一反三、触类旁通，提高备考效率。注意和学生探讨阅读思维过程，着眼于提高思辨能力、分析能力、概括能力、推断能力和表述能力。做到每次评讲都就答题技巧问题进行一次小结，从分析思维方法的角度总结得失，以求在方法上对学生有一点启迪。

⑤强化“支撑点”

强大的学习内驱力、健康的学习心理、平衡的学习心态、积极的学习参与意识是学生学习、备考的心理和生理支撑。教师不仅要关注学生的学习效果而且要关注他们对待学习的情感和态度。为求得收到事半功倍的效果打下牢固的情感态度基础。

总之，在新一届的高三备考过程中，总结高三教学的经验教训，扬长避短，弥补不足，根据所教班级学生的实际情况，狠抓英语基础不放松，认真、细致、有效地组织好复习工作，力争今年英语高考有一个好成绩。

高考既是一场既定已久的战斗，也是一场让考生充分展示才华与潜能的重大人生机遇。如何抓住高三阶段的宝贵时光，尽快提高自己的英语成绩，无疑是每个考生都非常关注的事情。

一、高三下学期英语复习的策略与重点

英语复习进入高三下学期，同学们相应地要调整战略战术，有针对性的进行复习，主要应做到以下几点：

1. 有切实可行的计划

高考临近，应当保持冷静，请求老师帮助和指导，并根据自己的实际情况制定出切实可行的复习计划，做到按部就班，有条不紊，循序渐进。

2. 降低难度，抓基本题

练一般题，不练难题、怪题。高考前许多考生搜集各种模拟题，反复演练。但要注意，无论做哪个地区的题，都要结合自己的实际，不要盲目地去做。水平在120分以下的考生，不要花过多的时间去做这些模拟题中的难题、怪题。即使弄明白了，对高考拿分也没有太大帮助。关键是把中档、低档题把握住，这对取得高分是非常有利的。

一模结束后，复习的重点要放在查漏补缺上。将做过的试卷整理后，建立错题档案，弥补知识漏洞，进行强化记忆和训练。比如，在建立错题档案时发现在非谓语动词、从句方面出错率比较高，就应该重点复习这方面的知识。不要注重记多少题，重要的是记住老师在课堂上对这些题的分析过程。抄录资料或刊物上的讲解也是值得推荐的方法。到考试前再回顾、反思、比较、消化，以期达到遇到同类试题不再出错的目的。

借助词典预习单词和课文，包括下面几步：读出单词，注意词性和词意，举一反三变化单词的形式，同时自己用新词造句，找漂亮的句型、典型的表达法进行模仿。注出难点、疑点和生疏点，带着问题上课堂，可以试着做书后作业。

(2)朗读、背诵课文

有声读书和背诵课文虽然很传统，但有利于英语语感的形成，背诵对于缺少自然英语环境的中国学生是不可缺少的。

(3)认真听讲与课后总结

听课时，尽量寻求一种平衡，既要记好笔记，又要认真听讲，二者不可偏颇。学会课后归纳总结，复习课文和笔记，然后做适量的巩固练习。

巩固一轮复习成果，把握新课标和两纲，通过专题训练、综合穿插，突出重点，突破难点，祢补弱点，尤其是专题弱点，逐步完善学生的知识体系，突出运用，提升能力。

二、二轮复习时间安排及要求：

复习要求： 专题训练，提高解题技巧

复习重点： 以专题复习为主、穿插综合练习

复习策略： 夯实基础 提升能力。深化、拓展基础知识，进行专题复习，强化专项训练，促进学生知识的进一步深化，重点提高学生对知识的应用能力。

2. 20xx年5月初—5月中旬 (模拟练兵)

复习要求： 套题训练，分配时间;

