其次，我做到认真备课。上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，对教材内容做到心中有数，并参考相关资料，认真钻研教材，确定重难点;同时，备课不仅要备教材，而且还要备教法;除此之外，更要备学生，根据学生的实际情况(即学情)采用适合易于他们接受的教学手段，不断培养学生的学习英语的兴趣。认真写好教案，对每一节课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对授课做出反思，总结其中不足。并按照单元将语法知识整理成语法学案，分发给学生，以便学生课后记忆，做到有‘章’可循。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

授课之后，做到精讲精练。针对单词，搜集一些针对性的单词题，课前利用时间做一个单词测试，直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息;或是知道是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练习。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些习题供学生练习巩固所学知识。习题或是从调研题选择，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的习题供学生练习。

认真批改作业。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每周进行两次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高文科班的英语成绩。

高三英语教学工作计划(下学期)具体详情：

(一)努力提升六个方面的认识，明确教学要求

1、对《新课程标准》、《考试大纲》有深入了解，对本学期各阶段性教学工作的目标、任务和要求要有所了解，以加强高三英语教学工作的有序性。

2、针对所教班的学生的语言知识基础和能力发展情况，了解自己班级存在的差距，以加强教学工作的针对性。

3、认真研究目前使用的教材，对照《新课程标准》和《考试大纲》，准确掌握其重点、难点和高考知识考点的分布情况。

时间对高三学生来说非常珍贵，作为教师一定要提高教学效率，进而使学生提高学习质量。我将努力着眼于以下五点做到夯实基础、凸显能力、逐步提高。

①夯实“常考点”

“常考点”也就是传统考点。高三教学中通过梳理、归纳常考点，提高复习针对性，把握好拓宽的度。我们在复习中对照高考要求对原单元内容进行整合，按“复习板块”进行。突出动词方面的用法，突出句型、篇章知识。强调特殊情况和易错、易混情况。教师通过课堂教学帮助学生梳理出各复习板块的知识框架，突出考点、突出考点中的难点。努力使框架重点突出，针对性强。

②研讨“新考点”

二、教学业务

(1)备课

教师备课可以分为两部分：

1、备教材：备好课才能上好课。因此我在上每一节课之前，钻研教材，熟悉教材，力争90%的内容都熟记于心。熟悉这节课和上一节课的联系以及与下一节课的联系以及本节课在本单元中的位置。明确本节课我们要干些(教学目的)什么，怎么样才能达到我们的目地。我做到了怎么开始这节课(新课导入)，有那些过程(教学过程)，采用什么样的教学方法(教学方法)才能达到事半功倍的效果(教学效果)，这些都有心中有数。

2、备学生：学生是一节课的主体。教师的对象是学生，因此我们一定要了解自己的学生，这样在课堂中才能因材施教。备课时一定要研究怎么通过教师说明，练习，让学生简单明了的愉快接受本节课的知识。

(2)上课。

上课是教师的主要工作。我在认真备课的基础上认真讲解，抓住主要的教学目的进行反复练习，让学生在课堂上争取基本掌握。学生的接受必须要有一个愉快的环境，因而在课堂上要平易近人，表现出对学生的无限关怀。营造一种宽松的氛围，调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维，使学生有举一反三的能力。

一节课完成之后效果怎么样?我经常进行反思，有哪些成功的?哪些还需要改进?我都写下了课后记，以备以后加以改进。

一、了解学情

这两个班已接触了许久，我对学生的学习情况也有所了解：普遍英语底子差，基础薄，学习惰性大。所以针对这个实际情况，决定采取坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。以此激发学生的学习兴趣，不断提高学习成绩。

二、认真备课

要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。因此，一学期来，在备课时努力做到如下几点：一认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。三考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。

三、授课之后，做到精讲精练

针对单词，搜集一些针对性的单词题，课前利用时间做一个单词测试，直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息;或是知道是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练习。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些习题供学生练习巩固所学知识。习题或是从调研题选择，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的习题供学生练习。

四、认真批改作业

布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每天进行一次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。

