纪念碑是梁思成一夜之间设计而成的，他设计成功后，高兴地告诉陈从周教授，说是我国传统的纪念碑以竖碑为多，碑面光滑，天花饰边框，而鉴真纪念碑采用横式，周围边框突出，中间阴文镌字，正面为郭沫若题“唐鉴真大和尚纪念碑”，背面刻赵朴初在纪念堂奠基典礼上写的文章。这就打破传统格局，在传统基础上创新，有了时代感。底座的花饰采用莲花座作底，莲花座托碑，因莲花独具神圣，“出污泥而不染，濯清涟而不妖，”中空外直，不枝不蔓，且莲的丝长(思长)，象征佛教思想天下众生，所以莲花一直成为佛教的象征。莲花座之上有卷叶草为主题的纹样花饰，原来梁思成在快设计完毕时感到“唐”这个字不好体现，陈从周立刻提议用该草为纹饰，因其是唐朝特有的草，以象征鉴真生活的年代。正堂完全仿照日本招提寺主体建筑金堂样式，只是型制由七楹变为五楹，金堂是鉴真当年亲自设计，保持了中国盛唐的建筑风格，又揉和了日本当时建筑的特点，现在纪念堂又仿照金堂，其用意当然是体现中日文化互相交融的特点。

纪念堂座北朝南，面阔五间，进深四间，四周高大的台基上粗可两人合抱的檐柱，柱为腰鼓状，柱头斗拱三重，线条浑圆飞动，正殿中央坐像为鉴真干漆夹像，是我市雕塑艺术家刘豫按照日本招提寺“模大和尚之影”而造，结跏趺坐，合闭双目，神态安祥。殿前石灯笼是鉴真大师象回故里时，现招提寺住持森木孝顺长老所赠，已经十多年，长明不灭，站在灯前，不由使我们想起郭沫若先生对鉴真的赞誉：“鉴真盲目航东海，一片精诚照太清。舍己为人传道艺，唐风洋溢奈良城”。

英文歌唱大赛决赛工作总结

时间飞快，大一上学期就这么在匆忙之中将要结束了。英语俱乐部也出台英文歌唱大赛给本学期的活动画上了一个圆满的句号。

如果以一个观众的身份去看这次的英文歌唱大赛，个人认为本次活动举行的还挺满意的，的确，我们可以在没有申请到吕志和礼堂那个得天独厚的场地的前提下，可以将本次活动举办的如此顺利！但是以我们工作人员的身份去看此次活动，回顾一下漏洞摆出！

此次我主要负责调音，我刚接到任务时我想着那些搞歌舞团调音的，把它给想的复杂了。原来我只需将选手的伴奏负责和他们演出衔接好就行了！或许是因为我不太懂那些控制音的旋钮，况且交给我的就只是播放一下暖场音乐和选手伴奏，所以我就没有过多的去问，去学习怎么控制音量。可是活动中间有几个选手进去调音，这点我们没有想到！针对这样类似的问题，我想以后应该考虑周全一些！

其次说说我们网络部工作中的一些问题。起初，我们没有及时的搞到摄影的设备，不是我们不去借，而是我们东借西借没有人想借给。我想以后的活动把借这些设备的问题交给外联部去做就行，这样也许会效果好些！第二点，我们内部由于疏忽一台电脑的问题，导致在比赛颁奖那个环节没有把获奖名单公布给观众，这是我们的失误。以后我们会在活动之前把这些硬件设施好好检查一遍。第三点，关于麦克风的问题，我也不清楚是我们技术不到位还是拿麦的人问题，每次都回发出那个刺耳的声音，这个我们还需要问问技术人员。

这次活动疏漏的一个部分就是颁奖之前主持人应该让评委老师给予现场点评，对我们举办的活动有什么建议。我们网络部做ppt时老师点评这一个环节，可能是彩排是忘了，也可能是主持人当天由于一些原因漏掉这一环节。至于彩排，这次主持人和网络部就合作了一次，后面的彩排就没有跟着ppt去做。以后在彩排时希望相关人员做好沟通交流工做。

总之，本学期的最后一次活动已经完了，而且效果也不是很差，挺满意的。希望英俱以后更辉煌，加油！

时间不等人，的确!一眨眼就要毕业了，在龙佑实习了半年，收获很多。在实习期间，我不仅学会了怎么带团，而且学会了怎样接人待物，使我拓宽了视野，增长了见识，为以后的工作提供了宝贵的经验。

一、实习单位概况

实习单位：龙佑赤壁温泉景区是由中旅景区投资有限公司、仙桃市地平线置业有限责任公司、武汉佳境房地产开发有限公司共同投资新建的大型综合性温泉旅游度假区。景区环境优美、设施齐全;是一个集观光度假，休闲疗养，运动健身生态旅游于一体的现代化温泉度假区。景区自2017年9月26日开业以来，每天慕名而来的游客络绎不绝。先后承办了20xx年湖北省导游大赛等多次大型活动。同时拥有一支高素质的专业导游队伍。目前，中旅赤壁景区开发有限公司计划投资1.5亿，进一步扩大接待规模，提高服务设施档。

