大家好!这次教育教学工作人员的公开选聘，是我校教育发展史上的第一次。对于教育人事制度而言，它是一次机制的进步，是一次民主的尝试;对于教师个体而言，则是一次价值的判断与选择。它有如春风吹绿大地，似甘霖泽被原野，它表示着一种力量，指引着一个方向，传递着一种声音，昭示着一种希望，它必将对我校教育的发展产生广泛而深远的影响。非常感谢学校为我们提供这样一个检验自我的机会，展示自我的舞台。

我竞聘的岗位是英语教师岗位，竞聘这一岗位的理由如下：

一、思想政治方面

本人热爱祖国、热爱人民、拥护中国共产党的领导，忠诚党的教育事业。

二、职业道德方面

严格履行中小学教师职业道德规范，为人师表，严格遵守岗位制度，严格恪守人民教师的职业道德，积极参加公益事业。我有一颗热爱教育的心，我明白教师的苦与累，平凡与无私。虽然没有鲜花陪伴，没有掌声共鸣，没有丰厚的收入，没有豪华的享受，有的只是生活的忙碌，有的只是肩头沉甸甸的责任，但我无悔于自己的选择。我会用自己的汗水、智慧、和一颗跳动的火热的心，去面对我的学生。

三、业务方面

从教多年来，从未间断过继续教育学习，参加了全国中小学继续教育课程的学习，新课程培训的学习，取得了普通话、计算机等方面的等级证书，获得了县、市级骨干教师培训证等，使自己时刻能够胜任一名中学教师的要求。

我在工作中具有吃苦耐劳，勤奋学习，团结协作，敢于创新的精神。作为一名教育工作战线上的一名老兵，我深知自己要学的东西还很多。在工作中，不怕困难，勇挑重担，顽强拼搏、勇于创新，能吃苦耐劳。教学中能主动与本学科的其他教师交流学习，讨论课改教学中遇到的问题，积极参加各级的学科培训以及校内外的听课、评课活动;向同行们学习教育教学的方法，同本组教师团结协作，与同事相处关系融洽;

四、教育教学工作能力

1、胜任英语教学工作，无论在统考中还是在学校组织的各项考试中我所任教班级的英语成绩都能名列前茅;先后两次参加了安阳市组织的英语公开课比赛，并且都取得了好成绩，受到同行们的好评。所以我有较强的工作能力，能够始终保持作为教师的言行和风度，塌实教学，关爱学生，完全具备了对课堂的教学组织能力，对教材整体驾驭能力和对学生掌握知识程度的判断分析能力。

2、胜任班主任工作，本人一直以来就担任班主任工作，从末间断，在班级管理方面取得了一定的成绩，多次被评为优秀班主任，我所担任的班级也被评为了文明班集体。

3、胜任年级学科组长工作，能够协调好领导和老师之间、老师和老师之间、老师和学生之间、老师和家长之间的关系，做到团结协作，搞好本年级的学科教学工作。

4、根据自已的教学实践，本人撰写了多篇教学论文，并且有的已经在报刊上发表。

5、尽管我是从教多年的英语教师，有着一定的工作经验和成绩，但我绝不会满足于已经取得的微薄成绩，我会竭尽全力把学生教好，把英语教学搞好。

6、我有较强的年龄优势，我正当青春年华，身体健康，精力旺盛，敬业精神强，能够全身心的投入到所热爱的工作中.

综上所述，本人符合竟聘中学英语教师岗位所具备的条件和素质，故向各位评委和老师提出申请。

如果我能够竟聘上这个岗位，我打算从以下几个方面改进自已的教学工作，提高自已的教学水平。

a)更加科学规范地做好日常教学工作，认真落实教学常规工作，确保教学质量稳中有升。做一个学习型的教师.在工作中不断完善自我，充实自我;拓宽自己的知识面，早日使自己的教学再上一个新的台阶.

b)顺应教学改革方向，积极参加教学改革，做教育教学的有心人。以人为本，因材施教，根据不同学生的不同特点，采取不同的教学方法;关注全体，关注差异，教他们学会学习，学会做人。根据英语学科的特点，我打算开展“任务型教学”实验活动，把学习者个人的生活经历作为课堂学习的主要资源，力图将课堂内的语言学习与课堂外的语言活动结合起来。每上一节课，我会突出“八个抓八个不”：一、抓听讲集中，不能过于松散无束;二、抓讨论合作的效果，不能流于教学形式;三、抓发言与质量，不能让课堂死气沉沉;四、抓作业书写规范与作业按时完成，不能轻易放纵学生;五、抓自学指导与训练，不能让学生连读书都不会;六、抓教学难点与重点，不能使教学走过程;七、抓有意注意和无意注意，不能过张或过驰;八、抓暂差生辅导与补差，结合学生自身实际情况做到因材施教，不能让他们失去学习的兴趣。

c)结合英语学科特点和学生实际情况，配合学校的校本教研，设计并开展丰富多采的英语实践活动，进一步拓展学生的视野，培养学生各方面能力。

d)、加强个人修养，练好基本功。进一步树立自已强烈的事业心和责任感，加强自已的工作能力和工作艺术，顾全大局，维护学校良好形象，努力调动学生的学习积极性，提高教学质量，力争在教学中体现实力，在工作中保持动力，在学生和老师的交往中凝聚合力。

My favorite motto is “Follow your heart”. Former CEO of Apple Steve Jobs once said,

my name is ________. i am graduate from ________ senior high school and major in ________. there are ________ people in my family. my father works in a computer company. and my mother is a housewife. i am the youngest one in my family.

in my spare time, i like to read novels. i think reading could enlarge my knowledge. as for novels, i could imagine whatever i like such as a well-known scientist or a kung-fu master. in addition to reading, i also like to play pc games. a lot of grownups think playing pc games hinders the students from learning. but i think pc games could motivate me to learn something such as english or japanese.

my favorite course is english because i think it is interesting to say one thing via different sounds. i wish my english could be improved in the next four years and be able to speak fluent english in the future.
