销售代理协议(样式六)

1. 产品保修（换）期限

对正式备案的售出产品（以收到经销商反馈的“登记联”为准），自用户购买之日起，提供为期三年的免费产品保修服务以及终身有偿维修服务。

2.产品保修（换）原则

在规定的产品保修期内，在用户严格按照产品使用说明书的规定，对产品进行了正确安装，使用和维护的前提下；如果确实由于产品的自身质量问题造成产品的各类故障，将免费为用户提供返修或调换货品服务。

产品售出后，如果乙方由于自身原因要求退货，必须同时符合并接受以下条件，否则对乙方的退货要求不予受理：

①当乙方因自身销售原因，可以向甲方提出退货的请求，甲方经对实际情况核实后，可以按照合同给予乙方退货还款。乙方只能在产品采购后____个月之内提出退货申请。超过____个月，不予退货还款。即：申请退货日期（以乙方发送退货申请传真日期为准）距乙方采购产品日期（以发货日期为准）时间不超过____天。

②乙方退回的产品（以实际收到的退货品为准）必须保证未经安装使用，且外观及各部分完好无损；（退回产品的运费需由乙方支付）。

在满足上述两项条件的情况下，可以为乙方办理退货手续，退款标准为乙方原采购货品金额的____%，同时退货产品的包装，运杂费等均由乙方承担；如退回的货物有损坏，甲方将视损坏情况扣除相应的款项，剩下的货款退回乙方；退货后，甲方有权视情况取消乙方的代理权。

3.产品返修原则

对于以下符合产品保修（换）原则规定的质量问题产品，我们只能提供原货品返修服务（不可调换）：

1）为用户特殊定做非标产品。

2）用户购产品三个月后，发生质量问题，且可以进行修复的产品。

3）购买产品三个月内发生质量问题但可以修复的产品，经与客户沟通并征得客户同意，允许进行产品返修的。

第八条 价格调整利益保障政策

为充分保障广大经销商的利益，在进行产品价格体系调整时，将严格遵守以下承诺：

1.保证产品价格体系正式调整前七个工作日将价格调整信息通知到每一位经销商。

2.对于进行产品价格体系调整前（以正式执行调整后的新价格体系日期为准）已经发生采购的经销商，不负责对经销商已经采购的全部调价后产品进行差价补偿。

第九条 双方其他权利与义务

1.甲方的权利

1.1 有建议和指导乙方实施甲方制订的市场营销方案的权利；

从选择教师这门职业的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受学生欢迎的好老师，为了这个心愿，我一直在不懈努力着。要求自己做到牢固掌握本学科的基本理论知识，熟悉相关学科的文化知识，不断更新知识结构，精通业务，精心施教，把握好教学的难点重点，认真探索教学规律，钻研教学艺术，努力形成自己的教学特色。我的教学风格和教学效果普遍受到学生的认可和欢迎。

以上所述情况，是我竞聘英语教师的优势条件，假如我有幸竞聘上岗，这些优势条件将有助于我更好的开展英语教学工作。

如果我有幸竞聘成功，能担任三四年级英语教师的话，我将从以下方面开展工作。

目前，新一轮的基础教育改革早已在我市全面推开，做为新课改的实践者，要在认真学习新课程理念的基础上，结合自己所教的学科，积极探索有效的教学方法。大力改革教学，积极探索实施创新教学模式。把英语知识与学生的生活相结合，为学生创设一个富有生活气息的真实的学习情境，同时注重学生的探究发现，引导学生在学习中学会合作交流，提高学习能力。

四、做一个富有爱心的老师“不爱学生就教不好学生”，“爱学生就要爱每一个学生”。作为一名教师，要无私地奉献爱，处处播洒爱，使我的学生在爱的激励下，增强自信，勇于创新，不断进取，成长为撑起祖国一片蓝天的栋梁。用质朴的心爱护学生，用诚挚的情感染学生，用精湛的教学艺术熏陶学生，用忘我的工作态度影响学生。
