商务英语实训报告

为了培养我们的创新精神和实践能力，提高我们的综合素质。进行了为期一周的实训，实训中我们互相学习和进步着。在实训期间，我们既要对理论知识进一步的学习，又要体会对商务英语应用中的实践过程，真正切身感受本课程的实际应用。

一、实训目的：了解商务英语在社会和实际工作中的应用, 丰富课程的内容,培养我们理论联系实际的能力,提高在语言应用中分析及解决问题的实际能力。

二、实训要求

1、严格遵守实训作息时间。

2、自觉维护好课堂纪律。

3、自觉完成实训项目。

三、实训内容

（一）商务英语口语练习

1、建立商业关系   通过一篇商务对话，了解了关于商务谈判的过程，并对这篇对话进行了音标以及口语的练习。翻译了英语的明信片，使我们认知英文的名片书写过程。

2、商务谈判   继商务谈判的的对话，模拟业务续写了英语对话，更提高了我们对商务谈判的能力，对以后工作提供铺垫。

（二）商务信函的书写

在国际商务买卖的过程主要分为询盘、发盘、还盘、接受四个环节，其过程中最重要的便是商务信函的书写，我们这次实训中主要对发盘的过程进行了练习。在老师的帮助下对发盘的发虚盘、发实盘的信函实例进行分析与解读和翻译，并对一些内容进行书写练习，使我们掌握了英文信函的书写方式、提升了书写技巧。

（三）商务谈判

在看完有关商务谈判的视频后，在老师的指导下，我们根据视频中的谈判，对其谈判的案例进行分析。全面了解了谈判的类型、谈判时的重要因素、谈判时注意的问题及谈判时的信息搜索。谈判对于商务进行是不可缺少的部分，充分了解谈判的过程和技巧便更一步的促进了合作关系的达成。

（四）进出口贸易信函的分析和书写

根据多篇的进出口贸易信函的阅读及分析。对信函的英汉互译，这不仅对我们英语知识的提高，而且认识了进出口贸易信函书写的方式，在我们多次的练习中提升了写作技巧，更为以后的工作节约了时间。

（五）商务报告

搜索最近发生的经济事件，对事件进行分析与总结，并详写了我们自己的观点。让我们看事件来分析问题，曾进的不只是我们的观点，更是我们对问题分析的能力。最后我们的这项实训任务，用英文的格式练习书写了我们自己的简历，及招聘广告的书信。现在的社会大发展，英文已离不开我们的生活，这样的实训巩固的是我们的课程，也为我们以后的工作提供了极大的方便。

四、实训总结：实训是走向社会起到了一个桥梁的作用，过渡的作用，也对将来走上工作岗位也有着很大帮助。在短暂两周的实训过程中，

既有收获也有遗憾。通过这次实习，加深了我对商务英语的基本知识的理解，丰富了实际操作知识，认识到要学好商务英语既要注重理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。

旅游英语专业实习报告

11年我很有幸来到南邮吴江学院，在院校期间我学的时间旅游英语专业。很感谢院领导和老师们的细心指导和教育。三年学习期间，我顺利的通过了学校的专业考试，为以后的就业打好基础。

匆匆时光转眼间就来到了11年。这是我们即将实习的一年，在学校的精心安排下，我们在离校的前几个月期间，除了认真完成院校学习任务外，还多次组织我们参加校内的招聘活动。

离校后，我返回了家乡，回到家中，我也在为我以后工作伤透脑筋。在经过一段彷徨与思考后，我决定留在家乡，我要将自己在学校所学的知识与实际运用相结合，为自己家乡的繁荣贡献自己小小的一份力，也为自己以后的工作打下基础。

在这三个月中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，初步了解了公司前台文员的具体业务知识。首先总结一下我的所有具体工作内容：

1、负责前台电话的接听和转接，做好来电咨询工作，重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员，不遗漏、延误；

2、负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见，严格执行公司的接待服务规范，保持良好的礼节礼貌；

3、负责公司前台大厅的卫生清洁及桌椅摆放，并保持整洁干净；

工作收获及体会

（一）、在实践中学习，努力适应工作。这是我毕业之后的第一份工作，作为一个新人，刚加入公司时，我对公司的运作模式和工作流程都很生疏，多亏了领导和同事的耐心指导和帮助，让我在较短的时间内熟悉了前台的工作内容还有公司各个部门的职能所在。也让我很快完成了从学生到职员的转变。

都说前台是公司对外形象的窗口，短短的三个月也让我对这句话有了新的认识和体会。接待公司来访的客人要以礼相迎，接听和转接电话要态度和蔼，处理办公楼的日常事务要认真仔细，对待同事要虚心真诚……点点滴滴都让我在工作中学习，在学习中进步，受益匪浅。

