高二年级是学生的世界观发展、变化的重要阶段，同时，面临着过渡转型等问题，随着课时和知识复杂程度的加重，容易产生两极分化，有的学生甚至会感到迷惘，对前途失去信心。因此，思想工作显得更加复杂和重要。在这个学期里，一方面，我主要加大了对学生自治自我约束能力培养的力度，通过各种方式，既注意指导学生进行自我教育，让学生在自我意识的基础上产生进取心，逐渐形成良好的思想行为品质;又注意指导学生如何进行自我管理，培养他们多方面的能力，放手让他们自我设计、自我组织各种教育活动，在活动中把教育和娱乐融入一体。还注意培养学生的自我服务的能力，让学生学会规划、料理、调控自己，使自己在集体中成为班集体的建设者，而不是“包袱”。另一方面，我有效地利用好每周一的班会课开展一些专题性的活动，例如，学习经验交流会，意志教育，如何做时间的主人，习惯养成教育等，这些活动大大地促进良好的学风、班风的形成。再一方面，我自己也以身作则，努力做学生的榜样，跟班勤，管理方法得力，班风正、学风浓。我班在学校的各项管理评比中都取得了良好的成绩。本学期的期中考取得较好成绩，各项管理也都取得了较好的成绩。这又进一步鼓舞了士气，使班级管理工作向着健康的方向发展。

四、家校工作

加强沟通，增进了解，争取支持。本学期高二年段以家长会为契机，与到校家长进行交流，增进了学校、教师与家长的了解，增强了服务育人意识。同时利用家校短信互动平台加强了班主任与家长沟通，获得家长的一致好评。

五、与各任课教师加强交流，协调教学工作

首先，协助授课老师搜集教学信息：以贺卡的形式，促进师生之间的情感沟通。

其次，经常和任课老师进行交流，及时掌握班级学生的学习动态。

六、加强尖子生生的培养，促进中下生的转化

1、尖子生的培养。增强他们的忧患意识，激发他们的学习热情，强化他们的钻研精神，督促他们在优势科目上锦上添花，更上一层楼，在弱势学科上能查漏补缺，迎头赶上，力争平衡发展。

2、对于中下生，加强与他们的联系，多找这部分学生谈心，了解情况，使他们树立信心，对学习产生兴趣，养成爱学习，肯钻研的学习习惯。让他们多参与一些具体活动，增强他们的成就感。同时加强对他们的知识和学法辅导，加强他们对基础知识的理解和运用能力;同时对他们予以心理辅导，使他们明白优秀的学业成绩是建立在勤学多问的基础上的。通过他们的努力，中等生再上一个层次，学习成绩能有所突破。

总之，在这一个学期里，我通过以上几方面的努力，班级工作开展得还是比较的顺利，学生的整体素质在不断的提高。为建设这个班花了不少心思，尽管取得了可喜的成绩，但有几个无心向学的学生，还没有能够有效地激发他们的斗志，这也是让我觉得疲惫和无奈的地方。以后的担子还很重，工作还将复杂，因此，更需要再接再厉，不断努力，及时总结经验教训，争取取得更加辉煌的成绩。

Ⅴ Party As Obligations

1. Party A shall introduce to Party B the laws, decrees and relevant regulations enacted by the Chinese government, the Party A work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts.

2. Party A shall conduct direction, supervision and evaluation of Party Bs work.

3. Party A shall provide Party B with necessary working and living conditions.

4. Party A shall provide co-workers.

5. Party A shall pay Party Bs salary regularly by the month.

Ⅵ Party Bs obligations

1. Party B shall observe the laws, decrees and relevant regulations enacted by the Chinese government and shall not interfere in Chinas internal affairs.

2. Party B shall observe Party As work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts and shall accept Party As arrangement, direction, supervision and evaluation in regard to his/her work. Without Party As consent, Party B shall not render service elsewhere or hold concurrently any post unrelated to the work agreed on with Party A.

3. Party B shall complete the tasks agreed on schedule and guarantee the quality of work.

4. Party B shall respect Chinas religious policy, and shall not conduct religious activities incompatible with the status of an expert.

5. Party B shall respect the Chinese peoples moral standards and customs.

Ⅶ Revision, Cancellation and Termination of the Contract

1. Both parties should abide by the contract and should refrain from revising, canceling, or terminating the contract without mutual consent.

2. The contract can be revised, canceled, or terminated with mutual consent. Before both parties have reached an agreement, the contract should be strictly observed.

3. Party A has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to Party B under the following conditions;

(1) Party B does not fulfill the contract or does not fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, and has failed to amend after Party A has pointed it out.

(2) According to the doctors diagnosis, Party B cannot resume normal work after a continued 30 day sick leave.

4. Party B has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to party A under the following conditions:

(1) Party A has not provided Party B with necessary working and living conditions as stipulated in the contract.

(2) Party A has not paid Party B as scheduled.

Ⅷ Breach Penalty

When either of the two parties fails to fulfill the contract or fails to fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, that is, breaks the contract, it must pay a breach penalty of US$500 to 2,000 (or the equivalent in RMB).

If Party B asks to cancel the contract due to events beyond control, it should produce certifications by the department concerned, obtain Party As consent, and pay its own return expenses; If Party B cancels the contract without valid reason, it should pay its own return expenses and pay breach penalty to Party A. If Party A asks to cancel the contract due to events beyond control, with the consent of Party B, it should pay Party Bs return expenses; if Party A cancels the contract without valid reason, it should pay Party Bs return expenses and pay a breach penalty to Party B.

Ⅸ The appendix of this contract is an inseparable part of the contract and has equal effect

Ⅹ This contract takes effect on the date signed by both parties and will automatically expire when the contract ends. If either of the two parties asks for a new contract, it should forward its request to another party 90 days prior to the expiration of the contract, and sign the new contract with mutual consent. Party B shall bear all expenses incurred when staying on after the contract expires.

Ⅺ Arbitration

The two parties shall consult with each other and mediate any disputes which may arise about the contract. If all attempts fail, the two parties can appeal to the organization of arbitration for foreign experts affairs in the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and ask for a final arbitration.

As an international trade specialized student, i know the importance of english in english learning, so i have been high-standard requirements themselves. through their own efforts, to passed cet band 4 and again to points passed cet6. in spoken english i have been in the exercise myself, and reached a certain level. in addition, i also laid a japanese primary basic. not only in english, as the rest of course also study hard. in six semester four times won the scholarship, and once passed the national computer rank examination (level 2).
