安全工作是我们学校工作的重点之一，我们学校自始至终就高度重视安全工作。学校建立健全了各种安全制度，成立了安全工作领导小组，加强对全校师生进行经常性的和重点时段的安全教育和安全督导工作，保证了学校的安全工作有组织、有领导、有制度、有落实。学校通过各种途径，像全校集会、升旗仪式、家长会、班校报、主题班会、安全征文、演讲比赛、校园广播等形式，注意加强对我们的同学进行交通、防火、防水、防毒、防电、防盗、防传染病和防不法侵害等方面的安全知识教育。并通过与我们的班主任、有关老师签订“学生安全公约”、“安全工作责任书”，加强节假日巡视检查等多种形式，不断强化和提高全校师生的安全防范意识和安全责任感，努力消除各种安全事故隐患，保证了学校工作的正常开展和同学们身心的健康成长。但是，不可否认，尽管学校有关领导和我们的班主任老师通过各种形式对我们的同学进行了多方面的安全、法制和纪律教育，采取了各种各样的防范措施，可仍有部分同学无视学校有关的安全纪律规定，做出了一些有可能伤及自身和伤及他人的违纪行为。这部分同学在安全方面确实还存在着许多的问题和隐患，例如课间在楼上楼下追逐疯打;自行车不按规定场地摆放和上锁，防盗意识较差;使用体育运动器械时违章操作;违纪玩火玩水摆弄电器;放学后在校内外逗留时间过长;同学之间发生矛盾纠纷后拉帮结伙通过拳脚打架来解决;节假日双休日结伙闲逛惹是生非破坏群众纪律。有些同学尤其是在交通安全和防火、防水1

安全方面存在的隐患更多，他们主要表现在：交通安全意识淡漠，安全责任心差，存有侥幸心理，缺乏安全防范和自我保护意识;交通法规知识较少，经常有违反交通法规的现象;随意横穿公路;不主动给机动车让路，乘坐学生班车时抢上抢下、拥挤疯闹;从以上种.种不安全现象的大量存在同学们不难看出，交通安全和防火、防水、防冲憧伤害安全就是我们目前在安全方面最需要注意和防范的几个重点。

下面，针对目前我们在安全方面存在的诸多问题，结合我们学校的实际情况，我和。安全教育和管理内容主要如下：

1、教育学生要友好相处，禁止追逐疯打，欺侮同学，发生矛盾多作自我批评，并找老师妥善处理;不找外人到校滋事，加深矛盾;不与社会上的不良青年交往;严禁携带玩耍危险物品(如刀、枪、棍、爆炸物等);进出学校应遵守秩序，领取饭菜时应顺序排队，不争不抢;禁止攀伏楼梯栏杆;严禁在教室和楼道内追逐、跑跳、疯打闹;上下楼梯要靠右行，不拥挤、争抢;双休日和节假日禁止结伙闲逛，惹事生非;未经批准不得进入校园;夜晚一般不单独外出活动，防止不法侵害。

2、遵守交通规则，防止交通事故。加强对学生进行交通安全知识教育和养成教育，培养学生遵守交通规则的良好行为习惯。要教育学生行路靠右边，禁止三人以上骑车并行，禁止互相追逐、疯打、高速行驶，不抢行;要服从交通红绿灯的指挥;禁止驾驶摩托车、拖拉机等机动车辆;禁止攀爬、倚扶机动车辆行走。要教育学生不在铁路周围玩耍、逗留，不得损坏铁路部件设施。

3、防火：节日燃放鞭炮时要远离草堆等危险地域。学会正确操作使用灭火器和消防栓，学会火灾时正确的逃生自救方法。

4、防水：教育学生禁止到池塘、大河等深水危险处玩耍、洗澡、滑冰、捉鱼摸虾、捡捞田螺等，严防溺水事故的发生。

5、防盗：公私物品都应妥善使用和保管。教室、办公室、宿舍、工作间等要及时关窗锁门。要教育学生不随意进他人教室、房间，未经允许不动用他人物品;自行车应在规定场地摆放整齐并按要求上锁，防止丢车事件的发生。

6、安全用电。教育学生不乱摆弄各种电器设备。不乱接电源、乱拉电线。电脑、饮水机、电热褥等应按时关闭。远离高压电房

和配电室。下雨天不在大树下或高大建筑物下避雨，防止雷击。

7、劳动安全：打扫卫生和参加劳动时，应对学生进行劳动安全教育，要本着安全、无毒、无害、力所能及的原则，加强劳动保护，保障安全。教育学生劳动时应小心谨慎，禁止用工具玩耍疯闹。擦拭玻璃时要采取切实可行的安全防范措施。

8、集体活动：组织旅游、看电影、文体活动、集会等集体活动必须经过学校批准，严密组织，精心安排，落实好安全责任措施，任何人不得私自组织、参加。举行集体活动时，班主任老师应全程随班级学生一起活动，随时处置各种突发事件。

