一、课前准备要充分

充分的课前准备是上好课的前提。因此，做好课前准备在教师的日常教学工作中占有很重要的地位。所以本人坚持每堂课上课之前分析教材、确定教学目标、设计教学过程、撰写教案等，在传授新内容时还有必要准备一些教具，方便教学，并且可以吸引注意力，引发学生的学习兴趣。只有自己熟悉了课本，对课堂教学的目标就更为清晰、流程更加了然于心，对课堂教学中必需的教具、学具的运用更加恰当，才能上课不慌不忙、有逻辑顺序的带领学生思考。课前的准备，不仅仅是老师的任务，更是学生的义务，如预习教材、准备练习本、学具等。并且认真做好课前准备，使学生明确学习新课程前，自己应该做什么，怎么做；坚持不懈地做好课前准备，学生就会形成学习“定势”，由被动的进行课前准备转变为主动进行，这也形成一种良好的自主学习习惯。

二、课堂教育有点难

老师的生命就体现在上课的40分钟里，要在这短短的时间里，使师生的合作学习得到有价值的引领，很多人还在摸索探究的过程中，我也当然。我在大学里修的都是英语教育，第一次代小学数学，对我而言，是个极具挑战的活。虽然整个英语思维和数学思维大不相同，但是我还是抱着尝试的态度迎面上了。刚开始的一个月，是我最难熬的日子，我用着我自以为的上课模式上着课，用我最常用的口头表达习惯来向学生解释书上的数学名词，用我愉悦的心情来带动学生学习，然而这带来的第一单元的数学考试竟然有17个学生成绩不及格，有两个同学考试得5分，这无疑带给我一次沉重的打击。看着成绩单，我无比伤心，暗自落泪，是我自己学习得不够，使用了一些不恰当的方法，我在误人子弟，我想放弃了。幸好，身边的老师和父母都鼓励我，然而我心里的那股倔强也让我重新站上了讲台。此后，我每每上新课之前，都会认真吃透教本，上网查阅各种资料、视频来进行学习，也经常向其他老师取经。

就在4月13日这个时候学校也组织了一年一次的“教研节”， 以“传承教研文化，打造精品学科”为主题，旨在以教研节为平台，进一步抓好常规课研究，规范教师教学行为，打造教学品牌，强化教师素质，促进教师专业成长。经过此次比赛，观看优秀教师的讲课，我对教学也有了更深一层的理解，找到了一些课堂教学的基本思路，并把一些情景妙用、课堂过渡、讲解重难点的方法给记录下来，便于以后学习。

经过一番学习，我知道了，课堂教育不仅是老师的舞台，更要让学生秀出真正的自己；在数学的教学过程中，最好以生活实例为主，课本为辅，让学生学以致用；要懂得控制自己的情绪，在该放松的时候放松，在该严谨的时候严谨，不能抑制学生的活泼，但要学会严肃的对待问题；点人回答问题要尽量照顾中、差学生，较难的问题留给成绩较好的同学解决；当上课有人开小差时，只用走到他的桌前敲一敲，这样既提醒了那位同学，也没有中断我的讲课……通过注意了细节问题后，孩子们接受了我的教学方式，有了更好的互动，使之学到了的知识，数学成绩跟之前比较也有了进步，我为此感到非常欣慰。

三、 课后也有忙不完的事

“下课时间到了，老师你们辛苦了！”随着下课铃声，我依依不舍的离开教室。回到办公室继续我的工作，例如做好课后总结、批改学生作业、准备下节课内容等事情。通过批改作业可以知道学生学习的情况，做好记载，便于下节课再补充讲解。 1 2
