如果我有幸当上了班长，我会让大家看到一个崭新的我，一个尽职尽责的我，一个在奋进向上的我，一个在勇往直前的我。我会以的态度管理班级，并以精神饱满的状态面对同学，帮助同学们，更会提升自己的学习情况。让我们在学习中寻找乐趣，在集体中互帮互助。

首先，我向各位介绍一下自己：我叫。

我并没有诗人李白那长河之水天上来，奔流到海不复回的豪迈;也没有绝世伟人毛泽东那数风流人物，还看今朝的气魄。但寸有所长，尺有所短，天生我才必有用，我有年轻作为资本，有激情提供动力，有能力作为保证。

我敢爱敢恨、敢想敢做，我喜欢真心实意，厌恶勾心斗角，我崇尚高度与长度，鄙视懦弱与胆小，我有极大的自尊心、有强烈的责任感、有极强的团队精神与合作意识。小时候，父亲曾对我说过：做事要脚踏实地，一步一个脚印的去做。于是，我从一名中学生到今天走进大学一年级、走上这一神圣的地方，我深感机会的来之不易，需要好好珍惜。

正是由于这种动力，当我站在这里的时候，倍感自信。当然仅仅有自信是不够的，还要有一定的能力。而从小什么都不会到今天能独立策划活动，从不会到会，从不好到好的过程，就是凭借着自信和虚心的态度来认真完成每一件工作的。

在中学，我担任过班长、学生会委员。在工作中，我自觉培养了我的合作与协调能力，我能真诚的与别人合作，并且协调好同学们之间的关系，对不良行为敢于大胆管理，从不姑息纵容，因此，赢得了老师和同学们的好评。

我经常从同学的角度来看待我们班干部的问题。在平时多与同学们谈心、沟通、交流，了解他们的性格、思想、爱好，倾听他们的心声，充分的听取他们的建议和意见。

我曾从他们的角度来组织活动，这样班级活动也总是开展得热火朝天。但人非圣贤，孰能无过，我也犯过错，但我敢于面对自己的错误，从同学与老师的帮助中虚心的接受批评，并改正错误，而且决不充许自己第二次在同一地方跌倒。

今天我之所以在这里参加竞选。我希望把我们班建立成为学校领导与学生之间心灵的桥梁，成为师生的一条纽带，成为一个真正的为同学服务，同学们真正爱它的团体，同时也想锻炼一下自己的能力，给自己一个展示能力的舞台。

与他人相比，我觉得自己多了一份自信，因为我是一个不服输的人，我有着一颗不折不扣的责任心和对我们班的满腔热情。当然，我如果没有当选，我将一如继往的认真工作，并且会做的更好，全力支持新一届班委的工作。因为我爱这个团体，因为爱，所以我要竭尽全力的去做。

如果我有幸当选，我将实事求是的为同学服务，并将与风华正茂的同学，团结协作，与时俱进，大胆改革，充分发挥我们我们班应有的作用，让它成为名副其实的团体。

最后我还想说：这次参加竞选班长本身就是对我的锻炼和考验，如果我当选为班长，我愿当一名同学们的勤务员，尽职尽责地为同学们服务。在课余时间组织各类文艺活动，丰富同学们的校园生活。我只想有个机会，用爱使我们的校园生活变的更加美好，请大家支持我，请记住我的名字。

想不到今天，我能在台上演讲！对于我来说，今天是个特殊的日子。

你们知道吗？我今天有勇气来演讲并竞选班长，是因为我有故事要告诉大家。上次班级大扫除的时候，由于废纸旧卷太多。很多卷子都被当做垃圾扔到了废物箱里。我带领着几个同学把那些“废纸”打开，找出了许多有用的资料，幸亏我的细心，不然上课可就完了。