9、校舍安全：总务处要加强校舍检查力度，要对教学用房、食堂、宿舍、厕所及公共活动场所进行认真的隐患排查，发现问题及时处理，绝不能掉以轻心。

10、食品卫生安全：学校食堂、商店要严格执行《食品卫生法》和《学生食堂与集体用餐规定》，配备必须的防蝇、防尘、防鼠、消毒、保洁和冷藏设备。从业人员必须按时进行健康检查，取得健康合格证后方可上岗从业。学校商店不得经营“三无”食品和玩具、图书资料等商品。要定期对餐饮从业人员进行食品卫生安全知识教育，提高他们对四季豆、马铃薯等含有有毒有害物质原料的加工技能，开展好毒鼠强、亚硝酸盐中毒的预防工作。要加强对学校食堂的安全卫生管理，非从业人员禁止进入食堂工作间。学校食堂不得制售冷荤凉菜。

11、文化课：在教室里上课时，任课教师即为班级安全工作的第一责任人。教师不得把学生逐出教室，不得安排学生离校找家长或出校门办私事。学生在教学楼走廊、楼梯和楼下等处活动时，在附近候课和经过的老师即为学生安全工作的重要责任人，要教育、监管学生不追逐、疯打、跑跳，不做危险的动作。

12、体育活动课：加强体育课的组织管理。课前要加强运动和活动器材的安全检查，布置和检查好场地器材，制定好安全防范措施。要严格课堂组织纪律，注意对学生进行安全和卫生教育，不准戴帽子、围围巾，衣服内不准装刀、笔、钥匙等防碍安全的杂物，防止运动创伤和意外伤害事故的发生。要对女生、患心脏病等先天疾病的学生予以适当的照顾和格外关怀，对此学校要求各班要专设一名女学生干部，及时了解有关情况并及时通报给体

育老师。

13、实验课及专业课：组织学生到办公楼上课时，教师应亲自组织学生队列整齐，按照一路纵队带进带出并保持秩序和安静。要加强实验器材的和实验过程的管理，教育学生严格按实验规程操作，严格遵守实验室各项规章制度。要注意加强实验过程中水、火、电、气、仪器、设备、工具等的监管，尤其是危险实验药品的管理，防止发生意外事故。实验结束后，要做好清洁卫生工作，实验教师要对各种仪器设备检查无误后方可离开。

14、教职工值班：学校值班保卫人员要明确职责，坚守岗位，做到昼夜值班;要按时开关好大门，巡逻和维护好校内秩序，保护好学校资产;要做好早、中、晚学生出入校的监管工作;非本校人员和车辆未经允许禁止进入校园。参加节假日值班的教职工要按时上岗，认真履行职责，维护好校园正常的安全秩序和卫生环境。参加值周班级的学生应按时上岗，认真负责，协助值班领导和德育处维护好校园正常的安全纪律秩序。

15、学校要求全校师生不断学习安全知识，增加安全防范意识和安全责任感，努力消除身边存在的各种安全事故隐患，不断增强自己的安全防范能力。

16、责任追究：在安全工作中，学校要求全体教职工要依法照章办事。由于责任心不强或擅离职守等失职行为而引发的安全事故，学校将根据情节轻重分别给予批评教育、扣除考核分、取消评优选先和职称评聘晋级资格、赔偿经济损失、落聘、行政处分等处理;触犯刑律的，移交司法机关追究刑事责任。

为抓好班级安全工作，学校要求建立重大事故报告制度。发生安全事故，班主任老师要及时报告学校，事故发生的时间、地点、原因及造成的后果要口头或书面报告。对隐瞒情况不报者，一经查出要严肃处理。

把安全工作落实到学校工作的各个环节。安全工作无小事，在学生的安全问题上谁出问题谁负责任，对不重视安全教育与安全监督，造成事故的要追究责任，影响较大的，要给予行政处分，并在年终考评中给予扣分。

Article 10 Inspection of Analysis & Weight

The shipmentinspection and analysis shall be done byCCICappointed by the Seller and one independent surveyor (i.e.: SGS or Geo-Chem, etc) appointed by the buyeras agreed by both parties at site before loading to container. While final weightand qualitydetermination shall be done atloadingportby the above joint-survey.Moisture content shall be deducted from the total weight shipped.

Article 12 Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be responsible for the delay of shipment or non-delivery of the goods due to Force Majeureunder UCP 600. The seller shall advise the buyer immediately of the occurrence mentioned above and within 3 days thereafter the seller shall send a notice by courier to the buyer of their acceptance of a certificate of the accident issued by the local chamber of commerce under whose jurisdiction the accident occurs as evidence thereof. Under such circumstances the seller , however, are still under obligation to take all necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods. In case the accident lasts for more than 60 days the buyer shall have the right to cancel the Contract.

Article 13 Arbitration
