一：教学工作

教学是作为一个老师的首要任务，能否教好课，直接关系到孩子对老师的评价和认可，甚至影响到孩子对课程的兴趣。在实习过程中，我上了3次新课，一共11节课，虽然总的说来上课上多了有些进步，但我觉得没有哪堂课令我十分满意，教学过程和环节中总是存在疏漏的地方，让我事后惭愧。我想，真的要走上教学岗位，成为一名优秀的人民教师，还需自己以后不断的努力实践。我在上课教学中暴露了许多不足之处。在我上第一堂课的时候，我就出现了这样一个问题。

一堂课我都只是看着前面的孩子，而完全忽略了后面孩子的存在。而且，每次起来让孩子回答完问题后，都没有及时地让他们坐下。刚开始孩子好象也不大习惯这样，后面上课的次数多了，他们也就习惯了。我还没叫他们坐下，他们就自己坐下了。第一堂课吸取教训后，以后每节课我都会主动叫坐在后排的孩子回答问题，也经常看看后面孩子脸上的表情。

后来也慢慢发现，在课堂上看着每个孩子脸上的表情，他们的眼睛，能够看出他们这节课有没有在听，有没有听懂。终于发现，经验是要一点一点地慢慢积累，尤其是要抓住在课堂上这一个机会。

实习将近两个月，上了几节课，在新老师与原来的老师之间，孩子都反映我在课堂上带读单词和句子的时间和次数都远远不如刘老师。可能实习前，我们的确太高估了孩子的水平。这一届的孩子很多在小学时没有接触过英语，基础很差，而这本教科书又有一定的难度，所以到我们去实习前，还有一些孩子连字母ABC都还不懂。指导老师也指出我们带读的太少。

的确如此，在后面的每节课中，我们都花了比较多的时间带读单词和句子。原本以为这些时间已经够多了，可是课后孩子也反映老师带读的还是很少。在每次上课后，都发现每节课让孩子操练地都比较少，一直都没有让孩子好好地操练。初中的都是操练课，操练对孩子学习英语很重要。在这点上，我还是没有做好。在整个教学实习中，还有一点我也是要多加锻炼和提高的，那就是倒磁带的问题。每次有听力的时候，我总是倒不好带，显得很紧张，孩子看了也会替老师着急，影响了教学过程，也浪费了时间。

回顾这一段时间，我是用心的，但用心不一定等于成功，我毕竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字，还带着全班孩子一起读错，老师把错误指出来而无地自容、羞愧几天的事情也有过。

二：班主任工作

班主任是班级的主任老师。班主任作为全面关心孩子成长的主要教师、孩子主要的精神关怀者、影响孩子发展的重要他人，无疑肩负神圣而又重要的职责。如何做好班主任工作?是值得每一位老师不断思考探索的。作为一名实习班主任，虽然在实习过程中，我学到了很多，但真的要去做班主任，还是有很大差距的。实习之初，我觉得自己首先要了解我所带的班级和班级同学，了解是班主任工作的基础。

二、学生情况分析

本学期我开始担任___班的英语教学。班级里大多数学生能基本掌握所学知识，能听懂并运用所学英语去进行英语交流。优生少;本班一小部分学生英语有较高的兴趣，能积极学习并参与课堂活动，英语学科成绩较好，但问题学生很多，学生发展参差不齐，部分学生已经对英语失去了信心，还有一部分学生觉得英语越来越难，渐渐力不从心了，不感兴趣了，上课的注意力也不集中了，发言也不是很活跃。这给教学带来不少困难。针对这种情况，教学的时候需要注意在备课中增加趣味性，以此来提高学生对英语学习的兴趣。

三、教材分析

九年级共安排有十五个单元，各单元话题灵活有趣，贴近学生生活实际。本册书将学习的一些语法知识点有：被动语态，虚拟语气，情态动词，定语从句，短语动词，过去完成时等。同时每个单元都增加了文化背景知识和学习策略，并增加了任务型学习成分与语篇输入，提供了一篇具有跨文化内容的阅读文章及相关的练习，用以训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的阅读量。

