以教学大纲，考试说明为依据，以新课程标准为准绳，以人教版新教材为依托和基础，根据本届高三高考实行“3+2”模式，我们务必制定全面的、科学的、系统的、针对性强的复习计划，来充分提高我校学生的英语基础水平。并且密切关注今年的高考动态，联系学生的实际状况，充分发挥学生潜能，学生非智力因素，调动学生学习用心性，扎扎实实抓好双基，透过综合训练，培养学生运用知识的潜力，努力提高学生的综合素质和解题技巧，以适应新的高考形式和要求。

二、状况分析

本届学生虽然已经经过两年的高中英语训练，但状况仍不容乐观，基础不够扎实，完形填空，阅读理解，改错和书面表达等综合潜力堪忧，且相当一部分学生不重视英语，所以在对学生全面强化督促的同时，如何抓好基础，强化针对性，有的放矢提高讲和练的方法及效益，成为专项与整体复习中的一大挑战。

三、总体安排

第一轮复习：本学期完成高中第三册上全书及部分下册课文的课文教学，并结合第一二册课文知识点进行复习，且进行词汇复习，为第二阶段复习打好基础。且每两周进行一次综合测试。资料采用世纪金榜《高中全程复习方略》及其配套练习，《导与学》，《高考词汇手册》。

第二轮复习：自行粘贴阅读文章，加强阅读潜力的培养。同时对学生进行语法专项技巧的指导。资料采用世纪金榜《高考英语专题辅导和训练》。后阶段加强综合训练，全面提高学生的解题潜力以及思维潜力。

第三轮复习：查漏补缺，挖掘学生潜力。

四、教学安排与措施

1.安排好高三英语第三册教学

高三英语与总复习有必须的关系，教材丰富，信息量大，具有较强的实用性和交际性，语篇数量增多，词汇量也明显增加，是提高学生阅读潜力的好材料。课文教学速度加快，课文用两课时分析篇章结构，中心思想等。主要让学生自己分析，老师从旁指导。

2.抓好词汇复习

词汇是高中英语最基本的要素，它好比是人身体上的肉，而语法是人身体上的骨骼，两者一齐组成了人体，所以高中英语复习关键是词汇复习。我们打算把词汇复习穿插在高三新课讲授之中，主要根据《高考词汇手册》。

3.夯实语法知识的基础，并作进一步的提高。

对学生进行语法专项指导，各个击破，一一掌握。并加以单项选取的解题技巧，提高学生分析问题和解答问题的潜力。我们计划在授新课时结合《世纪金榜》进行语法复习，然后在第二轮复习时进行语法专项指导与练习。

4.听力训练常抓不懈

高考英语听力分值是30分，这在试卷中占了相当大的比例。要得高分，这就要求学生平时多练习英语，多做听力练习，多听多看英语广播电视节目。每一天至少进行10分钟的听力训练，并对学生提出必须的要求，平时也要求老师上课尽量用英语讲课，来创造一个听的语言环境。资料采用《世纪金榜》上的听力和《高三听力课程》。

5.加强语篇训练，进行限时阅读

有专家曾说过英语高考在某种程度上是一种速度的竞赛。因此在高三总复习中，将语篇训练作为贯穿高三英语的主线，是十分重要的，也是新教材、新大纲和新考纲所要求的。语篇训练不仅仅包括阅读理解，还包括完形填空，短文改错和书面表达。在这四项专题训练中，阅读理解是重中之重，学生在做阅读理解练习时，必须要限时间，根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求，我们应限制在40分钟内完成20道小题的选取。在选取正确答案是，要充分利用平常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句，猜词，推理，跳读，略读等获取所需要的信息，并对照答案，反复揣摸作者意图及思路，并要求自己在单位时间内每一天做一篇完形填空或阅读理解，坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，阅读速度和正确率定会日渐提高。因此每一天务必让学生有阅读材料阅读并及时评讲。

6.重视书面表达

书面表达所需要的时间大约是20-25分钟，推荐学生每两周选取一至二个体裁的短文进行自我训练，并与参考译文进行比较，看看自己文章中的要点是否齐全，语言运用是否恰当，并有针对性的记忆一些参考译文中的句子，好短语，只要坚持写作，不断修改，写作潜力会得到提高的。每两周至少一篇作文，透过面批、自批、抽批相结合，加强写作方法指导和写作习惯的培养。

五、教学安排

第一学期安排：

1.九月至十一月中旬完成第三册新课教学，并且结合《世纪金榜》进行第一轮复习和语法复习。其中每两周进行一次综合练习及写一篇作文，两者轮流进行。

2.十一月中旬至十二月下旬继续第一轮复习。其中每两周进行一次综合练习及写一篇作文，两者轮流进行。

3.十二月下旬至期末，进行语法专题指导和练习及语篇综合训练。

第二学期安排：

1.2月下旬—4月底：专题训练，侧重潜力培养，加强技巧分析，培养学生综合运用语言潜力

2.5月—高考：查漏补缺，针对性地进行实践和运用潜力。

一、 指导识字方法，培养识字能力

教版小学低年级教材生字量大，集中识字性较强，这就有待任课教师采用灵活多样的识字方法，让学生主动学习。我打算运用以下几种方法开展本学期的识字教学。

1. 用熟字换、加偏旁法识字。将熟字与所学生字联系起来，利用熟字学生字，既复习了熟字，又学习了生字，既找到了它们的联系，又区分了它们之间的不同，会起到事半功倍的作用。