二、实习内容

(一)旅游实习接待内容

前台接待是客人对公司的第一印象，所以也非常重要。怎么样才能给客人留下美好的第一印象呢?首先我们必须面带微笑，让客人觉得有一种亲切的感觉;其次要让客人觉得我们做什么事都是站在客人的立场上，这样客人才会更信任我们，对以后的旅游活动顺利进行会有更好帮助。最后要及时向游客介绍当地的注意事项、风俗情况等。其实在接待中最主要的是跟客人多交流;从他们的实际情况出发，认真耐心的解答客人所提出的问题。尽可能的满足他们的需求。

(二)跟团学习导游技能

由于我没有导游证，所以在旅行社出去带团的机会并不怎么多。但是公司还是给了我很多机会，让我出去跟团。以前总是向往做一名导游，觉得能游山玩水是一件很好的差事。但是当我真正做了导游以后才发现原来要当一名好的导游真的不是一件容易的事。虽然做导游的时间不长，但每次上团都能和不同阶层的游客交流。每次也都有新的感受。导游要和各行各业的人交流如果你的沟通技巧不强的话，交流则无从下手。一个好的导游要有很强的沟通能力，成熟的个人亲和力，讲解生动引人。对自己的旅游线路、沿途风景民俗十分熟悉。还要和景区景点、酒店餐厅、司机保持良好的关系。

(三)了解旅行社的性质，经营业务与管理模式旅行社是为人们旅行提供服务的专门机构。旅游活动的发展是旅行社得以生产和发展的前提条件，从行业性质来看，旅行社属于服务业。为旅游者提供食、住、行、游、购、娱的六方面服务。从20世纪20年代我国第一家旅行社创立，随着我国国民经济的发展、国家政策的开放与完善，旅游景点的不断开发，我国的旅行社的数量快速增长，并且服务质量也不断提升。我国的旅行社按照经营业务范围划分为：国际旅行社和国内旅行社。国际旅行社经营入境旅游业务，出境旅游业务和国内旅游业务;国内旅行社专门经营国内旅游业务。

三、实习体会

这段时间的旅行社实习,对我来说受益匪浅，这次实习也让我发现书本上的知识与实际问题的差距，对旅行社这一行业有了更深的体会。也发现了自己有很多得不足之处，比如在工作中缺乏自信与耐心，语言表达能力还需加强。

(一)要有强烈的责任感和广泛的基础常识

我觉得作为一名导游员应该有很强烈得责任感，如果连最基本的责任感都没有，你根本上不了团。记得第一次带团得时候，我是怀着很紧张很兴奋得心去接的团，刚开始在讲解方面都还可以，也蛮顺利的。后来却在分房卡得时候出现了问题。本来就是散拼团，客人都不认识，男士又比较多，分到最后就只剩一间房，但是还有一男一女没分到。当时这2位客人就有意见了，觉得对他们不重视。后来在没办法的情况下，找到酒店的负责人重新换了一下房间。这是带团过程中遇见的很小的事，但我觉得这也是在挑战我的责任心。

(二)具备相应的旅游专业文化常识

作为一名导游，在带团过程中不仅仅是一名讲解员，还是一个"大保姆"。客人事无巨细可能都需要导游为其操心，对于客人，面对的是一个无从下手陌生的环境，因此导游如果缺乏日常生活中的基础。团队随时可能出现不可预料的问题，导游具有相应的知识，就可在第一时间将损失减少至最低，为游客为公司争取到最大的利益。如果一个专业的导游，连客人提的最基本的问题都回答不出的话，那么我觉得会很失败。记得有次带团去武汉，途径岳阳楼，当时有个客人就问我，他说;导游既然你是岳阳人应该对岳阳楼有一定的了解吧，那请你说说岳阳楼的前身是什么?当时我脸就红了，但是我还是很坚定的回答了他的问题，阅军楼就是岳阳楼的前身。虽然我是岳阳的，可岳阳楼我没去过。所以对岳阳楼不怎么熟悉。由于知道带团去武汉，会经过岳阳楼，所以在上团之前还是了解了岳阳楼一些最基本的常识。所以说，具备相应的旅游专业文化知识是我们导游员最基本的服务，这样客人才会更相信你游览也会更顺利。

(三)导游不仅要是杂家，更要是某些方面或某一领域的专家

其实像我们这样的新导游一上岗总觉得最重要的是背好景区材料，把它们背得烂熟，张口就来，不会停顿，这就是表示自己已是一个合格的导游了，但是通过几次带团我发现其实完全不是这么回事!首先你得明白游客们想听些什么，想听怎样的讲解。人们常说看景不如听景。给游客讲解就是要像在和朋友聊天。你把游客看作朋友眉飞色舞地给讲游客不知道的事情，才能抓住他们的注意力。

专业的导游就是不仅要成为“杂家”，还要成为某一领域或某些方面的专家。要想成为专业的导游，还必须熟练掌握导游语言的基本技能。因为它是我们传播知识、沟通思想、交流感情的强大工具。其中最重要的口头语言表达，这是我们工作中最普遍、最常用的一种语言表达形式。