四、教学目标

针对实际情况，我制定了以下二方面的教学目标：

1、语言技能：

听：

1、能听懂课文大致内容;

2、能抓住简单语段中的观点;

说：

1、能使用恰当的语调和节奏表达课文大意;

2、能经过准备就一般话题作短暂表达

读：

1、能理解阅读材料中不同的观点和态度;

2、能识别不同文体的特征;

3、能通过分析句子结构理解难句和长句;

写：

1、能简单写出连贯且结构较完整的句子。

2、能默写课文;

3、能在写作文中基本做到文体较规范、语句较通顺;

1、逐步做到语音、语调自然、得体;

2、根据语音辨别和书写不太熟悉的单词或简单语句。

词汇：

1、运用词汇描述比较复杂的事物、行为和特征，说明概念等;

2、尽可能学会使用规定的习惯用语或固定搭配。

语法：

1、进一步掌握描述时间、地点、方位的表达方式;

2、进一步理解、掌握比较人、物体及事物的表达方式;

3、使用适当的语言形式进行描述和表达观点、态度、情感等;

4、学习、掌握基本语篇知识并根据特定目的有效地组织信息。

五、教学具体措施

1、摸清学生基本情况，逐步激励学生对英语产生学习兴趣。

2、重视课堂教学质量此文来自优秀，认真钻研教材和课标，利用备课组的集体智慧精心备课，明确每堂课的基础内容和拓展内容，满足不同层次学生的不同需求，充分利用多媒体教学设备，加强直观教学。在课堂上积极开展丰富多彩的英语活动，提高学生兴趣。如英语演讲比赛、单词听写比赛、朗读比赛、英语句子接龙比赛、唱英文歌曲等，提高课堂教学效率，提高学生英语交际能力。

3、课后多与学生沟通，了解学生学情，及时得到反馈信息，以利于改进教学中存在的问题和不足。加强个别辅导与答疑，做好培优补差。

4、充分利用课堂作业与课外作业，严格要求学生抓好落实，强化所学，力争让每位学生皆有所获。

5、多阅读，多写作。看一个学生的英语水平如何。只要听他说几句英语，看一看他写的英语作文，再了解他的阅读能力就可知晓。要鼓励学生多做阅读理解，完形填空方面的题。每三天写一篇作文。老师辛苦点，全批面给。针对作文中存在的错误和问题，叫学生当面改正，并说明理由。以便对错误有清楚的认识。长此坚持下去会有效果的。

九年级两个班，共__人，男生人数多于女生人数，大多数男生不想学英语，认为英语很难学，单词又记不住，语法又不理解，平时上课不愿做笔记，大部分女生学习态度较好，上课认真听讲，认真做笔记，按时完成作业，能积极配合老师，按照老师的要求去做，因此，女生的成绩比男生的成绩好

二、教材总体分析

九年级上册英语共十个单元，每个单元分为SectionA和SectionB两部分，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的教材，话题广泛生动，选择贴近学生实际生活的话题内容，如谈论学习方法，谈论自己和他人的变化，谈论校规、家规，谈论个人的愿望等等，提供符合真实生活的输入信息，能激发学生参与真实语言活动的动机，从而培养学生主动学习英语的兴趣。

三、目的要求

1、掌握本册教材的词汇、短语和句型。

2、学会谈论学习方法，谈论自己和他人的变化、谈论校规、家规、谈论个人的愿望、喜好、谈论度假的地方、谈论重要的发明和令人难忘的事情。

3、语法方面：学习情态动词的被动语态和情态动词表示推测的用法，学习虚拟条件句，学习定语从句的用法，学习被动语态的用法，学习过去完成时态的用法。掌握不定代词和动词不定式的用法。

四、方法与措施