三、教学复习策略

仔细研究新课标考区的历届高考真题和省考试说明，把握考试趋势。按《新课标》英语考试要求命题，要求学生掌握3300个单词，400-500个短语和惯用语，因此在教学中加强阅读教学，扩大词汇量。夯实基础，提高英语综合运用的能力。注重遣词造句的多样性，提高书面表达能力。

5.重视书面表达书面表达所需要的时间大约是20-25分钟，建议学生每两周选择一至二个体裁的短文进行自我训练，并与参考译文进行对比，看看自己文章中的要点是否齐全，语言运用是否恰当，并有针对性的记忆一些参考译文中的句子，好短语，只要坚持写作，不断修改，写作能力会得到提高的。每两周至少一篇作文，通过面批、自批、抽批相结合，加强写作方法指导和写作习惯的培养。

五、教学具体安排

根据高考的最新信息和学生在复习备考中出现的问题，不断寻找新途径，去解决备考过程中出现的问题。

两个班级学生都要进行词汇训练，暂定利用《高考英语词汇背诵手册》印单词让学生背。利用《优化设计》进行第一轮的复习，书面表达想用20__全国各地高考试题让学生在早读期间背熟。

在复习的过程中，始终将词汇基础复习、阅读理解、写作贯穿于整个复习过程。认真对待每一次的测试，分析考试情况，反思自己的教学，制定行动计划，力争更上一层楼。

根据高二期末考试的情况我校高三学生的英语学习状况不容乐观，主要存在的问题是：学生基础知识不扎实，这表现在学生二卷得分较低; 学生的语言运用能力差，阅读与完形的失分现象普遍，书面表达明显存在诸多不规范现象。

二、复习目标：

首轮复习(一模前)侧重帮助学生全面且系统地掌握高中所学英语基础知识，(重点是词汇，语法。)夯实学生基础，抓住中等生，促进学困生，进一步提高优等生; 二轮复习(二模前)侧重于学生专项解题能力和听读写综合能力的提高，培养学生的应试技能;后期复习(二模后)侧重于查漏补缺，通过高考模拟调适心态，学生能掌握一定的应试策略。力争通过高考复习使尽可能多的学生信心十足地走进考场，通共全体备课组成员的努力使本校英语均分能超市均8分。

三、复习策略：

1.守住“阅读”，促进综合能力提升。坚持知识与能力同步进行，在复习基础知识过程中依然要关注学生语言运用能力的发展，既要突显知识网络的构建，通过归纳使学生的知识系统化，促进学生迁移能力的发展，更要活化学生所学知识，使学生能在不同的情境中运用所学知识。在整个复习过程中始终把“阅读”能力放在重要的位置，以其来丰富学生的背景知识，带动其它能力的发展。

2.认真“选题”，把好学生训练的质量关。各位老师把好习题的质量关，这是提高练习效率的前提条件。以最近5年各地高考试题与模拟试题为主，让学生在应试能力训练的过程中加强对高中阶段所学语言知识的巩固，提高学生的应试技能。在高三最后复习阶段，时间很有限。我们反对题海战术，反对无选择地做大量重复的机械练习题;提倡精讲精练，精选那些设计严密、具有科学性、系统性、针对性的练习题，限时完成，保证质量。学生通过练习及时发现问题和解决问题，提高分辨能力，增强知识的理解和记忆，提高语言运用能力，掌握解题技巧。教师在讲评练习时。不要只求答案，要进行多角度设问，使学生既要知其然，更要知其所以然，要通过典型试题分析，培养学生举一反三、触类旁通的能力。

3.及时“反馈”，强化学生复习的成就感。在复习的过程中要注重学生非智力因素的作用，及时进行训练效果的反馈，对于每个学生在复习过程中所表现出的积极态度，用心的付出，点滴的进步都给予表扬与鼓励，使枯燥的复习充满活力与人情味，强化学生复习的成就感，提高学习的质量。

4. 以“实践”为途径，促进能力转化。现在的高考越来越淡化单纯的语法知识考查，而是突出强调考查运用英语的能力。既然高考是以考核听、读、写能力为主，那么这些能力的培养只能靠不断地练习，在实践中使学生诸方面的能力逐步提高。课堂时间毕竟有限，教师应该处理好讲和练的关系。如果教师在课堂上的讲解时间过多，就必然挤占学生用于语言实践的时间。