世上无难事，只怕有心人。仅这一点，我就符合一个班长的素质。

上学期，学校举办了读书节，班级海报设计的活动，就是以班为单位设计海报。我们三个联手设计海报，花了一个多星期的时间，终于做好了。可是我总觉得少了点什么，是没发挥好吗？不是。写跑题了？不是。没认真做？更不是。那是什么呢？哦！我知道了！缺少立体感，对！就是这个问题！后来我们班得奖了。精益求精是我的另一个品质。

我当上班长以后，如果学习有难题，我会帮助大家解决。课后有什么需要帮助，我可以帮大家完成，集体活动有什么困难，我也有办法帮助大家。

今天是我第一次竞选副班长，也是第一次站在讲台上竞选。也许你们会很奇怪，我竞选的岗位居然是副班长。有的同学可能会暗自发笑：副班长不是应该有能力的人来担当吗?我知道我的能力不足，但是我认为我可以带领大家创造一个优良的环境，因为我不但有一颗积极向上、负责任的心，并且我热爱集体，团结同学，有较强的工作能力，所以我认为我可以胜任这个职务。虽然我各科成绩都很一般，但是我会努力做到优秀。

大家好!

我认为有句话说得好：“不想当将军的士兵就不是个好士兵。”在此我就套用一下：“不想当班长的学生就不是个好学生。”此话怎讲呢?因为所谓“班长”，及是“一班之长”，首先要给全班同学作出一个榜样，要发挥模范带头作用，要处处以身作则，其次，要管理班级和同学，要为大众服务。可以说，每一个竞选班长的同学都是要好的。

我认为我有能力做好班长，首先，我觉得我的成绩大体上不错，有资格成为同学们学习方面的榜样，不过仍有不少缺点，但我会尽力改正。其次，我小学时从二年级开始担任班干部，在管理班级上多多少少有一些经验，不过当然也有做得不够好之处，对于我工作上的弱点我也会尽量克服。最后，也是最重要的一条，我有信心当好我们班的班长。

虽说我以前并没有当过班长，但我觉得有经验是因为有了机会，没有人是天生的班长。我希望大家能给我这么一个机会。

攻读学业，提高自己，接受高考的检验，走向美好的未来这一共同的目标，使我们相聚在一起。能相互关心，相互理解，相互支持，相互帮助，协调一致，营造一个团结和谐，紧张有序，舒心向上的学习环境，结成一个勇于攻关，不惧挑战，众志成城的战斗集体，对我们这些憧憬明天的高中生来讲至关重要。同学们六十多人，想法各异，爱好不同，要使学校的安排得到落实，各项活动能正常，优秀地进行。就得有同学站出来做这一组织协调工作，为班集体的稳定、团结与发展做出实事。

此时，一定有人想要问，我为什么愿意担任班长一职。

其实，要长篇大论地言辞说，我也不知道为什么。我就是想多为班级体做点事，多用自己的力量做出贡献。例如，上学期多次集体买书，每次总能以1元或半元的优惠拿到书。或许对于个人来说这点钱不算什么。但于我而言我觉得不论多少，那却是通过自己能力与努力为同学所省下的钱。这钱也可以拿来充班费啊。这是一种成功感。

我想我该当个实干家，不需要那些美丽的词汇来修饰。工作锻炼了我，生活造就了我。成功学家卡耐基说：“不要怕推销自己，只要你认为自己有才华，你就有资格认为自己能担任这个或那个职务。”自信是第一步，罗曼罗兰告诉我，只有你先相信自己，然后别人才会相信你。此处指的是“自信”而不是“自大”或“自恋”。我之所以今天能站在这里，大部分是源于我的自信。当然，能力也很重要，我的信心与能力永远是成正比的。

班长一职，需要较好的领导能力和责任心。

具体来说，首先最基本的是态度，在工作中敬业奉献、敢于管理、敢于负责。还要以身作则、严于律己、团结同学、平等待人。作为一个学生干部，更要的是以班集体利益为重，主动为同学服务，为老师分忧。而不能光从自己的私利出发点为学生服务。服务意思是学生干部所要具备的最基本素质，要实实在在，勤勤恳恳地，要肩负起一份责任，热爱工作，自愿牺牲一些时间和精力，坚持到底。没有责任心的干部绝对不会高效率、高质量的完成工作。

