最关键的一点，就是要科学合理地安排时间。没有合理的安排，再好的计划也会付之东流。所以，在新学期里，我要合理安排学习、休息的时间，要把每一点一滴宝贵的时间都抓紧。虽说是初三，但必要的休息与锻炼还是必不可少的。我希望能在体育上不增加今后考试的心理负担，所以，加强体育锻炼迫在眉睫，也是最近几十天的一大艰巨的任务。

在具体的学习上，我认为，我应当注意薄弱环节，查漏补缺。我觉得首先应该做到的是认真听课，将老师课上所讲内容完全消化，让思维与老师同步。一般先以课本为先，书上的内容是基础。

在掌握的基础上，做专项训练，按层次补缺和提高。我还需要建立一本错题集，将在练习中做错的题目和尚未弄懂的题目及时记录下来，逐一解决，形成巩固。

在复习中应该提倡务实精神，也应该重视规范化和格式化，要养成科学，严谨的态度。因为任何一次不规范的答题都有可能造成失分。

2017年3月英语专业大学生实习报告

时间：XX年2月14日-2月20日

报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

以上是我的实习报告，通过在寒假的这段实习生活，让我得到了很多感触。首先让我实践了教师这个职业的工作，锻炼了我的表达能力，交往能力以及口语表达。这些收获将影响我以后的学习生活，并对以后的工作产生积极影响，我相信这些实践中的收获是在课堂上学习不到的，而且会让我受用一生.。7天的实习，说长不长，说短也短，而学到的东西却很多。也充分检验了自己的学习成果，认识到自己的不足，比如口语表达还有待提高，让我认识到自己要是工作了，所存在的差距，并在以后的学习中，完善自己，学以致用!

高一下期是学生逐渐认识和适应高中外语学习的关键时期，我们计划在上期的基础上，继续拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力，特别是理解、分析和阅读的能力，让学生尽快适应高中学习。

一、教育教学指导思想

树立新观念,钻研新大纲,探索新教法。

二、教学工作

1、必修课。本期教学课时仍然紧,教材内容多，知识覆盖面大，在上好教本的同时，要特别考虑拓展学上的课外知识，人文知识，加强课外阅读的补充和指导，具体方法如下：

a) 狠抓单元教学,突出单元教学重点。把握好各个环节如：warming up-speaking; reading; explanation of language points, unit exercises，listening. 让学生不仅学习知识，而且得到能力的培养。

b) 增强教改意识。要整体提高学生的思想认识和文化品味。要将“教法指导”转为“学法指导”,重视指导学生思维方法的学习,要引导并鼓励学生的创新意识。相对淡化知识系统,强调运用语言的能力和语感能力的培养,重视积累,感悟和熏陶。新教材中的“口语交际”要让学生充分活动,还要采用多种形式拓展学生的英语实践活动,努力提高学生学习英语的兴趣。

2、课内课外阅读。

a) 教师指导阅读,教师除了课文中阅读材料，还要指导学生的课外阅读，备课时要对其内容,重难点,方式方法等都要作通盘考虑。另外还要注意“教本”和“课外阅读”的相关延伸,即“课外阅读”和“教本”具体课文的相关衔接。同时，教师还要对学生进行阅读策略方面的指导。

b) 学生单元小结 1.积累词语，对课文涉及的重要词语，要抄写、查字典解释重点记忆。2. 阅读报刊文章写点评；3.每单元写一百字左右与课文内容相关的作文。

c) 课堂交流,课堂内除了individual activity, pair work, group work, discussion, debate这些活动，还有课外的 team work ，duty report，这些材料都以书面形式和口头形式呈现，最后由教师收集作资料保存。

d) 英语学习小组活动,每个小组每学期都有机会在课堂展示对一篇文章或一个专题的理解，质疑,评析,欣赏.这是学生自主学习和“研究性阅读”的尝试。

3、写作

a) 根据教材的编写体例,把教本上的"写作"内容与学生练笔结合。

b) 本期拟作作文每单元1次。

c) 作文批改要讲实效,要调动学生参与,可先由学生自评或互评,再由老师点评,对其得失进行分析总结,并提倡学生写后记或重作,以期不断提高写作能力。

d) 对优秀的作文可进行交流。

4、充分利用电脑,投影仪,磁带,录像,影碟机等电教手段,适当的时候使用多媒体教室,使英语课堂更加形象,生动活泼。搞好我校的网校工作,制作各单元的电子文本。

一、甲方责任

1.在甲方指定地点和区域活动，不掉队，认真听取各项操作指导，并按规定进行。无论何时、何地、何事，严禁单独行动，如果离开指定范围，自愿承担责任，并请示营长同意。儿童至少有一成人同行，归队时立即销假。

2.活动中不得有任何危及他人或自身安全的行为。不在危险的地方攀爬和拍照留影，不私自玩水、玩火等。

3.不食用非甲方提供的食品。注意饮食卫生。注意乘车安全，不随意在车内走动，不将身体任何部位露出车窗外。

4.晚上按时就寝，不留宿外人，不在规定区域外住宿。儿童不携带贵重物品，妥善保管财物。

5.不得隐瞒自己的病史及自身的生理变化。如身体有任何不适或其它特殊情况，须及时向工作人员报告。违反以上规定造成后果者，乙方承担相应责任。

三、其它责任甲方为乙方购买了意外伤害险和意外医疗险，符合保险理赔标准的，由保险公司按照规定予以赔偿，甲方不另承担责任。非甲方组织不当、或乙方自发、或不可抗力导致的乙方生病、受伤以及经济损失等情况，甲方不承担责任。

四、本协议有效期同乙方所参加的营期，从乙方报到时生效，离营时自动失效。提前到达或延后离开期间，责任由乙方自负。

My first name in Chinese means surpass. Life is a long and tough run to go. I must learn how to survive in this fast moving society and try to thrive.

I’m open minded, easy-going, warm hearted with a sunshine smile. I have superb and god features such as honesty and sweet temper. Also, I much enjoy making friends from all walks of life. My favorite fun is travelling around the world.

I was borned on Feb. 2, 1976. I had an elder sister two and half years older than I. Frankly speaking, I should say I had a good and memorable childhood in my life. I was not a leading student in my elementary school but in junior middle School. I scored good marks and ranked high both in my class and in the grade. Thats the honorable and shining time. Things began to change from the date I stepped into the No.28 senior high school in Shenyang. I always chose the wrong school to go to. Therefore, I learned and cherished the most remarkable experiences in my schoolings. I made a very good and dependable friend and related to him till now. I cherished it deep in my heart so much.