5.以“科学”出效益，在高三英语教学过程中始终坚持的三个原则，

A.渗透“三维目标”的原则。即始终关注“知识与技能”，“过程与方法”，“情感态度与价值观”三维目标的落实与达成。

B.坚持“学生主体”的原则，少讲多练，精讲精练，力争做到习题讲评过程中“三讲三不讲”，即讲清重点，难点，疑点;学生会的不讲，学生能自己解决的不讲，估计讲了也不能理解的则不讲。此外，对于基础知识题还要做到：先练后讲，逢讲必连，讲后再练。

C.坚持抓“主要矛盾”的原则。始终把学生的词汇积累与阅读的限时理解能力放在最重要的位置。通过单词轮回记忆和长期的阅读训练，帮助学生拓展词汇量，拓宽知识面，重点提高主旨概括，判断推理和长句的分析与理解能力。

四、具体措施：

1. 集体备课，集思广益，实现脑力资源的共享，提高备课和复习备考的质量。

关键词：话题(课文，习题，方法)---主讲---优化;评课---长处---体会;个人---集体---综合---个人。

2. 研究四种课型

A.习题课。做到训练目标明确，适当分层，个别指导，反馈及时。

B. 基础知识复习课。做到教学案一体化，以练带讲，注重知识的创新组合，重点督查中后等生的复习效果，杜绝按步就班，炒“冷饭的”的授课现象。

C. 专题复习课。专题复习一般是紧接在第一轮复习之后的有针对性的强化复习，它既不同于以全面复习知识、方法、夯实基础为目的的第一轮复习，也不同于以综合训练为主提高应试能力的第三轮复习，而是就某块知识或某些方法、热点问题为专项的复习。专题复习起着承上启下的作用，具有举足轻重的地位，它既是对单元教学成果的巩固，又是对学科内知识的综合深化，是使知识系统化形成能力的关键环节，同时又为第三轮的综合训练进行了必要的知识和能力储备。其课堂教学设计必须根据学科教材的特点和学生实际情况，充分体现知识的系统性、基础性、发展性，要注意引导学生梳理知识，总结规律，融会贯通，提高学生在新情境中运用知识的能力。

D.讲评课。讲评课的教学要体现针对性(讲其所需，释其所疑，解其所难)、准确性(言之有据，正误分明)、系统性(纵横联系，前后衔接)、启发性(注重点拨，启发思维)，要注意启发思路，点拨题眼，引导上路。测试既是考查学生，同时也是考查教师，某一部分知识学生学的如何，水平如何通过答卷得到集中体现，教师教得如何，存在什么问题也集中反映在学生的答卷上。学生卷面问题反映集中的地方，也正是教师需要加强指导的地方。学情抓不准，讲评随意，对答案式的讲评是影响讲评效果的大敌。对于每一次测试、训练，在练习巡视中，在批阅试卷中要深入了解，从而掌握学生答题过程中出现的问题，为讲评试卷掌握第一手材料，从而做到有的放失。避免图省事，在讲评试卷时，把解题作为最终目标，流于对答案搞题题过堂，缺乏总结、归纳和提炼，对训练中发现的问题不作本质剖析，对典型例题不作总结概括，讲评过后学生往往依然故我，不见提高等低效的现象。做到分清错误类型，对症下药，抓错误点、失分点、模糊点，剖析根源，暴露学生的思维过程，解决思维受阻的原因。为提高讲评效果，测试结束后要快批快讲，提高效率，否则时间长了，学生的关心程度减弱，讲评效果也就达不到了。

3. 抓实首轮复习，帮助学生夯实知识基础。

范围：高中英语第1册――第2册。

试题：本校教师自编，教学案一体化。

4. 学生要有“四必”，培养学生科学的备考技巧。

A.必须有“单词随身记”。随时记忆、随时复习、随时扩充，既能逐步扩大词汇量又能有效地利用每天的零碎时间，突破词汇关。

B.必须有“作文佳句集锦”。提高学生规范表达的习惯，准备一本作文档案可以把平时的习作、优美的范文、写作常用的词汇、句型和过渡语，阅读当中遇到的优美表达集中起来，加以整合和归类并把它们当作日常学习中朗读、背诵、抄写、复习、仿写、欣赏的素材，从而逐步提高自己的书面表达水平。

C.必须有“错误警示录”。将平时训练或考试当中的错误集中起来，并加以整理和归纳，经常复习和反思，就会逐步突破自己的难点和薄弱点，减少考试中的重复丢分。

D.必须有“英汉词典”。规范自己的发音，熟悉词汇的意义、用法，尤其关注熟词生义现象，扩充词汇量，产生从量变到质变的飞跃。

5.对后进生坚持“四优策略”，关心后进生(90下)，促进整体提高。

A. 优先减负; B. 优先面批。

C. 优先点评。 D. 优先鼓励。

6.从现在开始坚持“每天必听”，打好持久战。各任课教师自行安排听与与学校统一安排(争取每周2次的听力训练)相结合，尽可能使学生每天都有机会用耳朵接触英语。
