大学的最后的一个学期，我来到一家翻译公司实习。我应聘的职务是英语校对，刚开始我对这个工作不是很了解，以为就是检查检查错误就可以了，然而就是这份我认为很简单的工作，我却在在实习期内出现了不少的错误。

因为我们公司还负责排版，就是说，译文原文校对完之后，按照原文格式调整好，使其尽量保持原文面貌。我本来计算机操作就不熟练，打字也不快，这样一来，我有些工作也许会因为我的操作不熟练而拖延完成。第一个月没少吃了计算机操作不熟练的苦。以前在学校只知道word文档、幻灯片，却没有实际操作过。而现在我们每天都要同word文档、powerpoint、excel打交道，此外还有pdf，cad制图。好在我们公司的排版人员都很友善，有不懂我们都可以向她们请教。

增加了对未来的信心

这半年里感悟最深的就是要备好课，如果备课不够充分，讲起课来总会感到底气不足，遇到一些问题难免会感到慌张，因为之前没有考虑到这些内容，只有在匆忙之中想出个答案来回复学生，借以保全老师的颜面。课本中有些内容自己很熟悉，它们从知识层面上看并不难，但首次作为老师讲给学生总会感到有些生疏。问题就在于准备的不够充分，有些内容老师早就应该熟记在心，讲课时不用书本就能脱口而出，而实际情况是有时老师照着课本读句子也会出错，这是老师自己不负责任的结果。备课不考虑学生实际情况也会出很大的问题，内容设置过难，高于学生学习水平，学生的听讲状况可能会不如以前；内容设置太简单，学生学习起来没有动力，渐渐他们的注意力就会转移到其他事情上。只有内容难度合适，让学生学起来有一定难度，但又不至于太困难，这时学生才更愿意去听讲，跟老师一起分析文章解决问题。备课更离不开备教法，针对不同的课型和内容，老师需要灵活选择教学方法，有的文章适合让学生分组合作解决问题，另外一些文章难度较大，可能并不适合学生独立分析解决，这时需要老师要带着学生一起分析理解。

实习这半年是我在大学里最好的历练，它让我清楚的认识到自己的不足，找到今后仍需努力的方向，这是在大学学习任何课程都达不到的效果，实习已经接近尾声，我会好好总结经验，努力提升自己，向着更高的目标迈进。

大学生学习英语社会调查报告

为了适应新形势发展的需要，为21世纪培养更多的有用人才适应社会发展。目前，我国正在调整、改革课程体系和更新教学内容的机制，英语教材的改编更注重了学生的发展，培养学生创新精神，培养学生运用语言能力，因此，新教学大纲增加了一定的词汇，交际用语、语法、泛听、泛读等。教学内容的增多，必定给教师和学生带来一定的困难，特别是象我们这样的乡、镇中学更为明显，作为一个教师，应如何面对这些困难，帮助学生学好英语，提高教学质量？我想谈谈我的一点看法。

近几年来学习英语已经成为社会的热潮，人们越来越重视英语的学习，似乎已把学习英语认为是孩子成材的必须选择，他们不惜一切代价去学习英语，而他们的最终目的却是拿到大学英语四六级证书，在毕业以后能够找到自己机合适的工作，从而为衣食住行不在烦恼。在他们的眼力证书的重要性远远大于自己真正的实力。

高中时的学生们是为了考上自己理想的大学而刻苦学习英语，寻求的仅仅是分数上的自我安慰，而英语对他们来说实际上仍然是那么的遥远，作为当代的大学生，已经学习了近七八年的英语，却不能讲出一口流利的口语，这是不足为怪的。他们学习英语的方法早已经为他们现在的自己的哑巴英语打下了良好的基础。他们学习英语从来都是默默无闻的，强行背记语法，做对没一道题是真正的目的。而却忽视了口语的练习。

