2016年10月英语专业大学生实习报告

今年1-3月份，我正式走进东莞市博森塑胶地面材料有限公司，开始了自己人生中的第一份实习工作。实习期间，我的工作职位是英语外贸业务员，工作的主要任务是进行海外客户的开发与维护。

实习期的工作内容，前期主要包括浏览本公司的网站，掌握和熟悉本公司产品的主要特性与应用。同时参考国内外同行业各相关公司的网站，对本行业与产品有一个更深刻、更全面的了解。中期的工作内容是集中进行海外客户的搜索与整理，挖掘一切相关的潜在客户的资料信息。并针对不同客户的需求与产品的不同功能，撰写多封客户开发信，然后进行分类与修改。后期便是利用公司分发的邮箱子帐号，耐心给客户一一发送开发邮件。如果客户对产品有兴趣，要及时跟客户进行沟通与交流，尽可能促成客户下订单。

通过实习，我对国内外橡胶地面材料行业的基本状况和发展前景有了大致的了解，对外贸的实际操作流程和外贸业务员应具备的基本素质和能力有了一定的掌握。也准备努力学习更多相关的理论知识，提高自己的专业水平，为正式工作做好更充分的准备。
