商务英语校外实习生活实习报告

我是一名商务英语专业10届的学生。2019年6月25日，我开始了校外实习生活。

一、实习目的

提高自己的学习能力和搜集资料的能力，提高理论与实际相结合的能力，提高协同合作及组织工作的能力，培养独立分析问题和解决实际问题的能力,丰富实际工作和社会经验，掌握操作技能。

四、实习主要内容

(一)公司简介：中国人寿财险保险股份有限公司系国务院同意、中国保监会批准、中国人寿保险(集团)公司及旗下中国人寿保险股份有限公司共同发起设立的全国性专业财产保险公司，注册资本八十亿元人民币，经营范围包括财产损失保险、责任保险、信用保险和保证保险、短期健康保险和意外伤害保险、上述业务的再保险业务、国家法律、法规允许的保险资金运用业务、经中国保监会批准的其他业务。

(二)实习内容：在公司实习期间，我从事的是出单员的工作，一开始主要熟悉公司的日常工作和公司经营的范围，包括对保险种类的熟悉和认识，对市场行情的了解，这样的工作虽然有些沉闷，但我相信付出过就会有收获。

(三)实习过程：

1.实习，顾名思义，在实践中学习，在经过一段时间的学习之后，或者说当学习告一段落之后，我们需要了解自己的所学需要以及应当如何应用在事件中。因为任何知识都是来源于实践，归于实践，所以要付诸实践来检验所学。刚结束的这段实习时间可以说是我大学三年来最辛苦也是最充实的一段时间。辛苦是因为踏上工作岗位，有太多的不适应;而充实则是相对于我学到了在学校里面无法学到的知识和技能，对我各方面都是一大提高。同时实习也给我代理来一定的工作经验，为将来找一份好工作打下扎实的基础。

踏入社会才知自己的前景是多么的迷茫与不安，从学校到社会的大环境的转变，身边接触的人也完全换了角色，老师成了老板，同学变成同事，相处之道完全不同。在这巨大的转变中，我感到了彷徨，迷茫，无法马上适应新的环境。看不惯企业之间残酷的竞争,无法忍受同事之间漠不关心以及嘲讽的眼神和言语，就像有些资历比较老的员工在我们这些员工刚进去的时候总是欺负我们新进员工，把一些跑腿的工作总是推给我们。常言道：工作一两年胜过十多年的读书。实习时间短短几个月，但是我从中学到了很多知识，关于做人，做事，做学问。但让我感受最深的却是，有时候自己会在无形中被社会所改变，有些事情我们无法改变，只能顺从。 社会这个染缸造就了多重性格的我们。

在即将毕业的这几个月里，我主要负责的工作内容是客户服务部,出单员。在这一过程中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，初步了解了公司出单员工作中的具体业务知识，为以后正常工作的展开奠定了坚实的基础。从个人发展方面说，对我影响最大的应该是作为一个社会人工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要作用，因为这些都是我在校学习中不曾接触过的方面，所以我将在报告中首先讲述我在实习期间积累的这方面的认识和经验。

这是我第一次正式与社会接轨踏上工作岗位，开始了与以往完全不一样的生活可以说得上是完全的不习惯，每天都是按规定的时间打卡上班下班，上班期间要认真谨慎的工作，不能胡乱潦草敷衍了事，要对自己的工作负责，这也是对别人负责的表现。在我们工作的时候，我们的肩头就扛有责任，凡事都要谨慎小心，否则可能随时要因为你犯下的一个小错误而承担后果。

2. 在学校的时候，老师总是教育我们：大学不比高中初中，需要老师的管制，大学期间讲究的就是一种自学能力，要学会自觉，凡事要靠自己的独立，到了我自己真正成为一名工作职员的时候才明白老师的良苦用心，由于出单员一职，大部分时间是在给客户办理车险手续，然后就是月底盘点的时候工作量稍微大点，有点繁忙，但这些工作几乎和我所学的专业知识毫无关联。刚开始的时候由于是一个新手，做的工作也就仅限于一些简单的，主要是将保户或保险代理人提供的保险单信息录入到保险公司专门的业务程序中去,没有太大的难度,然后将保险单提交核保员,当核保员将保单核对并提交回出单员时,出单员按规定打印保险单证等.

⑵.电脑系统单证的收发核销

⑶.投保承保出单工作;

⑷.退保批改处理;手续费登记;

⑸.单证整理归档工作，

⑹.能熟练应用办公软件以及负责日常的承保，

⑺.内勤工作，指导展业人员正确的填写投保单(包括批单申请);

⑻.正确、快速录入投保单(批单申请)信息，及时纠正业务员的填写错误和初核人的审核错误;

⑼.单证换领、装订和管理;

大多数时候还是需要自己去摸索怎样做，师傅不可能整天跟在你的身边教你，尤其在这个信息爆炸的时代，知识更新太快，靠原有的一点知识肯定是不行的的。所以必须在工作中勤于动手慢慢琢磨，不断学习不断积累。遇到不懂的地方，自己先想方设法解决，实在不行可以虚心请教他人，而没有自学能力的人迟早要被企业和社会所淘汰。因此一个人的自学能力也是相当重要的。

就算再冷再差的天气，只要不是周末，都得去上班，有时候公司业务繁忙，晚上或周末得加班，那留给个人支配的时间更少。我们必须克制自己，不能随心所欲地不想上班就不来，而在学校可以睡睡懒觉，实在不想上课的时候可以逃课，自由许多。每日重复单调繁琐的工作，时间久了容易厌倦。象我就是每天坐着面对着电脑打打字，做做账都显得枯燥乏味。但是工作简单也不能马虎，你一个小小的错误可能会给公司带来巨大的麻烦或损失，还是得认真完成。一直以来，我们都是依靠父母的收入，而有些人则是大手大脚的花钱。也许工作以后，我们才能体会父母挣钱的来之不易。而且要开始有意识地培养自己的理财能力，一不留神可能就入不敷出成为“月光一族”，但此时我们再也不好意思伸手向父母要，因此很多时候我们要合理支配我们手中的这笔少的可怜的钱。

