General Introduction

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

外联部成员们，对内交际应该严守部内规矩，以身作则，这样外联部才会成为有方有棱的，团结智慧的整体，工作才会速度做好;对外与商家、媒体、兄弟院校交际时，必定要按着商定的规定程序与之合作，诚心友善以待，因为他们不仅仅代表的是外联部，代表的是学校高质量与好口碑。

第二，改善磨练。把内部成员分成多个组，以组为单位对内外交际。做个比喻，外联部就是一列火车，每组就是一节，节节紧密的连在一起，缺一不可，朝成功的方向前进。每星期一次例会上，各组组长代表发言，自己组近期获得经验，彼此弥补缺点学习优点。由此可以使部内成员积极乐观的去探索学习，多大的困难也会迎刃而解。第三，改善观念。拿破仑。希尔在成功学中讲：“一切缘于观念。”

第四，改善创新。学校年年有活动，商家年年在学校做宣传，商家的经验远远多与我们学生，所以外联工作年年变困难。既然经验方面比不过商家，就要从另一方面着手，我想到的是创新。站在商家的角度考虑在学校如何做宣传才能使更有效，在这一点上商家是远远不如我们学生的。从这一点吸引商家，使商家对我们举行的活动感兴趣，这样才会增加合作几率。

大家好!我的名字叫，郑成功的郑，博士的博，海洋的洋，汉族。我的个子不矮，但和班上的高个儿比起来，就逊色多了。和大多数同学一样，我今年也是18岁。 我的缺点。

我也希望改掉它。我有决心改掉我的缺点和坏习惯。 我的优点：我和很多同学一样，也找不出我的优点。我和父母讨论之后得出：较有上进心，较乐观。至于我更多的优点，就靠大家的发掘了! 我的兴趣爱好。

我比较喜欢游泳，踢足球，也对军事感兴趣。如果谁和我“志同道合”，就可以找我交个朋友。 对未来初中生活的期望。我希望能在这4年里快乐地度过，能和同学们结下深厚的友谊，能从老师那里学到更多的知识和道理。

我希望大家能够了解我，喜欢我，也希望同学们能团结友爱地度过这4年。

大家好!我是来自XX级X班的，我的名字叫杨文封。我在高中时曾经参加过校学生会，在班上也是一个班干部，所以我也非常喜欢社团活动。今天很高兴能有这个机会参加该社团的竞选，这让我感到很荣幸，同时也要感谢学校给了我这个锻炼自己的平台，这不但使我增长了见识，更让我积累了许多宝贵的经验。

我非常希望自己能有机会参加本社团的活动。我今天正是抱着竞选的态度来的。我想竞选万联部部长。首先我以自己的经验为大家介绍一下万联部的性质。万联部：它是一个与社会联系的组织机构，它的主要目的是向社会拉赞助。有效的进行一些有意义的社会公益活动，去帮助社会。

我希望大家能给我一次机会，让我在能够锻炼自己的基础上去为社团服务，帮助更多的人。如果大家相信我的话，就为我投上一票。

我们的大学生活应该是很有意义的，只有不断的使自己得到锻炼，我们才会不断的发展。不管这次我是否能够入选万联部的某一个职位，我都会为你加油。因为，一个人不管成功与失败都应该学会去为自己的竞争对手加油，我们的立场虽然是竞争对手，但是，如果你比我更适合在这个位置上，这只能证明你比我更优秀，你的成功也恰好证明了我所存在的不足，这不但让我知道了自己存在的不足，也让我知道应该怎样去弥补自己的不足。

我非常感谢大家给我这个机会参加这次竞选，如果我失败了，那么我希望你能够将我们的社团发展的更好，我会一直为你加油，默默的支持你，同时我更希望，如果因为我的存在而导致你的失败后，你也会同样的去支持我。正因为有失败才会有成功。不论成王败寇，我们都应该再接再厉，为社团明天新的发展做出自己的努力。

Good morning. I am glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is diyifanwen.com, 24. I come from Nanchang,the capital of Jiangxi Province. I graduated from the department of *University in July ,20xx.In the past two years I have been prepareing for the postgraduate examination while I have been teaching *in NO.*middle School and I was a head-teacher of a class in junior grade two.Now all my hard work has got a result since I have a chance to be interview by you.

I am open-minded ,quick in thought and very fond of history.In my spare time,I have broad interests like many other youngers.I like reading books, especially those about .Frequently I exchange with other people by making comments in the forum on line.In addition ,during my college years,I was once a Net-bar technician.So, I have a comparative good command of network application.I am able to operate the computer well.I am skillful in searching for information in Internet.I am a football fan for years.Italian team is my favorite.Anyway,I feel great pity for our countrys team.