复习重点： 综合练习为主

复习策略： 瞄准高考、精讲精练，精选练习，模拟练兵。选做各地模拟题，强调规范， 提高解题速度，为适应高考作准备. 提升能力

3. 20xx年5月下15-20xx年6月高考

复习要求：立足考纲、回归基础、查缺补漏、树立信心

最后这一备考阶段，瞄准高考，模拟练兵。以整理各地模拟题为主，结合学生实际，精选题目，预测题目，更加有的放矢。强调规范，提高做题速度，达到高考能力要求。回归基础，进行查缺补漏的工作。教师立足考纲，通过自编材料的训练，让学生保持两小时题目的时间分配及做题的感觉，同时给学生树立信心，鼓励学生全力以赴迎高考。同时注意关注学生的状态及情绪进行考前心理辅导，应试技巧辅导，让学生以最佳状态迎接高考。

备考策略：注重基础、重视教材、归纳总结、查漏补缺、巩固提高

三、教学方法和措施

1. 教学措施

(1)制定短期可行的复习计划，结合学生的实际情况，有条不紊，循序渐进。

(2)降低难度抓基本题，关键是把中档、低档题把握住。

(3)回归基础，突出对主干知识的复习。

(4)认真研读《考试说明》，求同存异，融会贯通，强化知识链，力求知识系统和完整。

(5)写作是提高平均分的关键， 阅读的速度和质量是的高分的关键。 词汇是基础， 语法是保障。在教学中“抓大放小”，加强阅读教学，利用各种学习策略，提高阅读的科学性和准确性。扩大学生的词汇量，增强他们的语感，必须通过加大阅读量来实现。确保达到学会3200个单词和400-500个习惯用语或固定搭配的要求。对语法知识的复习要进一步巩固和落实，关注历届高考中出现率较高的语法项目。对于状语从句，名词性从句，定语从句，强调结构，日常交际用语等在高考中出现率较高的语法知识点，需进一步查漏补缺，确保有系统性和完整性。

(6)查漏补缺，强化专题训练。复习中应适当加强对重点内容的强化训练和讲解，提高对考点知识的识别能力，注重培养寻找已知条件，排错求证的思维能力。

2)4月份进行语法专题的巩固提高。 综合训练，备战三模。

3)5月份进行套题训练。

4)5月下旬进行综合训练与查漏补缺。

后期复习中，限时训练是专题突破的重要方式，要重点限时限量突破，注意选题的针对性。力求做到重点突出，难点突破，针对性强。注意试题的难度、长度和区分度。针对性的训练，每周周测，每月月考，精心设计每一份周练试题和每月考考题。注意考试的频率，每周一次至两次综合练习。

高考已经进入了倒计时，时间紧，任务重，如何在如此短暂的时间内帮助学生巩固旧知识，学习新知识，查漏补缺，归纳总结，从而在高考中取得好成绩，我们备课组讨论了很久，决定从以下几个方面来做：

1.保质保量做好集体备课

要真正提高高三英语的教学质量，没有一致的奋斗目标，没有共同的努力和集体的智慧，那只不过是一句空话而已。集体备课要做到：集体研讨，统一教学进度，教学目标，重点和难点，教学案一体化。大家讨论教材的重点难点，相互补充，然后写出教案，使得教学案更加充实和完善。分工合作，主要是备课和收集资料分工。

2.复习与学新课相结合

高三不同于高一、高二年级，在学生不断接受新的语言知识、增加新的语言信息的同时，要兼顾到以前所学旧知识的归纳复习。我们将强化重要的语法知识，为学生准备一些专门的语法项目，列出有代表性的常规题目和较复杂的特殊情况给学生练习。同时在教学过程中,精选泛读材料,扩大学生的词汇量。通过由新翻旧，以旧带新，近义，反义，词形，搭配等各个方面来扩大词汇量，将词汇的雪球越滚越大。老师要采取必要的手段，如听写或再现认读的方式进行检查，以巩固学生的词汇量。