(四)不仅对景点要有热情，对游客也要有热情

多次经验的积累我发现当好一个导游，不但要有对景点的热情，还要有对游客的热情。要与团队的领导或需要照顾的人多沟通，多关心，这样有利于整个团队的进行。在带团的过程中，谁也不能保证永远一切顺利，毕竟这不是只要我们自己做好就可以了，还需要其他工作搭档、合作单位、游客甚至天公来作美，而这些因素都不是我们所能掌控的。尽管有时候问题、事故的发生并不是我们的责任，还要被客人无端指责，但是，作为独立工作在旅游接待第一线的职员，当问题、事故发生的时候，负有帮助解决问题和协助处理事故的不可推卸责任，同时也是对我们的工作能力和独立处理问题能力的重大考验。面对初来乍到的游客，导游所表现出来的对旅游活动早有安排，对自己能胜任本次导游工作的信心，会是他们产生心理安全感的重要来源。有时我们接待的游客文化层次较高，或是豪门权贵，这时，强烈的自信心对我们更为重要。否则，底气不足，连自己都驾驭不了，就更别奢谈驾驭整个旅游团了。强烈的自信心还能增强我们的吸引力，处处显得落落大方，从而赢得游客的尊敬和认可。

(五)用心做事，真诚对人

其实导游在很多人眼里并不是有很好的看法，觉得我们导游只知道挣钱，为了挣钱可以不顾一切。可是我觉得很冤枉，导游也是人，也是在靠自己的劳动在挣钱。我们每天早上5点多起来，然后晚上通常是12点以后才能睡觉。连正常得休息时间都没有。第二天还要继续位客人服务。每一次带团都要提着高度的警惕，生怕出任何一点点差错。为了游客的人生财产安全，我们无时无刻的关注着游客得一举一动。有时侯因为一点点小事，游客就会对你发牢骚，指责你甚至说些难听的话。但是作为导游我们不仅不能还口，还要好言相劝，微笑着对他们赔不是。当然团队中也会有客人替我们导游想的，有位客人看见我没吃早餐，竟然还帮我带了早餐。当时我很感动，心里的委屈也就少了一半。我相信，只要我带着用心做事，真诚对人的原则去认真的对待每一位客人，他们会理解我们导游的!

实习是我们大学毕业生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识。实习让我认识到，做导游的学问很大、很深。不是随随便便就可以学的来的，象如何安排路线，吃住，面对突发事件如何与游客进行沟通等。这些都要求我们导游懂得。作为一名导游员，业务事一方面，而关键的是态度问题。导游的工作是难度很大，最能锻炼人和最富有挑战的工作。其实在旅行社带团实习过程中，我彷徨过，失望过，受到了一些冤枉得投诉，不公平的指责和批评。但是更多的还是体会到其中的快乐。从中得到更多的教训和启迪。懂得了许许多多做人的真谛，这些都是在学校和书本中学不到的。这次的实习经历对我以后得生活学习有着重大的影响，那些酸甜苦辣使我得到了磨练。我相信，只要我努力，我一定会成功的!

XX年即将过去，回顾这一年来的工作，我在公司领导及各位同事的支持及帮助下，顺利完成了公司每次分派的带团任务。尽自己最大的努力做好每一个景点的讲解工作，争取能达到游客百分之百的满意，为三元国际旅行社的声誉；以及未来的发展，贡献着自己的力量。

通过这一年的工作以及学习，我个人的工作模式又有了新的突破，工作方式也有了较大的改变，现将一年以来的工作情况总结如下：

1.在带领旅游团游览景点过程中，不再只是单一的讲解景点历史，而是结合天津近几年的发展概况，及未来发展计划系统讲解给游客，进而展现一个近代与现代相结合，高速发展中的天津市。

2.加深与游客的交流，在最短的时间内融入到游客当中。并像陪伴家人一样对待全团每一位游客，尽量满足游客所提出的要求，虚心听取游客的建议，以最好的服务让每一位游客开心而来满意而归。

3.在旅行社规定范围内，为我社及个人争取最大的经济效益。

4.在工作过程中，不断的像我社同事及其他旅行社导游学习，借鉴先进的带团模式，充实自己文化修养，进而提高自己的业务能力。

以上几点是我个人在这一年工作中学习和总结出的经验，同时经过这一年的工作也锻炼了我自己的协调办事能力和文字言语表达能力等方面，保证了每次接待旅行团的工作都能正常顺利的进行，以精神饱满的状态对待每一天的工作任务，热爱本职工作，积极提高自身各项业务素质，争取工作的主动性，具备较强的专业性；责任心，努力提高工作效率及工作质量。

在这一年的工作中我个人也存在一些问题，比如工作还不够细致，由于个人脾气秉性容易与同事造成不愉快等等，在未来的时间里我会努力改正自身存在的问题，希望社领导和各位同事多帮助我，指出我的缺点和不足。我会虚心听取，及时改正。