3. 与形形色色的人打交道后才真真切切的感到要想很快融入进去真的不是件容易的事。由于存在着竞争与利益关系，又工作繁忙，很多时候同事不会象同学一样对你嘘寒问暖。而有些同事表面笑脸相迎，背地里却勾心斗角不择手段，踩着别人的肩膀不断地往上爬，因此刚出校门的我真的无法适应也不想这么早就看清社会的真相。我想我能做的就是学会察言观色，多工作，少闲话。 工作环境 环境往往会影响一个人的工作态度。一个齐乐融融的工作环境中，自然心情就好，大家工作就开心咯。

刚开始，就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，想以后干什么都会干不好的。

在中国人寿长治支公司，我先后接受了保险业基本理论和中国人寿新推出的险种——万能险的基本条款及规定的培训，参加了了关销售万能险的产品发布会和不同形式的客户联谊会参与听讲新人培训会与每周例行的大小型晨会，参与保险代理人换签合同的各项流程处理事宜，接待保险业务员及为其制作、打印各种险种利益的演示表格，辅助个险销售部及组训室的其他同事解决工作上的问题等。通过这些各种形式的工作参与，我学到了很多宝贵的实用知识，主要是：

(1)保险方面的理论和知识以及保险行业的现状，使我对保险有了一个更客观、全面的认识，理智的判断，也激发了我对金融学的深化了解和欲学以致用的兴趣。

(2)通过对已知资料的分析和与同事们的交流，提高了自我的思考认知能力，通过对保险业的现状的研究和前景的科学预测，进一步引发了我对职业取向的思虑，帮助了我在大学期间进行的职业规划和职业生涯设计。

(3)对职场有了初步、真实、贴切的认识，明确了努力和改善方向，通过与同事们和众多的业务员的交往、接触，学到了珍贵的人际交往技巧和处世经验，交到了几位可以虚心请教的长辈朋友，感谢他们对我的指导、教育和思想启迪。

(4)电脑办公的实用知识与软件应用技巧，以及处理问题的能力和经验，强化了我对扩展知识和提高能力的学习欲望。

(5)勤奋、踏实、认真、负责任做事风格的重要性，只有这样，才能得到认可，才能真正有所收获。

我目前的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，现在熟练了也习惯了，工作起来也就相对不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的好啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的好，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。有时候和同事们在一起思想多少受他们的影响，觉得读书还真是没用啊，在内心嘲笑自己竟然还不如一个初高中生，不过我还是不后悔。现在心里上没有什么额外的不必要的压力，可以好好工作，学习。先就业，后择业。我现在要好好锻炼自己。再好好学习，之后相信自己通过努力一定会找个好工作，别的没有什么奢求的，现在当然是要把磨练自己放在第一位，更何况现在的待遇还不错。在这一个多月中，我学到了一些在学校学不到的东西，即使都明白的事，可是刚开始有时还做不好。现在做事，不仅要持有需心求教的态度，还要懂得取长补短，最重要的一点就是“忍”了也就是坚持不懈。现在，我工作的时间虽然不久，可是我发现自己真的变了点，会比以前为人处事了。

4. 人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。在出单员这个职位上，技术性的劳动并不多，大多是些琐碎重复的工作，因而出单员在工作中所会遇到的挫折主要可能发生在：⑴.对琐碎重复的工作感到怨烦;⑵.针对出单员这个职位的特点，受到挫折时，不妨从调整心态来舒解压力，面对挫折。古人曾经有云：“天降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，增益其所不能。” 遇到挫折时应进行冷静分析，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面，找出受挫的原因，采取有效的补救措施。树立一个辩证的挫折观，经常保持自信和乐观的态度，要认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心怀坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。善于化压力为动力，改变内心的压抑状态，以求身心的轻松，重新争取成功。

五、实习总结

其实，实习真正的是我们自己的事情，而不是学校、家长或是社会强加给我们的一个任务，它有助于我们认识自己，把握自己和在以后更好的塑造自己。而且，实习也是我们在在校期间接触社会、认识社会的极好的机会，因为在这段时间里，我们虽然身处社会之中，但实际上却还是一名学生;虽然学习生活即将完结，但却不知道自己的所学应当如何付诸应用。所以，在这段时间里，我们更能发现自己的不足，找到学校与社会的种种不同以及方方面面的差异。从而，在剩下的时间里，更加完善的包装和塑造自己，为将来踏入社会作进一步的准备。 而社会，是一个错综复杂的混合体，绝然不同于学校，如果以为有再学校里学到的就足够了，那是致命的错误。所以，实习又不单单是一个检查的过程。

综上，实习是为将来打基础的重要阶段，不论什么人，什么学历，从事什么工作。如果少了实习这一环，那么在他真正踏入工作岗位的时候，适应期会变得很长，从而不能尽快地进入角色，甚至失去表现、展示自己的机会，错过好的机遇。 所以我们应当正视实习，好好的体会、经历实习，认识自我，达到事半功倍的效果。还有就是我的言语措辞交谈方面欠缺，在和人家客户交谈的时候不知道怎么应答，这需要给以长时间的锻炼，由于年轻气盛，受不了领导的气，做事冲动鲁莽，希望自己以后能够在做事方面慎重考虑，在做决定。

通过在职的加几个月里，我深感自己的不足，我会在以后的工作学习中更加努力，取长补短，需心求教。相信自己会在以后的工作中更加得心应手，表现更加出色!不管是在什么地方。
