陌生的环境，被陌生的人提问，事关自己今后一段时间的发展前途，毕业生不可能不紧张，适度的紧张可以促使毕业生更加集中注意力投入面试。但若紧张过了头，则于面试极为有害，不仅使应试人注意力不集中，甚至可能将事先准备的内容忘得干干净净，头脑一片空白。这里，提供几种克服紧张的方法：

一、学情分析

1、我所教初三(1，2)班，就英语而言，学生个体差异较大，两极分化现象较严重，最低分20分，最高分105分。知识、能力分布存在严重的不均衡，同时给日常的英语教学带来了诸多不便，直接影响了英语教学的顺利进行。

2、自开学，我就发现有较大一部分同学的英语学习兴趣不高，有的同学上课时双眉紧锁，问其原因竟回答说不喜欢英语。更有甚者，对英语有强烈的厌学情绪。尽管我在平时的教学中加入了对学生兴趣的培养，但效果甚微。因此，对学生英语兴趣的培养仍是今后教学中需要注意的一大问题。

3、从学生的能力来看，多数学生仍没有形成良好的学习习惯。无论单词还是语法只知死记硬背，效果不佳。课前不预习，课后不复习，上课不专心，不重视老师的指导。

4、学生能力布局不均，优秀生缺乏，不能带动集体学习，中层同学思路一般，学习缺乏灵活性，自学能力较差，下游同学人数相对较多，导致不能较好完成教学任务。目前由于各种原因导致了优秀生缺乏，中游学生停滞不前，下游学生厌学的情况。

二、教情分析总结

1、经过几年的教学工作，自己的不断探索和向其他教师的虚心学习，我已掌握了一定的教学经验;自我感觉，个人素质还可以，但驾御课堂的能力较差，并且关键是学生管理做的不到位;不能很好的进行分层次教学;同时，对学生的各种情况了解不到位。不能引导各种有利因素促进学习，不能消除各种不利于学习的因素，这是我在今后教学管理中应努力的方向。

2、复习过程中时间较短，但复习范围广，听力和作文未能顾及。

三、试情分析以及教情分析

1、试情分析

a、考试试题难度较大，无论从听力、单选、完型填空、阅读理解、单词填写，还是从动词应用句型转换，特别是作文，可以说是初中四个年级中最难的题目，给学生在解题过程中造成了诸多问题。

b、就平时单元测试来看，达不到中考的要求，在能力知识拓展方面达不到要求。

c、平时练习做题缺乏规范性，个别优生因未能完卷而失分。

2、教材分析

a、现用初三英语教材为人教版新改版教材变动较大，其中词汇量远远多于旧版教材，从教材的素材来看贴进现实生活，但是在深度方面以及知识拓展方面又深于旧版教材。

b、现行教材的大纲侧重了对学生听、说、读、写能力的要求，强化实用与交际，但学校没有相关的配套设备，因而构成了教学中的障碍。

c、教材是新版，无可借鉴的教学经验，只能通过自己的学习与钻研去把握重难点，这也是不利因素。

以上是对过去教学中主客观不足原因的分析，当然最重要的还是对过去学期的经验总结。

二、“以学施教”，善于撷取学生思维的火花，真正达到师生互动。

三、科学评价

一、简介几种主要外语教学法及其语法教学观

1、语法翻译法(grammar-translation method/the classical method)

语法翻译法是十八世纪创建的，直至十九世纪80年代之前的外语教学，它独领风骚。其教学过程是先分析语法，然后把外语译成本族语，主张两种语言机械对比。

2、直接法(direct method)

直接法是十九世纪下半叶始于西欧的外语教学改革运动的产物，是古典语法翻译法的对立面。要求外语与思想直接联系，绝对不使用本族语，即完全不借助于翻译，语法降到完全不重要的地位。

3、听说法（the audiolingual method/ oral approach）
