一、采用多种教学手段，使学生爱上英语

1.建立良好的师生关系

良好的师生关系，特别是师生间融洽的情感关系能使师生密切合作，造成愉快的情绪气氛，这更有利于学生的学习主动性、积极性的充分发挥。因此平时我努力从多方面关心学生，做他们的朋友，了解他们的心理动态，课前先进到班里和孩子们交流。批评学生时也是会照顾他们的自尊心，用幽默的方式让他们接受。有的孩子在作业本上和我沟通，一来一往，让我了解到孩子的内心真实的想法，通过我和孩子的沟通，呼文阔就是这样聊着聊着就从不写作业到现在每天完成作业。

2.以趣激情，寓教于乐。

在课堂上根据孩子的这些特点来设计教学，灵活运用教学法，并把英语儿歌、绕口令、童谣等有趣味的东西引进课堂。到了新学校，有了电教设备，简直是如虎添翼，由于时间不允许每节课都能制作出精美课件，我便去网上搜索，再自己改动，这样，不但能够节约时间，又能学习一下别的老师的思路，也打开了自己的思维高度。学生们真的很喜欢课件，都在作业本上跟我反馈会课件真好。学生学完关于自己制作动物的课文，结合我布置的作业，学生自己制作了很多可爱的东西，这也调动了一部分孩子的热情。

3.坚持学习

本学期我校教师经常参加实验小学的教研，感受到她们教研时的氛围与研讨的热情，并把学到的运用到自己的实际教学中，发现对调动优等生的兴趣有帮助，其他同学的基础差一些确实有困难，这就需要我在今后还要结合我校学生进行一些调整，但思路还是学到了。

我建立了两个班的微信群，让学生展示自己读课文的水平，顺便也检查了孩子读课文需要排队等候的难题。孩子通过微信可以随时问我问题或者与我沟通，有的孩子还自己做题拍成照片给我看，对英语的兴趣也比之前提高了很多。课间，为了节约孩子们找我花费在路上的时间，下课后就经常到教室里面，学生就围过来背课文，有的在微信里背完还要再背一遍。学生们的口语水平也比之前有了提高。

2.及时与家长沟通,与家长携手教育孩子

有了家长们的微信，联系起来就更方便了。二班的程海峰开学时根本不开口，26个字母只会几个，由于是外地孩子，普通话说不好，声音特别小，英语更是张不开嘴，接受能力差，成绩也很差。我和他母亲沟通了一节课，她母亲每天都让他在微信中给我读课文，到现在这个孩子上课注意力非常集中，还经常主动举手回答问题，课上我也看到了他的笑脸，我布置的动手作业他完成的非常出色。现在这个孩子每天中午都主动找我默写单词，而且在家里也坚持默写，效果也很好，虽然他的成绩还不是很好，但我认为这个孩子是目前两个班最努力的。

二班的周家辉成绩也不很好，我也是连续几天和他妈妈在微信上沟通，告诉他如何辅导孩子，家长还是很配合的，就是孩子目前还是贪玩，收效不是很大，但我相信他的明天会更好。

三、耐心做好课后辅导，特别是对暂时学困生的帮助。

1、构建和谐环境，培养学习热情

英语教学成功与否，不仅取决于学习者的智力因素，还取决于学生情绪，态度、学习动力等。因此我在对待暂差生上，特别注意控制自己的情绪，不能迁怒、急躁，不使用训斥、侮辱人格和伤人自尊的语言，以防损伤他们的自信心，挫伤他们的学习热情。另外，我还尽力寻找他们身上的“闪光点”，多表扬鼓励，增强他们的上进心。

2、查找分析原因，对准问题入手。

目前学困生的特点大都是不写作业，或者不认真完成作业，这是老师最头疼的问题。

一班的作业从一开学，班主任刘老师就开始抓三科的作业，我和刘老师配合好抓学生的作业问题，目前已经没有不完成作业的现象。二班的几个让人头疼的问题，杨老师也一直在抓，有时候甚至开车把孩子送回家也不管用。马乐、王才路、呼文阔像钉子户一样，宁愿不吃午饭也不写作业。我和杨老师也也是打电话联系家长，晓之以理动之以情，最后只剩下王才路了。在请了家长不见效，发了几次短信后就想放弃之际，我留了一个是需要学生回家自己制作一个物品，上课时用。他做了一个飞镖，我在全班面前把这个飞镖展示出来并说太逼真了。没想到这节课后他的作业竟然都开始完成了，杨老师说语文也完成的很好。截止到目前，这个孩子的作业也一直按时上交。就是学习上的主动性还是不能持续，但我想作业问题解决了，其它的需要慢慢来。

3.重视低年级教学

在以往的一二年级教学中，很惭愧自己没能像高年级教学那样重视。这学期，我从一开始从课上纪律开始抓起，从快速记住学生姓名开始，课上也是运用多种教学方法来调动学生积极性，课本内容简单，我便拓展多一些，结合所学编成chant,编演小对话，游戏，歌曲，等等，学生的兴趣真的被调动了，而且我发现农村孩子也是有潜力的，最后一单元的难句子也有一些同学可以说出来。我还把冥想运用到课堂上，带学生走进大森林，孩子们说：老师，我梦到我就是那只小白兔，我看到教室就是大森林等等，孩子们也是非常喜欢我的英语课，所以我意识到最重要的还是教师自己重视，才能给与孩子们更多，我也期待自己成长为一个有活力的教师。

四.反思不足及改进措施

工作中还会出现这样或者那样的不尽人意

1.课件虽然调动了学生的积极性，但时间有时候把握不好，还有学生的练习还是少，重点难点的训练还有不到位的地方。这也是搬家前课件运用少，所以课上不能得心应手，还有就是要学习制作课件的知识，还有白板的运用。

2.课堂还是缺少灵动，教学内容有时候缺少与学生生活的链接，同时自己也应该多学习，对于自己应该给学生的东西应该自己先学习并熟练，比如一些拓展内容。同时还缺少教学机智。

3.学困生的补习时间少，成绩提升不大，段俊睿和张悦两人与其他学困生的存在着很大差距，补习也困难，成绩难提高。期末这段时间还要抽时间多给学困生补习。
