一、端正思想，提升师德修养

我积极参加各种政治、业务学习培训。我深知，要教育好学生，教师必须先身先之率，时时做到教书育人、言传身教、为人师表，以自己的人格、行为去感染学生。为了适应新形式，我努力学习教育教学理论和专业知识，在不断的学习中，自己的思想觉悟、理论水平、业务能力都有了很大的提高。

二、学习课标，明确教学目标

为使英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求，树立起新的育人理念，我抽时间对《英语课程标准》(20__版)进行了研读，了解了此次英语课程改革的目的，掌握了此次英语改革的重点，理解了英语教学原则，学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据，奠定了扎实的基础，保证了教学的顺利进行。

三、扎实备课，理清教学思路

备课是课堂教学的重要环节。我在备课时做到了：课前认真钻研教材、整合教材。我认真阅读各种教学参考书，既备教材，又备学生，结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既考虑知识的纵向联系，又考虑新知识的横向衔接;既突出重点，又突出难点;既体现完整的教学过程，又注意好各个环节的过渡自然。课中为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的活动，将教学内容层层铺开，充分调动了学生的情感态度和兴趣。课后总结教学经验，每上完一课时，我都及时总结和反思，写出教后记，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该节课的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

四、认真上课，一切以人为本

课堂上，以学生为主体，充分发挥学生主动学习的作用，培养学生良好的英语学习习惯，最大限度地培养学生热爱英语、学习英语的兴趣。教学中，大胆探索和实践科学的教学方法，寻求适合本班学生的教学模式，同时注意因材施教，兼顾好中差，既注重对“尖子生”的培养，也不忘对那些“后进生”的关注与帮助。

五、虚心学习，提高教学能力

听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法。只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验，所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。不仅听我们组优秀老师的课，也听其他老师的课。本学期，我听了18节课，收获很大，掌握了很多驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，还会学习领会记在听课笔记上的教师们上课时讲到的，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学中，取得了较好的效果。