（二）、学习公司企业文化，提升自我。加入到神州长城这个大集体，才真正体会了“勤奋，专业，自信，活力，创新”这十个字的内涵，我从领导和同事的敬业中感受到了这种文化，在这样好的工作氛围中，我也会以这十个字为准则来要求自己，以积极乐观的工作态度投入到工作中，踏踏实实地做好本职工作，及时发现工作中的不足，及时地和部门沟通，认真听取领导及同事的意见，争取把工作做好，做一个合格，称职的员工。这也一直是今后工作努力的目标和方向。

（三）、拓展自己的知识面，不断完善自己。三个月的工作也让我产生了危机意识，工作中会接到一些资料和客户打来比较专业的咨询电话，所以单靠我现在掌握的知识和对公司的了解是不够的，我想以后的工作中也要不断给自己充电，拓宽自己的知识，减少工作中的空白和失误。初入职场，难免出现一些小差小错需领导指正；但前事之鉴，后事之师，这些经历也让我不断成熟，在处理各种问题时考虑得更全面，杜绝类似失误的发生。

为期一个月的实习生活在不知不觉中落下了帷幕。在这段时间里，我学到了很多在大学课堂里学不到的东西，也体验到了很多人生中从未有过的经历。下面我从英语教学，实习班主任两个方面对自己的实习工作做一个简要的总结。

首先，在英语教学方面。实习的前两周我的主要任务是听课和评课，从中学习指导老师的教育精髓。第三周开始，我体验了几节正规的英语教学课。此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的知识结构是十分紧凑的，只要一个环节出错或者中断，就会影响自己的整个教学流程。因此我在讲课的前一天就开始上网搜集材料，准备课件，为上好第一节课做好准备，刚开始有点紧张，但是慢慢的看到学生们那可爱的充满求知欲的目光，我的紧张就转变为动力了。课后，指导老师王老师帮我分析了一下这一堂课，在肯定成绩的同时也指出了我的缺点所在，比如，知识模块的衔接上还不够自然，学生的积极性还没有充分的调动起来，经过王老师的指点，我在后几天的教学过程中加以了改进，课堂教学的效果比之前有了较大的提高。这也让我明白了，教学成绩的提高不是一天两天的功夫，而是一个长期积累准备的过程。

其次，在实习班主任工作方面。在做班主任的日子中，我主要是检查他们的早操和早读以及值日生打扫卫生的情况。另外，我还召开了一次主题班会，对学生进行情感方面的教育。通过这一次的实习班主任工作，自己初步地领略到了如何去引导教育学生，不仅是在学习上，还包括思想文化品质方面。总结起来说，我把自己从第一节课开始意识到的不足都一一列了出来，包括：声音不够响亮，时间安排有时不够合理，教学重难点不够突出，引导学生进行讨论时表达不够详尽，给予学生独立思考的空间不够大„„我小心翼翼的记录着每一点，虽然看起来很多，但我并不为此失去信心，因为只有找出自己的不足，才能够有针对性的去改进，看到了自己的进步，我的自信自然就增加了。我决定要自我教育，扬长避短，把我的不足一一攻破，在不断进步中逐步完善自己,努力成为一名合格优秀的人民教师。

在改进自己的同时，我还花了些心思在研究学生方面。学生是个好动、思维活跃、好奇心强的年龄阶段，因此，他们的注意力很容易被转移。所以，如何来调动学生的学习兴趣成了首要任务。在课堂上，教师可以借助自己的人格魅力，再结合一些生动形象的表情、姿态、手势，使语言更具表现力，这样就能够让学生感受到学习的乐趣。此外，小学生也是需要重视的群体，他们爱表现，教师应该争取给每个人机会，并适当的进行奖惩，以优生带动后进生，营造一个良好的学习氛围。我想，只要用心关爱每个学生，就一定可以看到他们的进步。

短短的几个月很快就过去了，天下无不散筵席，我要感谢我的指导老师，你的点评让我受益良多，真所谓“听君一席话，胜读十年书。”还要谢谢我的第一批学生，虽然老师不能记住你们每一个人的名字，但是你们的欢声笑语、一举一动，你们的玲珑面孔会永远清晰地印在我的脑海里。以上就是自己对这一个月的实习生活所做的总结。除了上述两个方面外，我还收获了很多。这一次的实习是我人生当中最有纪念价值的阶段之一。实习不仅教会了我英语教学方面的知识，更重要的是它让我学会了生活中的点滴感动。只有自己经历过了才深深地感受到老师在学生心目中的伟大和神圣。这一个月中的所，无论自己将来从事何种职业，都将使我终身受益!实习，给我步向人生另一个阶段上了一节悠长而充实的公开课，是我人生路上一笔不可多得的财富，也给我留下了很多美好回忆，那些快乐、那些难得经历，我一定好好珍惜!
