倘若辅导员老师肯给我这样一个宝贵的机会，我一定会抱着严谨，认真，负责的态度去做好这个职责!

首先我会努力地，主动去向老师您请教，跟老师您学习好去处理关于带好一个集体的工作!做好师弟师妹们与其班主任的沟通桥梁!

第二，我会让他们尽快熟悉起来，组织多一点有意义的活动去让他们对彼此有更深的了解，对于那些比较腼腆的学生我会给予更多的关注，我想在这个方面做了一年班长，学生会干事的我在组织活动方面，调动人的积极性还是有一定的经验的!

第三我会虚心像那些优秀助班请教，希望他们能够给我更多指导，我还会注重师弟师妹们与食品系的师兄师姐们的交流，开展一些联谊活动或者是交流会，我会用自己曾经是食品系联谊组织者所带来的经验去组织，策划，务必让师弟师妹们能与他们老师和师兄师姐有个很好的交流平台，能够让孩子们对咱们这个专业有更深认识，对大学生活有更清楚的了解!而对于让师弟师妹们如何去与同系的师兄师姐或者是其他人去沟通，我想我自己也能给他们帮助，由于这一年里我比较积极去参加学院和系的活动，还有个人性格方面比较活泼外向，所以与很多同系的其他班的同学和师兄师姐都建立了一定的友谊，我相信自己能够以此来为他们架建沟通桥梁!

第四，在大学的第一年担任班长这一个角色中，我平时也比较注重与班主任，助班的交流，所以在面对做助班这一角色中，我可以总结我助班还有我做班长的经验，将以前做的一切取其精华去其糟粕，务求能够做到最好，好好去对待好新生们，用自己的爱心去换取他们的信赖!当然我会要求他们去遵守好学校的规章制度，在大学有一个新的开始!

其实要成为一名助班是我自军训完后一直以来的一个梦想，目标，我是真的很诚恳去竞选这个助班。大学第一年的班长工作给了我很大感触，我的助班也给了我很大的帮助与启发!如今，我已经不是食品班长，所以我很希望能有一个班能像食品一样让我肆无忌惮，明目张胆去爱，去服务!我真的很享受身后带着一群小鬼的那种滋味。我希望在下一届的人中找到食品这个集体的身影，去延续我对食品那一份爱，当然我也会去爱着我的这个班——食品!希望老师您能够慎重考虑一下我，让我有一个新的锻炼机会，不断去提升自我，超越自我。

我深知自己还有很多的缺点，但我保证，今后我会更加严格要求好自己，自觉接受好老师们的帮助与监督，努力克服自身的缺点与不足，争取更大的进步，抒写好我的大二新的一页!我深知未来倘若我做了助班这一定是条充满挑战的路，也许会有很多荆棘与阻扰挡着我，但我是个爱挑战的人，我绝对不会向困难低头。我也很希望在老师您的带领下学到更多，提升自我!董教授曾经跟我说过，有机会要多帮帮老师，多喝老师交流，我希望能够通过这个机会来跟着老师学习更多，在原来当班长的基础上更进一步扩大与老师您的交流!

希望我的决心能够感动老师，我知道现在光说是没多大用的，所以我希望老师您能给我机会，让我用爱心去赢取师弟师妹们的信赖，我知道带好一个班集体是要用心去做的，只要用心去做，我有信心我能带出一个比食品更有凝聚力，更温馨的家庭!请老师接受我的申请，考验我!