有良好的责任心与之相适应的是策划能力与协调能力。策划能力，学生干部要做到这一点首先要善于思考。学校许多重大活动都是由学生组织实施的。学生干部要思考如何开展工作，怎样才能干得更好，这样才能控制、改进和创新。其次是协调能力。这如同润滑剂一样可使你和领导、老师、同事及学生关系更融洽。要善于真心地微笑，因为这样可能会受到意想不到的效果;要虚心听取别人的意见，三个臭皮匠总胜过一个诸葛亮吧;及时帮助学生解决问题，哪怕是一件很不起眼的小事细微之处也总关情啊。

权力更是一种责任。每一个重要的职务所获得的相对权利都来自于大众的信任,所以每一个获得更多权利的人更应该看清楚的是自身所肩负的义务与使命。我竞选班长，一旦成功我必将肩负起为同学办事实谋权益的使命,做为一个班级的领头人物,必将做到慎权、慎独、慎微，自觉的接受来自各方的监督。我决不信奉“无过就是功”的信条，恰恰相反，我认为一个班干部“无功就是过”。

我将与风华正茂的同学们在一起，指点江山，发出我们青春的呼喊。当师生之间发生矛盾时，我一定明辨是非，敢于坚持原则。特别是当教师的说法或做法不尽正确时，我将敢于积极为同学们谋求正当的权益。如果同学们对我不信任，随时可以提出“不信任”提案，对我进行弹劾。你们放心，弹劾我不会像弹劾克林顿那样麻烦，我更不会死赖不走。

您好!我是，我自愿申请担任班长职务。

我竞选班长的理由有以下两点：

第一，我有当班长的经历。在小学期间两次被不同的班级班主任选上担任班长职务，其中包括在河北借读期间两个学期中的第二个学期，说明我具备这方面的能力，得到了老师的认可。

第二，我在小学4-6年级期间担任大队委，其中六年级担任学校大队长职务。“责任心强，认真细心，公平正义，有工作热情，有大局观念，善于沟通，善于观察，敢于管理，敢于评价，有良好的语言表达能力和总结评价能力。”这是殷老师对班长的职位要求，其实这也是作为大队长工作需要具备的能力。我相信，我能够做好学校大队长的工作也完全能胜任班级班长的职务。

下面我描述一下我在小学期间的主要工作内容：

第一，作为大队委，协助大队辅导员做学校宣传报，广播活动，升旗仪式;大队老师不在时主持大队会议，并分配大队委员的工作任务，积极检查执行情况;负责总结大队的工作执行情况，并记录在日志上;第二，作为班主任的小帮手，4年级开始早去学校10-20分钟，在早自习时为同学出两道疑难题或典型例题，帮着提高班级成绩;帮着老师改判作业，统计分数，使用家校互动平台通知家长;班级同学有不会的问题或者事情能够积极帮着解决;协助老师维持课堂纪律;我所做的手抄报经常被作为优秀作品表扬或者在学校展示;我的幻灯片制作不仅是班级小组时拿第一，还经常应用在大队工作中;团队意识强，经常带领小组成员积极分配，完成小组任务，并获第一;

第三，4年级进入国旗班，当过升旗手，领操员，独立能力强，善于思考，善于沟通，责任心强，比如放学时看到国旗没有收起来会帮着收回来;比如最后离开教室时看看教室的窗户是否关好，风扇，灯开关是否关好;上课了，黑板没有擦好，会督促值日生做或者自己去做;我见黑板布太破了，我从家里拿来一块新抹布等等，我认为责任心体现在为班级，同学，学校所做的一点点细节上。

我申请参与竞选班长职务。若班里有比我更适合的同学当班长，我也一定会支持，并希望担任学习委员或科技委员，或团支书中的职务。因为我责任心强，有积极向上的精神，有精力，学习努力，助人为乐，希望自己的奉献精神得到认可。
