例：研究成果—研究报告：首先要选用叶片比较坚硬，叶脉比较坚韧、密集的树叶，像桂花树、珊瑚树的叶片就可以(叶脉太软可能会被煮烂)。叶子不宜过长，一般不要超过七至八厘米。若太长，最后就不能压的平整，会有不少褶皱。选好叶子后，把它放入热水中烧煮。烧煮时最好密闭，且叶片要完全浸入液体里，不要露出液面，烧煮十分钟后，可用镊子捞出叶片，再放入清水中冲洗。

时间就像那无情的流水，一天一天的过去了，期末考试终于都结束了，我们也从无知中挣脱出来，增添了一份成熟与稳重。回忆起上学期的学习生活，真是有点舍不得，因为到了下学期后，我们的学习生活将会更紧张，而同学们的竞争会更激烈。