3.精选练习，精讲精练

练习的题不在于多，不能搞题海战术，我们教师应该精选练习。选的题目应该具有典型性，系统性，通过做题帮助学生建构知识体系，领悟内在的规律，做到能举一反三。教师要精讲，讲共性的问题，多给时间学生思考、整理、归纳、消化然后加以巩固。

阅读材料有一定的难度，我们从中精选一部分练习让学生操练，提高学生的实战。

4.加强听力、写作训练与指导，合理安排综合训练

只有多听多练才可能有好的成绩。在听的过程中，加强对听力的指导：

(1)先研究听力材料，预测听力内容。(2)师生共同讨论，认真研究试题。

(3) 要带着问题去听。(4) 要敢于舍弃，真正不会的立即放弃。我们利用《国标英语》和英语周报上的听力材料对学生听力进行集中训练。

对于写作，我们打算一星期一次。写得过程中，给予学生合理的指导，对学生有明确的要求：(1)繁简适度 (2)有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构 (3)层次分明，承上启下 (4)细读提示，写全要点 (5)书面干净、整齐、规范。教师也要遵循“粗批，快改，及时发”的原则。否则，失去了时间意义，效果就不大了。

加强对《新概念英语2》的使用，它不仅可以提高学生的口语，还是一本很好的做语言积累的材料，可以提高学生的写作能力。所以我们打算

让学生每天背一篇材料，老师通过抽签的方法每天检查学生的背诵情况，敦促学生做好语言积累，为口语测试和写作做准备。

频繁地进行综合训练，只会引起学生的厌倦，所以我们不打算安排过多的综合训练。除了学校安排的考试以外，原则上一周或两周一次，主要以查漏补缺的专项训练为主。在出综合练习时，要注意收集各地的高考信息和模拟试题，经过全体备课组老师的精选精编，努力提高质量和针对性，克服试题多、滥的毛病，确保练习的效果。评讲试卷要突出重点，解决学生存在的问题。

一、指导思想

以教学大纲，考试说明为依据，以新课程标准为准绳，以人教版新教材为依托和基础，我们必须制定全面的、科学的、系统的、针对性强的复习计划，来充分提高我校学生的英语基础水平。并且密切关注今年的高考动态，联系学生的实际情况，充分发挥学生潜能，学生非智力因素，调动学生学习积极性，扎扎实实抓好双基，通过综合训练，培养学生运用知识的能力，努力提高学生的综合素质和解题技巧，以适应新的高考形式和要求。

二、情况分析

本届学生虽然已经经过两年的高中英语训练，但情况仍不容乐观，基础不够扎实，完形填空，阅读理解，改错和书面表达等综合能力堪忧，且相当一部分学生不重视英语，所以在对学生全面强化督促的同时，如何抓好基础，强化针对性，有的放矢提高讲和练的方法及效益，成为专项与整体复习中的一大挑战。

三、总体安排

第一轮复习 时间：20xx年9月1日----20xx年3月底

内容：复习课文基础知识、词汇及语法专项训练

目标：夯实基础，扫描所有知识点，实现知识系统化。

整个复习都要贯穿阅读理解的训练、词汇量的增加和自学能力的培养。在教学中，要求努力做到以下几点：

1. 课文的词汇、句型、文章理解、练习巩固;各单元的语法复习查漏补缺;特别要加强词汇的训练和识记，提高学生的双基能力。

2. 补充《核按钮》的单元检测题作为综合练习题，培养学生综合思维、分析问题、解决问题的能力及灵活运用所学知识的能力。

3. 补充课外阅读材料：教师从各地模拟题中挑选完形填空、阅读理解，要求重点班学生每天至少做一篇完形填空和两篇阅读理解方面的训练，普通班教师根据情况选择使用。

全面复习，狠抓基础，对词汇、句型和语法进行地毯式的复习，要求学生掌握;并对学生进行语法专项指导，各个击破;帮助学生疏理知识，夯实基础;讲练选择题的解题技巧，提高学生分析问题和解答问题的能力，同时要注意渗透英语书面表达的辅导。
