2)经济性：指要考虑其他参与人员在场地、机器人及设备制作等方面的经济承受能力，尽量使参与者自己创造条件，修旧利废，以最小的投入完成相关活动。

3)安全性：指机器人和活动环境的设计，应当是安全和是健康的，活动时不对周边人员构成威胁，不对环境造成破坏。同时必须遵从阿西莫夫提出的“机器人三原则”。

5、趣味性原则：设计的机器人活动，应当具有一定的趣味性，能够引起相关学龄段学生参与的积极性和兴趣;还要具有一定的可观赏性，能使参与者和观众都能对该活动引起相应的兴趣和关注。这是中小学机器人创新活动的活力。

6、竞技性原则：机器人竞赛活动应具有一定的竞技性，在规定的活动时间内，可以评价出参与者的思维能力、技术水平等。还应具有一定的挑战性，综合能力不同的参与者，可能达到不同的活动结果，使参与者对机器人活动总有新的追求欲望。同时要注意公平性，只要学生设计的机器人可以完成本项活动，就允许参加，制定的评价方案也要是不产生歧义、可操作的。应当以参与者活动过程体验为出发点。这是中小学机器人创新活动的动力。

在机器人“功能创新项目”评价中，要重点把握创新性原则、智能性原则、可应用性和可靠性原则。可应用性主要指是为解决某个实际问题而设计(尽管当前可能是不理想的);可靠性是指机器人运行时，系统是可靠、稳定的。

4.甲方负责办理签证。因甲方原因未能办成短期学习签证，退回乙方所有已交费用。

二、乙方责任

1.乙方全权委托甲方为其子女________________办理赴英游学夏令营的有关手续，向甲方交纳夏令营营费共________________元整。

2.乙方需在填报名表时预交________________元定金;交签证材料、签署声明书时付清余款。

3.乙方需按时提交办理签证所需的所有材料。

4.乙方需在交付办理签证所需材料时签署同意其子女参加体验美国夏令营的声明书。

三、退营和退费

1.乙方在交签证材料前因故要求退营的，退回定金的________________元(其余________________元用作报名开支)。

2.乙方在交齐所有签证材料和签署声明书后及签证办理过程中因故要求退营的，不退回预交定金________________元和签证费。

3.乙方在领取签证后不能退营。如有意外重大原因，比如因病实在无法继续参加，乙方需提供医院证明;或其他原因的相关证明材料。在这种情况下，退回港欧往返机票一张。

4.若乙方子女从深圳出发后退出，此时一切费用已经发生，恕不退还任何费用。

四、本协议未尽事宜，由双方友好协商解决。

五、本协议一式两份，双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。