看到别人说英语的时候，羡慕不已。认为自己不是那块材料，进而失去了学习英语的兴趣，从此一蹶不振。有的还很有信心，花费巨额去报什么英语四六级培训班，雅思班，倾听专家讲座等等。最终还是徒劳。就哈尔滨市的各所高校来说吧，每年报英语等级的人很多，但过去的人很少，而且过者完全靠自己能力的也不占多数，买题，买答案，作弊等不良行为经常出现。

利用这个假期我报了李阳疯狂英语培训班，感觉受益非浅。才真正的发现英语是说出来的，并不是做大量的题才能提高你的口语的，在哈尔滨鸿博外国语学校我真正找到了学习英语的激情，在哈尔滨鸿博外国语学校寒假里的十二天，对英语的学习又有了新的认识，学好一样东西是不难的，这不仅需要坚强的毅力，同时合理的方法更始是不可缺少的。探讨英语学习，为了适应新形势发展的需要，为21世纪培养更多的有用人才，适应新会的发展，英语这门学科尤其重要，但学生又很难学好它，因此，我从本地的实际情况、存在的问题，提高几点探讨性建议，帮助作为学生的我们学好英语。

一、要让学生提高学习认识，培养他们的兴趣，激发他们的学习积极性；

二、要让学生树立学英语的信心；

三、帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯；

四、辅导学生掌握正确的学习方法；

五、要让学生端正学习态度。

作为当代英语教师应该如何培养学生的认识读呢？

一、培养学生的兴趣，激发他们的学习积极性

浓厚的兴趣可培养学生的求知欲，激发起他们强大的学习动力，促使他们顽强拼搏、努力学习，初一学生刚开始学英语时，兴趣很高，但稳定性较差，一遇到困难就容易丧失兴趣。比如，初中学生随着年级的升高，课程难度的增大，内容的增多，有的同学逐渐感到学英语吃力，学习英语的兴趣逐渐消失，从而导致部分学生失去继续学习的动力，产生厌学的倾向，甚至有的同学放弃学英语，因此，到了初二、初三时两极分化的现象相当严重。为了培养学生学外语的兴趣，教师必须做到：第一，让学生明确外语的重要性，从而培养学生的远大志向，帮助他们形成明确而强烈的学习动机。第二，教师必须采用启发式教学，直观教学，打破传统的“满堂灌”的教学方式，把英语和要表达的事物直接联系，让学生直接理解，直接记忆，充分调动学生的积极性，激发他们的求知欲和好奇心。因此，教师课堂气氛的好坏，直接影响到学生的兴趣。一堂生动而有趣的课，可使得学生兴趣浓厚，注重力集中，并容易接受、记忆。反之，一堂枯糟无味的课，会使学生兴趣低落，达不到预定的效果，因此，学生的兴趣与教师的课堂是密不可分的。第二，培养良好的师生关系，教师是人类灵魂的工程师，可以说，教师是学生的偶像，教师的一言一行，直接影响着学生，一般来说，一个学生如果喜欢你这个老师，他（她）就很有可能会喜欢你所教的这门课。如果你天天骂他们，惩罚他们，而不从正确教育，不鼓励他们，不调动他们的积极性，这样会导致学生厌烦这个老师，厌烦你的这门功课，从而大大地削减了他们的积极性。一个具有高度责任感，高超的教学技巧，热爱学生的教师往往能赢得学生的尊重和喜爱，而融洽的师生关系又能进一步激发和培养他们的学习兴趣，从而调动他们的积极性。

二、让学生树立学英语的信心

要想学好外语，除了有浓厚的兴趣外，还得有坚强的决心和高度的自信心。“学者须先立志，无志则不能学”。学生一旦有了自信心，他们就能克服困难，满怀热情投入到学生中去。培养学生的自信心与学生成功的学熬。

