（二）一次性付酬：_________（货币单位）_________。如果译本的最后定价高出预计定价，乙方应在译本出版后按_________％增加向甲方支付的报酬。

高校辅导员是高校学生工作最基层的、组织管理者和协调者,既是教与学双向交流的信息员,又是学生学习生活的服务员。在学生的各项工作中，最重要也是最基本的工作就是大学生的思想政治教育工作。高校是思想政治教育的主要阵地，而辅导员则是高校思想政治教育工作的主要力量，从这个角度来看，辅导员在高校中的作用不了替代。同时由于大学生正处于思想转变的特殊阶段，需要辅导员对他们的各方面进行引导，从大学生健康成长与发展这个角度来看，辅导员起到了之路明灯的作用。

辅导员的作用是不容置疑的，那么辅导员在工作中的定位是如何的呢，我觉得高校辅导员应扮演好以下几个角色：

首先，是学生的良师。辅导员是学生接触最多的老师，学生遇到问题最先想要寻求帮助的就是辅导员。辅导员应在工作中扮演老师的角色，学生遇到问题，老师应帮助他们解决。同时，辅导员应加强对学生的管理，这包括政治思想方面的以及学习、课外活动、社会实践等多方面的，

其次，是学生的益友。现在的大学生面临很多的压力：就业压力、升学压力、考试压力、竞争压力等等，而现在的大学生独生子女又占绝大多数，没有经历过挫折和失败，大学生心理处于一个极端的不平静、不安静和不稳定的阶段。这就要求我们辅导员平时能加强和学生之间的沟通与交流，及时了解他们心理状况和思想情况，为他们解决心理上和生活上的困难，成为尊重学生、关心学生、理解学生和支持学生的知心朋友。

再次，是学生的榜样。辅导员是学生接触最多的老师，他们的一言一行会对学生产生影响，榜样的力量是无穷的。良好的榜样会早就很多优秀的学生。这就需要辅导员自身具有坚定地政治信仰，崇高的思想境界，宽广的知识结构以及正直的品格，这样会对学生产生好的影响。

明确了辅导员的角色后，应该从下面几个方向加强其工作任务。

1、做好日常管理工作，促使学生良好行为的养成。在四年的学生管理的过程中，一定要抓好日常管理，包括学习和生活两个方面。在学习方面，我们要定期去课堂考勤，跟学生一起听课，要指导学生学习指导及职业生涯规划。生活方面我们要经常深入学生宿舍和食堂做好安全教育。

2、做好心理教育工作，培养学生的健康人格。在大学生中，因学习、生活、恋爱、经济、人际关系、就业

等问题，产生了许多心理矛盾，有的思想困惑，有的自暴自弃，有的产生逆反心里，有的由于心理障碍导致精神疾病，甚至产生自 杀念头，走向轻生的道路。辅导员要真诚地对待每一位学生，全心全意地为同学分忧解难。

3、成立学生党团组织，充分发挥临时党支部、团总支的作用，发挥学生党员的骨干力量和模范作用。辅导员应定期与学生党员和入党积极分子进行沟通与交流，对学生党员开展党性教育，对广大青年学生开展不同形式的理想信念教育。

4、加强对学生的就业指导，培养学生正确的就业观，指引他们找到适合自己的发展方向。就业是大学生的重要目标，辅导员在指导学生就业方面发挥着重要的作用。在学生找工作的过程中，辅导员应对其进行指导，树立信心，并定期与他们进行交流，排除他们在找工作过程中的抑郁情绪，协助他们找到适合自身发展的道路。

当然高校辅导员也并不是一个很简单的工作，它要求我们对学生富有很强的责任心、深厚的爱心以及甘于奉献的真心。我相信自己能胜任这一工作，因为我深信对于学生工作来说，只要付出了你的真心与爱，就一定能收获学生对你的支持与喜爱!
