实习学校.市二中学,上海市第二中学,自己初中,高中7年的母校,可以说是再熟悉不过,看到大学里对口的学校里有这所的时候,没有丝毫犹豫地就填进了志愿里,也如愿的在母校开始了大学必经的实习阶段,也是别有一番意义的.回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校3年来的进进出出,目前的3个年级都是我毕业后考进市二的学生.学校的操场,小花园,甚至是几间教室,都是充满回忆的地方,接下来实习的日子,走过这些地方的时候,过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋.

初日.我们一行8位同学到达市二后,接待我们的是现任教导主任高萍老师,她向我们简单介绍了下学校目前的状况,以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项.接下来是认识带教老师,我与其他2位同学分到高一,其余5位同学到高二.英语学科的带教老师是王雅芬老师,教学经验丰富,还担任高一的年级组长;班主任唐虹老师,自己高三时,她教过我政治,算是相当熟悉,呵呵.带教老师和班主任都向我们简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况.第一天只是熟悉下校园,第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对40多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张.

身份.实习老师,是个很特别的存在.还记得第一次被班级里学生叫老师好的时候的那种错愕,渐渐适应,然后自如反应,点头示意.开始的一个礼拜,日渐习惯起学校的生活,仿佛重回高中时代一般,只是是以一种全新的角度来看待学生,以老师的身份来要求自己了,这种感觉挺奇妙的,以往觉得“高高在上”的老师,突然间成了身边的“同事”,作为实习老师,又该以怎样的态度去面对高中的学生?身份的转变,是实习阶段第一个要跨越的坎吧,正确认识自己的身份:带教老师的学生,高中学生的老师.

高一(X)班.担任实习班主任工作的班级是高一(7)班,高一年级两个理科班之一,与我那时的理科班大为不同,现在理科班的学生不像我们那时那么沉闷,就像班主任唐老师所说,对于老师来说是喜忧参半吧,毕竟调皮的学生太多,比较不容易控制.一进教室就看到教室后的墙壁上贴满了奖状,看的出来这个班级在学校里也是相当活跃的,学校里评选的各个之星,几乎7班也每个都有份.班上同学的性格很活泼,几天相处下来,就建立起了不错的关系,谈谈班级同学,日常琐事,甚至也有同学会来找我解答问题,谈谈理想,也让自己渐渐有了的确是个老师了的觉悟.

听课.实习的必经阶段,听课不仅能够学习带教老师的教学方法,也能熟悉自己将要教学的班级.高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同,尽管自己以前高中时也上过牛津的教材,现在的教学要求又有新的变化,也因老师的不同,教学方法上有很大的差异.带教的王老师教态相当严谨,备课很充分,听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课规划的很好,让学生知道这节课要完成的内容,就算有突发状况的发生,也能自行控制好时间等等.学校规定的听课是10节左右,自己基本上能去听的课都去了,为的是想了解整个章节上课的完整过程,每个部分都有不同的上课手段和形式,都是值得学习的地方.大学里所学的英语教学法课程,提及不少教学方法,光纸上谈兵当然不行,真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样,教学的内容就算一样,方式也可以有很多种,可以老师自己授课,可以让学生回答问题,可以结合练习加深印象,对于学生的回答,老师给予的鼓励也可以有很多种,比如: ‘Do you think there is something else?”, “I appreciate your answer”, “I think you must have a lot to say.”还要注意是否自己会漏掉一些没有专心听讲的学生,适当地抽他们回答问题来让他们集中注意力,板书的排布也不能天马行空,而是要让学生一看就明僚…这些都是书本上很难学到的东西.一周的听课下来,我们几个实习生进行了小小的交流,感触都很深,除了以上提到的这些,光是 “Sit down, please.”这一句,一个老师一节课就要说上几十遍,教学的内容固然重要,学生与老师间基本的尊重,也是我们今后教学中需要注意的地方.

1、作息安排：

作息不变，早上早读至7:45班主任组织学生到教学楼前集合并组织上车(清点人数)，7:58出发;中午12:40前必须休息(班主任、生活教师负责检查)，1:45起床后到校门口集合并组织上车(班主任、带队教师——清点人数)，1:58出发;

2、乘车和考生证件保管要求：

所有考生均统一按学校安排乘车，不得私自行动，要求所有考生严格按学校作息，同时一切行动听指挥(尤其提醒走读生)。

考生的身份证和准考证，考前和考后交带队教师保管，每堂考前带队教师再发给你们。

3、考前做好充分的物质准备：

一套文具(三角尺一对、削好的2B铅笔2支、小刀、橡皮、圆规、量角器、黑色字迹的0.5毫米签字笔2支等)用透明塑料袋装好入场。天气热时带一瓶水进考点(提前去除商标)，水带入考场应将水瓶放在桌下地面上(不能放在桌面上)，饮用时要避开试卷，以免将试卷弄脏或将条形码弄脏。