成绩已成过去，希望在未来，今后我将继续加强学习，勤反思，以促进教学工作更上一层楼。

一、指导思想：

根据英语教学规律，以课程标准为准绳，以《考试说明》为依据，以巩固和落实基础知识为中心，以培养读写能力为重点，反对低层次的重复操练，代之以阅读能力的培养为主线，突破词汇学习，联系学生的实际情况，充分发挥学生潜能，关注学生非智力因素，调动学生学习积极性，扎扎实实抓好双基，通过综合训练，培养学生运用知识的能力，努力提高学生的综合素质和解题技巧，以适应新课标的高考要求。

二、复习策略

1.词汇复习：

以教材为本，以“考试说明，大纲”为指导，开展课本复习。课本复习坚持一个单元一学案设计，并有专人负责编写设计，后由备课组讨论确定。该阶段的学习重点在于通过对教材每个单元，每个模块的知识梳理，使学生的知识脉络清晰，熟悉文章中出现的单词，短语，句型，进一步积累词汇，过好词汇关。在这个过程的复习中，主要是要通过学案设计，来引导学生自己去看书，归纳总结，而后教师设计一些当堂练习题，检测题加以巩固落实。学案设计中的当堂练习题，检测题应该侧重语境，语篇的设计，如结合本单元的话题，设计编写一篇短文让学生填词或者设计一些对话活动，让学生以小组为单位进行操练。

2、语法复习：

针对近几年高考题中的一些语法考点，如冠词、代词、动词的时态、语态、非谓语动词、情态动词、复合句、倒装结构等结合具体实例，反复讲解，融汇贯通。使学生学会在语境中活用这些语法知识。做题时及时发现知识漏洞，让学生建立自己的错题记录，不断总结做单选题的经验教训，学会分析试题所考的语言点，把握命题人的命题意图。

学案中的语法设计讲解一定要突出生活语言情境的创设，使教学更加的真实化和生动化。如在讲一般现在时,一般过去时,过去进行时,现在进行时这几种时态时,可以编制如下一段话:Now theteacher is telling you a story. Mary studies at NO.6 middle school. She isalways ready to help others. One day , while Mary was walking down a street, shesaw an old woman crossing the street. She went up to the women and helped her.She sets a good example for us . All of us should learn from her from now on.首先，让学生们在小组内分别把这个故事所发生时间写下来。然后让学生分别写下发生在不同的时间所用的不同的动词。其次，在学生都熟悉以后，以不同的角色,如小组内让一位扮演新闻记者，而其余的同学分别扮演Mary,Mary的同学，the oldman等作为被采访的对象，从而引出各种时态的一般疑问句，特殊疑问句及相关的否定形式。.最后，老师先让学生们归纳这几种时态的区别和用法，再以表格的形式呈现。.这样在欢乐的气氛中学会了看似很难的语法.当然,方法不只是编对话一种,不同的语法可以设计不同的方法。

3、 广泛阅读，开拓视野，提高阅读速度和阅读理解能力

培优班选择选修模块9、10的部分材料作为泛读材料。第9、10两个模块的学习能拓展知识面，让学生多接触较新的话题，多阅读地道的英语文章。在教学过程中，侧重学生对语篇的整体理解，侧重长难句的分析理解，渗透阅读技巧及阅读策略。

4、突出语篇，强化书面表达能力训练

书面表达的训练要注意培养学生的文章条理性，准确性与得体性，流畅性，简洁多样性，在平时的驯良中掌握各种问题的写作要求和特点。在一轮复习中，书面表达的训练一周一次，主要以课文的单元话题为主，进行续写，复述，缩写，列提纲等不同形式的训练。重点教会学生审题，构思，列提纲，培养学生用英语思维和表达的能力。

此外，书面表达不容忽视的另一点，就是要加强学生的书写训练，书写的好坏直接影响到学生的得分。在训练中注意写作技巧的指导，采取多种方法批改，自批，互批，老师批，尽可能做到面批面改。

5、听力训练

听力训练要常抓不懈。利用《听力宝典》，《听力风暴》等材料，每周进行三次正规的听力训练。听力能力的提高没办法立竿见影，要选择语言地道、情景真实、长短合适、难度适宜、语速恰当，由母语为英语的人士朗读的材料，培养学生良好的心理素质，不受情绪以及外部因素如背景噪音、音量大小，磁带清晰度等的干扰，听完后进行讲评，注意语言能力的培养，同时指导技巧，讲究听力训练的策略。采取循序渐进的训练方法，先进行专题训练，然后进行听力模拟试题训练。