三、帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯

在英语教学中，我们经常遇到这种现象，学生到了高中以后，还要老师反复领读单词，并要老师逐句把课文译成汉语，不少学生只会认读课文，而对课文难易程度相当的阅读材料，则看不懂或阅读速度很慢，很多学生可以背不少句型和语法规则，但在说和写英语时却错误百出，产生这些问题的原因在于我们教师没有在日常教学中注意帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯，尤其是独立学习和解决问题的习惯。要想学习好，必须养成良好的学习习惯。比如，课前主动预习，上课专心听讲，勤于动脑，善于思考，认真作笔记，大胆提问，积极回答问题，课后主动复习，善于归纳和总结，碰到问题要先动脑思考，然后使用工具书，要不耻下问。学单词要知其音，明其形，懂其义，做到词不离句，句不离文。要多听、多说、多读、多写，说时要胆大皮厚，不怕出错，不怕耻笑；读时要大声朗读并注意语音语调；写时要真实地写，初学时可仿写，模似写。另外，还要养成按时完成作业，勤用工具书，科学利用时间等好习惯。

2020年7月商务英语专业大学生实习目的

一、毕业生基本情况

我系商务英语专业XX届毕业生共20人。全部学生至实习前已完成商务英语专业教学计划规定的大一至大三上学期共五个学期的全部理论课程(包括专业基础课和专业技能课)。

二、毕业实习的目的和要求

毕业实习是高等实现专业人才培养目标的重要环节，也是在校学习的继续、深化、补充和检验。实习的目的是让学生通过各类实习接触实际和了解社会，学习生产技术和管理知识，获取本专业的实际工作技能，巩固所学理论知识，培养初步的实际工作能力和专业技能。

商务英语专业学生做好毕业实习的工作，有助于培养学生综合运用所学英语语言、国际商务知识和技能分析问题、解决问题的能力;有助于学生更全面地了解社会、了解涉外商务活动，树立起理论联系实际、实事求是的工作作风和踏踏实实的工作态度;有助于检验学生所学理论知识在实际工作中的应用范围及适用程度，巩固和扩大所学专业知识;加强理论与实践结合，培养学生实际操作能力，使学生能较快地适应工作，顺利地走上工作岗位。

实习具体要求如下：

1、了解社会和实习场所的一般情况，增加对本学科专业领域的感性认识;

2、初步了解所学专业在国民经济建设中的地位、作用和发展趋势;

3、熟悉专业技术人员的工作职责和工作程序，获得组织和管理生产的初步知识;

4、实习过程中应做到“三勤”：即手勤、嘴勤、腿勤。做到不懂就问，不会就学;虚心向公司、企业或单位实习指导者学习，努力提高自己的业务水平，为正式上岗打下基础;

5、坚持撰写实习日志;

6、撰写实习报告，包括题目、实习单位介绍、实习内容、实习过程以及实习心得、体会等(不少于1500字，a4纸打印);

7、实习结束后，请实习单位根据实习学生实习表现填写鉴定表，并加盖公章。

三、毕业实习的基本内容

商务英语专业毕业实习的内容丰富，可包含以下几个方面：

1、到各英语培训、中小任英语教师

2、到公司、企业从事办公室文秘工作、办公室日常工作、客户接待、会议安排等;互联网信息查询;英文函电的草拟、发送;商务材料、函电、合同等翻译;外贸单证业务;产品介绍、推广等。

3、到商务局、经贸委从事办公室文秘、日常工作等。

4、到旅游局、旅行社从事办公室文秘、日常工作或导游工作(需持有导游资格证)。

四、毕业实习方式和时间分配

毕业实习将以统一联系校外实习单位为主;有意向单独实习的学生经教学系领导批准、教务处备案后可自行联系就业单位。

XX届商务英语专业学生自XX年3月1日至XX年5月1日进行毕业实习。XX年5月3日返校报道。XX年5月8日之前提交实习报告和实习鉴定表。

五、实习期间指导教师的职责

1、提前了解实习单位情况和学生实习要求，会同实习单位有关人员根据实际情况制定详细的实习安排，并做好实习相关准备。

2、按实习大纲和实习安排的要求，安排、落实各项实习工作，与实习单位配合及时解决实习中的问题。

3、在实习中对学生要加强指导，严格要求，组织好各种教学和参观活动，积极引导学生深入实际，检查督促学生完成各项实习任务。