苦难并非幸福的对立面，而作为幸福的一部分永存。一个月后的，有的人会对着成绩低头，有的人会对着成绩昂首。有的人的名字会被淹没，而有的人的名字会被铭刻。有些父母微笑着，那是黯然伤神的苦笑，有些父母哭泣了，那是喜极而泣的泪水。两番境界，每个人心中都会有一个追求。两种选择，每个人心中都将有一个答案。明天或许是彩虹或许是闪电，但你可以选择一路向北。未来或许是朝阳或许是阴霾，但你可以选择自由飞翔。信念与坚持齐飞，青春共奋斗一色。褪去雏鹰起飞的青涩，你们听到时代在召唤。

一个月后，素胚勾成青花，浪花淘出英雄。

敢问，没有七十二变，英雄怎能在高考场上大闹天宫?没有三十六计，英雄怎能在人生路上各显神通?

赤壁上，苏子一语道破天机：北望京城，南望上海，名校相繆，郁乎苍苍，此非高三学子之困于高考者乎?方其超重点，赶浙大，逆流而北也;舳舻千里，旌旗蔽空，酾酒临湖，横槊赋诗，为浦中之骄子也!

怀揣着学生时代的热情，我用辛勤的汗水，真挚的爱心浇灌着一株株的幼苗，陪伴着一届又一届孩子们的成长，度过了青春岁月中的九年。这九年的历练，让我从一个稚嫩的“老师姐姐”变成一位“老师妈妈”。这九年的工作经历，让我逐渐的走向成熟。

一、政治思想方面

热爱祖国、热爱中国共产党、热爱社会主义、热爱人民的教育事业、热爱教师职业。坚持拥护中国共产党的领导，坚持四项基本原则，认真学习马列主义、毛泽东思想，并透过听广播、看电视、看报纸等多种形式来学习和全面贯彻党的教育方针，了解国内外的时世政治。与时俱进，忠诚党的事业，忠诚人民的教育事业，用社会主义道德规范约束自己的行为，努力培养高尚的人格和道德情操。认真做到热爱幼儿，勤奋工作，乐于奉献，言传身教，为人师表。

二、工作表现

教育教学方面“努力成为孩子们喜欢的老师”，是我的工作目标。有这样一句名言：“教育者没有情感，没有爱，如同池塘里没有水一样。”实际工作中，我努力为孩子们创设一个充满爱的“池塘”。当孩子有困难时，我会随时关注给予帮忙。尤其对有特殊状况的孩子，我更是给予格外的爱护，帮肋每一位孩子树立起自信心，教会他们尊重别人，培养他们良好的生活和学习习惯，教会他们自己动手寻找答案。这些对于他们来说，一辈子都是受益的。

对于班级各项工作，我是用心主动地承担，在教学中刻苦钻研业务，认真备课，精心选取教学方法，充分准备教具，勤勤恳恳，踏踏实实。工作这几年，我带过大、中、小、托班的孩子，对于不同年龄阶段的孩子，其表现出的特点也是不同的。设计教学活动时，我注意做到有针对性。设计活动目标时，以孩子为主体，以孩子的终身发展为前提，让孩子能跳一跳摘到属于自己的那颗果实。

人们都说“孩子是父母的作品”，作为我们老师，幼儿又何尝不是我们的作品呢?让孩子进步、成长，是我们共同的心愿。也因此，我深刻的体会到家长工作的重要性。工作中，我透过家访，家园联系本，面谈，电话……各种形式，及时和家长交流，及时反馈信息。得到了家长的认可和信任。

为了适应提高基础教育质量的需要，跟上时代的步伐，我利用休息时间参加自学考试。选修了学前教育，已到达大专水平。此刻我正在参加本科段的学习。我还参加了各种技能技巧的考试，经常去图书馆，新华书店，透过看一些专业书籍，不断更新知识，不断提高教育理论水平和业务潜力，和世界接轨。

三、工作实绩

付出的同时，也收获期望。取得了外语补习学校幼儿师资合格结业证书，获幼儿园“幼儿教师风采”演讲比赛优秀奖。取得市教委举办的幼师舞蹈培训证书。

九年的幼教工作，使我和孩子们结下了难以割舍的情谊。幼儿园的孩子已成为我生活中不可缺少的一部分，我挚爱这份职业，对它，我一往情深，因为它托着明天的太阳。

I came to _ _ No.1 Middle School in September this year and graduated from __ School, and my heart was filled with joy. The feeling after closing my eyes is so clear as never before.The feeling only mentioned cant compare with the uplifting spirit.
