计划要考虑全面

学习计划不是除了学习，还是学习。学习有时，休憩有时，娱乐也有时，所有这些都要考虑到计划中。计划要兼顾多个方面，学习时不能废寝忘食，这对身体不好，这样的计划也是不科学的。

长远计划和短期安排

在一个比较长的时间内，比分说一个学期或一个学年，你应当有个大致计划。因为实际中学习生活变化很多，又往往无法预测，所有这个长远的计划不需要很具体。但是你应该对必须要做的事情心中有数。而更近一点，比如下一个星期的学习计划，就应该尽量具体些，把较大的任务分配到每周、每天去完成，使长远计划中的任务逐步得到解决。

有长远计划，却没有短期安排，目标是很难达到的。所以两者缺一不可，长远计划是明确学习目标和进行大致安排；而短期安排则是具体的行动计划。

安排好常规学习时间和自由学习时间

常规学习时间指按学校规定的学习时间，主要用来完成老师布置的学习任务，消化当天所学的知识。而自由学习时间指除常规学习时间外的归自己支配的时间，你可以用来弥补自己学习中欠缺的、或者提高自己对某一学科的优势和特长、或者深入钻研一件有意义的事情。

从实际出发来制定计划

计划要留有余地

下一个目标是南天门。路上的人多之甚多，差点儿要把人挤下去。就在这时，小雨又下了起来，我一边埋怨老天爷吃错药了发神经，一边不情愿的再次穿上雨衣。经过1个多小时的跋涉，“南天门”三个大字终于呈现在我眼前，那是个拱形的石门，从前到后只有不到8米长，南天门后方分别有三座庙，还有一条幽幽小径通往神圣的玉皇顶。山上慢慢变冷了，雾也开始变大。向下望，朦胧中看到登山者在奋力攀登。

下一站就是玉皇顶了。那条通往顶峰的路很平坦，一般是三、四个台阶一个平台。走起来轻松极了，越往上，雾越大，越神秘。

走了大约有十几分钟，前面没有台阶了，眼前又出现同样的景象：几座红色的庙，一个“八卦炉”。“到玉皇顶了!”我大叫。抬头看天，我看不见，只见得云雾在头顶飘荡，站在顶峰，觉得风很大。神仙就住在上面么?我已逝去的亲人是不是就在上面笑咪咪地望着我? 在山顶停留了半个多小时，我们准备下山了。刚下一个台阶，我便觉得腿酸痛难耐，我只好一瘸一拐难堪下山。

第一条 租赁内容

1、甲方将位于 租赁给乙方。甲方对所出租的房屋具有合法产权。

2、甲方为乙方提供的房屋及单独的水电并保证畅通，水电费用乙方自付。

第二条 租赁期限

第三条 租金、其它费用、付款方式及时间

第四条 双方的权利和义务

(1)在国家法律、法规、政策允许的范围内进行经营。

(2)合同有效期内，对所租赁的房屋拥有合法使用权。

(3)按合同内容交纳租金及其它费用。

(4)乙方在租赁期内所发生的一切安全事故由乙方自己负责。

(5)乙方在租赁期内的一切债权债务都不能以甲方的租赁门面为抵押。

第五条续租

1、在本合同期满后，乙方在同等条件下有优先续租权。

2、乙方如需续租，应在租期届满前二个月向甲方提出，并签订新租赁合同。

第六条其它

1、甲方和乙方中任何一方代表人变更，不影响本合同继续履行。变更后的一方即成为本合同当然执行人，并承担本合同的内容之权利和义务。

第七条违约

1、在合同有效期内未经乙方同意，甲方单方面提高租金，乙方有权拒绝支付超额租金。

2、乙方未按时向甲方支付所有租金属于乙方违约，甲方有权采取措施，收回房屋。

第八条 合同生效、纠纷解决

1、本合同经甲、乙双方签字后生效，即具有法律效力。任何一方违约将赔偿另一方的一切经济损失。

2、在本合同执行过程中，若发生纠纷，由双方友好协商，如协商不成时，可诉请房屋所在地人民法院解决。

3、本合同正本一式两份，甲、乙双方各执壹份。
