一、具体做法

(一)精心组织，认真落实。接到(*办发[]号)文件后，室领导高度重视，认真听取纪检部门的工作汇报，研究成立以室主任龚强华同志任组长，副主任胡水华同志任副组长，倪平汶、闫清敏等同志为成员的警示教育活动领导小组，设立领导小组办公室，加强对此次警示教育活动的领导。一是提出党史研究室开展警示教育活动的指导思想及总体要求，结合我室第12个宣教月活动开展好此次警示教育;二是研究制定活动的实施方案;三是召开相关会议具体落实。5月3日召开动员会，对教育活动的资料、对象及时光安排进行了部署，并对活动的开展提出具体要求;5月4日全体干部职工到洪山监狱参加警示教育活动;5月6日各支部召开党员干部会议，学习了《廉政准则》及《实施办法》;5月30日召开党员干部会议，认真总结了警示教育活动工作，分析了警示教育活动存在的问题。

本次活动地点主要在安徽师范大学南校区，参赛对象为全体在校学学生，参赛作品不限容量，(可以包括教室、食堂、阅览室等，鼓励创新)。工作人员受到的稿件量大面广，更有刚打同学精心加工了出自经典广告语和名人名言。例如：食堂中文明用语：天地"粮"心，珍食莫蚀;谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦;饮水要思源，吃饭当节俭。粒粒盘中餐，皆是辛苦换;一粥一饭当思来之不易，一丝一缕恒念物力维艰;尊敬他人就是尊敬自己，与人方便就是与己方便。教室中文明用语：向老师说声好，不困难;困难的是，要坚持向老师真心地说声好;让文明的气息洋溢在学校的每个角落。保护植物用语：手边留情花似锦，脚下留情草如茵;绿色的生命需要我们的共同呵护;别让坚强的生命，成为足下阴魂------草坪。宿舍文明用语：.文明是彼此沟通的桥梁;.文明是成功之花的蕊，是理想之舟的帆;好少年=文明+价值+爱心+力量。校园文明用语：礼貌和文明是我们共处的金钥匙;.关心学校，我们的职责;爱护学校，我们的义务;热爱学校，我们的心声;学校是学习之所，文明是成功之本;文明是彼此沟通的桥梁。

本次活动本着公平公正公开的评选原则进行民主评选。首先，会员对作品进行印象打分，优秀者进入下一轮民主投票，最后有会员讨论通过。最终，我们评选出“最具人文奖”、“最具创意奖”、“最具诗意奖”、“最具幽默奖”、“最具意境奖”及部分优秀奖等奖项。

活动进行时，首先由两协会宣传部及本协会策划部共同组织策划本次活动的宣传海报，并且他们也以自己的实际行动维护本会形象。不允许任何人随便破坏我们协会的形象标志，同时适时向围观者介绍本次活动的详情。虽然海报因为种种原因被破坏，但是他们任劳任怨，又为我们撰写了第二份海报。

本次活动发生在大学生基础文明建设月，所既是一次积极配合学校工作，为大学生基础文明和迎评工作做出了积极贡献。

同时，本次活动也存在着明显的不足，协会影响较小，宣传不够充分，所以有部分会员不愿意参与进来，导致参加者情绪低落，所以协会以后的工作应该不能仅限于常规活动，应该不断有创新活动，充分调动会员的积极性。与此同时，会员的信心必须及时掌握以便于开展会员感兴趣及要求的活动。
